Now the heat wave is melting the ice at Srinagar vally. The repercussion of the Muslims against a recent Film: Innocence of Muslims has now reached India’s Jihad Field of Kashmir.

‘As violence across the Middle East increases in reaction to the poorly-acted, low-budget, English language, Muhammad-mocking film Innocence of Muslims, so too does murky, confusing controversy over the identity of the director and the involvement of Southern California-based members of the Egypt-based Coptic Church.’

Critiques say that the rough presentation of the film is so needed to attack the sense of rowdy Islamic hoodlums and their Godfathers engaged in a bloody Jihad against civil society in the present days starting from its beginning through a hatred and genocides of non-believers.

Time NewsFeed described the matter as: ‘An Internet clip of an amateurish, virulently anti-Muslim film called Innocence of Muslims is being identified as one of the flash points behind the anti-U.S. demonstrations in the Middle East that led to the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya, earlier this week. As journalists work to uncover more details about the makers of the film, here’s what we know about the cast of characters so far’.

Now, India is concerned. Apprehending a Jihadi retaliation in the Kashmir valley with the instigation of  the cross border subversive elements, Several Jammu and Kashmir separatist leaders were placed under house arrest here Friday ahead of a protest against the film “Innocence of Muslims”, a trailer of which was uploaded on YouTube as below.

Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umer Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Shabir Ahmad Shah and Muhammad Nayeem Khan were placed under house arrest in this state summer capital. Protests against the film, which depicts Prophet Mohammed in a poor light, were planned for the afternoon after Friday prayers.

Without accepting or denying that separatist leaders have been placed under house arrest in the city, police officials said preventive measures were in place in the city.

“Prohibitory orders under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Ccode are in place in the city to prevent any breach of law and order,” a police official said. The orders ban any gathering of four or more people.

Police and paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in riot gear have been deployed at sensitive places to maintain law and order.

INNOCENCE OF MUSLIMS: AN UNREASONABLE CONTROVERSY.

The state government had approached the union telecommunications ministry to block the blasphemous video on YouTube.

“Yes, we have approached the union telecom ministry to have the video blocked on YouTube since its display can cause law and order problems in the state,” state Home Commissioner B.R. Sharma told IANS.

Some years back, Fitna, a short documentary (film) by Greet Wilders, a Dutch statesman was vehemently protested by the fundamental Muslims as it surfaced the reality of Bloody Jihad against humanity in a very subtle way and appreciation.

The movie, “Fitna,” opens with a quote from the Quran/Koran, surah 8:60, in English with the Arabic on the right side. In fact, pretty much the entire movie is composed of either quotes from the Koran or from other Muslim authorities, as well as images of the murder and mayhem – the terrorism – committed all over the place by Muslim fanatics over the past decade or so. (Not enough time in the movie’s 16.49 minutes to cover the countless previous atrocities committed in the name of Islam worldwide.) A prominent Anti Jihad thinker and politician, Wilders himself makes no verbal comment, only a few written sentences at the end serving as a summary and call to action. It needs to be emphasized that this movie represents words from Islamic scriptures and authorities themselves, highlighted by violence and oppression that appear to have been directly caused by those words. Viewers can watch it again:

Anyway, the staunch protesters of Islamic fundamentalism always take the way of barbaric annihilation of the opposites. So, the agents of Jihad will foment the situation with “Innocence of Muslims” as they did with “Fitna”. But, a suppression of facts about Islam or the ban against the film in question is not the solution of the elimination of Islamic Jihad. Jihad must neutralize with only Anti Jihad, if you consider the Newton’s third law of motion.

After Kashmir, this film “Innocence of Islam” can make furious the so called innocent and good Muslims around us, even in the next door-step.

Islamists are putting hurdles to Shri Amarnathji Yatra. Hindus will retaliate eventually.

Amarnath yatra curtailed to 39 days under the pressure of Islamists.

It is not a new thing that the Pak sponsored Islamist groups and the Hurriyat Conference tie-up always put many hurdles before the Hindu pilgrimage of World famous  annual Amarnath Yatra in the recent years including blasts and attacks upon the Hindu-Sikh Pilgrimage in this occasion.

In 2008, 6 Hindus were killed and 100 injured during the 61 days agitation and hartaal in Jammu and adjacent areas for the agreement to temporary transfer 99 acres of land to the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board. Then the seperatists and the Hurriyat Conference vultures declined to hand over such lands meant for the facility for the pilgrimage. Those vultures alleged a demographic change due to the 60 days Pilgrimage coming in Kashmir for Amarnathji Yatra. Ultimately, Hindus won the war for that phase.

Now, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)  headed by the Jammu and Kashmir governor has cut the duration of this year’s Amarnath pilgrimage to 39 days, angering Hindutva activists in Jammu, Delhi and various parts in India. It is reported that the authority has bowed down to the pressure group of the Islamist lobby, working on a total ban on Hindu pilgrimage in Jammu and Kashmir.

A Raj Bhavan spokesperson said the yatra would start on June 25 and end on Rakhsha Bandhan or Shravan Purnima, which falls on August 2.

The Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board had curtailed the yatra from 60 days to 45 days last year, triggering fierce protests from Hindutva groups, which threatened to start an unofficial pilgrimage 15 days earlier.

The groups relented after the board promised to form a sub-committee, headed by its member Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, to fix the duration of future pilgrimages in consultation with religious heads.

The Raj Bhavan spokesperson said this year’s schedule was fixed on the recommendation of the Ravi Shankar committee, whose other members included Swami Avdeshnandji of Haridwar, Swami Gyaanandji of Vrindavan, chamber of commerce president Y.V. Sharma and other civil society members.

The board’s explanation is that the twin routes from Pahalgam and Baltal to the cave shrine become fit for movement only around June-end and that Raksha Bandhan falls on August 2 this year, against August 13 last year.

To placate potential protesters, the board has decided to arrange a special puja on Jaishtha Purnima, which falls on June 4, at the cave or some suitable location depending on the weather.

Also, if weather permits, the board may advance the yatra by a few days, the Raj Bhavan spokesperson said.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad president Rama Kant Dubey said: “We want the yatra to last two months. There will be no compromise on this.”

The board today also issued a list of dos and don’ts. They will now need a doctor’s certificate before they can undertake the arduous yatra. Cardiac arrest and accidents killed 107 pilgrims last year.

The yatra’s duration has been a subject of controversy since 2003 when then governor S.K. Sinha decided to extend it to two months despite strong opposition from chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.

Sayeed had to relent and the yatra was extended first by 15 days in 2004 and then by another 15 days two years later.

Separatist zealots  led by Hurriyat vulture  Syed Ali Shah Geelani want the yatra to be curtailed to 15 days, claiming that was the practice before 1990.

Now, the Islamic propagators of Kashmir think that the Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and others are the subject of the Muslims in J&K. Muslims are less in numbers, contributors and participators in every foot-step in the National cause as they bear the more Pan Islamist legacy than the Indian nationalism. But they are supported by the Indian Govt also very unfortunately.

In India, Hindus will decide the time frame of the Hindu pilgrimage, rituals and religious festivals. Not, the Muslims. Otherwise Hindus will be compelled to check the Muslim festivals as a stanch repercussion.     It is well known that united Hindu force successfully stopped Shariah for Hind  Project in India in recent days. Rest is bound to  happen in due time.

Hindus Existence urges all the Hindu saints and leaders in SASB and in all other forums to take hard steps to keep high the sentiment and the dignity of Hindu Pilgrimage in a land of Hindus, i.e. Bharat. Jai Hind.

Input 1/20/2012 12:53:59 AM || Jammu, January 19 (KIP) ::  Displaced Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) who fled from Kashmir valley in early nineties soon after the outbreak of militancy in Kashmir today observed 22nd “holocaust day”. [Elaborately it is said as Kashmir Hindu Holocaust Day].

The Joint Forum of Kashmiri Pandit organizations on held a massive protest demonstration today on the occasion of 22nd Holocaust Day outside the Raj Bhawan, Jammu The demonstrators carried placards and raised slogans remindful of ethnic cleansing and mass exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Thursday tweeted saying today marks another year of an incomplete Kashmir and expressed need to redouble efforts to facilitate the return of Kashmiri pandits to their rightful homes.

The speakers expressed, “Kashmiri Pandits have a rightful and natural claim on the territory of Kashmir and their Resettlement in Kashmir is a genuine political issue. This issue can be addressed only by meeting out the geo-political aspirations of the seven lakh displaced Kashmiri Pandits in the light of the demand of homeland in Kashmir.”

The issue of encroachments of temples and shrines in Kashmir was also raised and termed as very serious issue and the government was reminded to take cognizance of the same.

The activists also raised slogans against terrorism and apathetic attitude of the government against the displaced community.

All prominent leaders of the Kashmir Pandit organizations participated in the programme. They included Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, President, Panun Kashmir, H.L.Chatta, General Secretary, ASKPC, D.N.Kissu, Chairman, NCMCC, R.K.Raina, Senior Vice President, ASKPC, Virender Raina, Sunil Dimple leader of Jammu West Assembly Movement.

Ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits: the nastiest face of Pak terrorism

[The story of Kashmiri Pandits, an ethnic group who have become refuges in their own land, is not-only one of the tear-jerking ones in independent India but also a mistreated one by the so-called secular government of the country].

I think, most of the Indians don’t know they have a holocaust day to celebrate. For those who don’t know, January 19 is the holocaust day of Indians.

23 years back, it was on that day your brothers, lakhs of Kashmiri Pandits were evacuated from their home land, Kashmir Valley, by the Pakistan sponsored terrorists.

Now, Kashmiri Pandits have completed the 23rd year of their forced exile. The story of Kashmiri Pandits, an ethnic group who have become refuges in their own land, is not-only one of the tear-jerking ones in independent India but also a mistreated one by the so-called secular government of the country.

We have heard about human rights violations confronted the Jews from Adolf Hitler, human rights violations in Palestine, human rights violations by the Lord Resistance Army of Uganda, violations in many countries such as Sri Lanka, Iran, Brazil, China…

When a communal riot broke out in Gujarat (India) in 2002 as an upshot of the killing of 59 Hindu Saints in Sabarmati Express (Godhra train carnage), then all human rights organizations across the globe made use of this incident to affront India in front of the world.

But they never speak on the genocide, the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits from the Kashmir valley; they have a culpable silence on the human rights violations executing by the terrorists tutored by Pakistan.

After the end of 1989, over four lakh Kashmiri Pandits, living in Muslim best part area of the Kashmir, were ungenerously hollowed out of the valley by the Islamic terrorists.

They have been forced to live the life of exiles in their own country, outside their homeland, by unleashing an organized campaign of terror, murder, loot and arson.

Genocide of Kashmiri Pandits has reached at its zenith with Pak terrorism succeeding in cleansing the valley of this ancient ethno-religious Kashmiri Pandits community.

With the completion of 23rd year of their forced exile, this peace loving, culturally affluent community with a history of more than 5000 years is fighting a harsh battle to save itself from becoming extinct as a distinct race and culture in the midst of pseudo-secular politicians.

‘Prashant Bhushan tried to break India, I broke his head’ - Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga. 

NEW DELHI| 13th OCT. 2011 : Hours before the assault on activist-lawyer Prashant Bhushan on Wednesday, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga tweeted. “God give us power to complete our mission.”

Bagga along with Vishnu Gupta formed the Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena earlier this year and was joined by Inder Verma, an activist of Sri Ram Sene, a right wing organization. Verma attacked Bhushan on Wednesday.

After the attack, which left the anti-corruption crusader bruised and battered, Bagga tweeted again, this time exulting, “He try (sic) to break my nation, I try to break his head. Hisab chukta. Congrats to all. Operation Prashant Bhushan successful.” Then again, “We hit Prashant Bhushan hard in his chamber in Supreme Court. If you will try to break my nation, I will break your heads.”

Bhushan had recently spoken in favour of plebiscite in Jammu & Kashmir.

Bagga’s father Preet Pal said that the 26-year-old graduate used to be an active member of  BJP Yuva Morcha. His flat in Vishnu Garden, a lower-middle class colony in west Delhi, is filled with his photographs with BJP leaders such as LK Advani and Rajnath Singh. His father runs a garments shop in Tilak Nagar.

“He has a lot of Kashmiri friends. The Kashmir issue bothers him. He is aggressive but a patriot. He had recently registered his protest against Arundhati Roy at India Habitat Centre. He had also spent a night in jail then,” an extremely cool Preet Pal said. He added, “Let the law take its course. I don’t support the method but I support his cause.”

Preet Pal was later taken to the Tilak Nagar police station by cops who also searched his home. Bagga had spoken to his father after the incident but was not home when the police arrived. The Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena Facebook page says, “A team of guys who are crazy for nation, who can do anything for nation. A task force against traitors, anti-nationals and corrupts (sic). A team of people who are ready to take any action to teach anti-nationals and traitors.”

On his Twitter page, Bagga says he is frustrated by Congress, corruption, traitors and anti-nationals and that he is motivated by the vigilante Bollywood hit, A Wednesday.

The whole world knows now that the senior Supreme Court advocate and key Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan was beaten up in his chamber on Wednesday afternoon allegedly for his comments on Kashmir supposed  to be Anti Indian and Pro Pakistan Stand and fueled the  public wrath.

Prashant Bhushan was speaking to Times Now news channel when the two attackers barged into his office in the New Lawyers Chamber opposite the Supreme Court.

One of the attackers slapped, dragged and punched Bhushan repeatedly. The attacker pinned him down on the floor and kicked on his chest.

As the staff and others gathered, one of the two attackers managed to escape while the other was caught and handed over to the police.

The attackers entered Prashant Bhushan’s office claiming that they had an appointment with him.

After the attack, Bhushan said it appeared that the men targeted him for his stand on Jammu and Kashmir.

“They were saying that I have made some comments on Kashmir to which they were taking objection. I have said that a referendum should be held in Kashmir,” he said.

Delhi Police have registered a case and all the three persons have been arrested ultimately.

Three youths arrested for allegedly assaulting lawyer Prashant Bhushan were today on 13th Oct. remanded in judicial custody for a day by a Delhi court.

“I remand the three accused to one-day judicial custody. The application of police for their custodial interrogation would be dealt with by the court concerned,” Metropolitan Magistrate Jasjeet Kaur said.

Kaur, who was holding the court as a link magistrate, refused to hear the Delhi Police plea seeking the three accused in its custody for their interrogation.

The police wanted the trio, Joginder Pal Singh Bagga, Vishnu Gupta and Inder Verma to be in its custody for two days to unravel the conspiracy behind the attack on Bhushan, who is a key member of Team Anna.

The three accused, Bagga, Verma and Gupta, meanwhile, refused to undergo Test Identification Parade (TIP) by Bhushan on the ground that they had been “all over on TV news channels” and the TIP is vitiated on that count.

Another magistrate, who dealt with the TIP application, however, cautioned the trio that their refusal to undergo the TIP would be construed as an evidence against them during the trial. The accused re-affirmed their decision that they would not undergo the TIP.

Bagga and Gupta were arrested from Bangla Sahib Gurudwara today when they were allegedly on their way to surrender before court.
