HENB | Delhi | 02 January 2015:: A Pune court on Friday issued summons to Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) general secretary Munna Kumar Sharma, asking him to appear on January 20 in response to a suit seeking a ban on his film ‘Desh Bhakt Nathuram Godse’ which is ready for release on January 30, the day of assassination of M K Gandhi in 1948. Shri Sharma is the producer of the ABHM’s documentary film on Godse.
The summons were issued by First Class Judicial Magistrate Anirudh Pathak, according to advocate Wajid Khan, counsel for plaintiff Hemant Patil. Since the film has the potential to “incite people on communal lines,” the petition prayed for a ban on its release.
But, all fierce agitations from the Hindu organisations all over India against perpetrated defamation of Hindu Dharma through allegedly terror agency funded blockbuster ‘PK‘ could not be able to move the Indian Judiciary anyway.
As per report, a case has been registered against the director, producer, and actor of the film ‘PK‘ at the Bajaj Nagar police station in Rajasthan, police said on Friday. But, in a very slow process it is yet to reach the court of law as related to the matters of second class citizen of India. Nothing to worry, our one of ex-prime minister of India described the Muslim citizens more valuable than the majority Hindus and they must deserve the priority for sharing anything than the Hindus here.
SHO Bajaj Nagar PS, Chiranji Lal said that a case under section 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) and 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language) of the IPC was lodged last evening against the the director, producer, and actor.
Police said that accused three were not named in the FIR, as if they do not know the names of Rajkumar Hirani, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Aamir Khan or the other ‘PK‘ perpetrators.
The complaint in this connection was lodged by one Basant Gehlot, Lal said, adding that the matter is under investigation. And this investigation must be lengthy so that ‘PK‘ completes its target business!
According to the suit of ‘Godse’, the film would be released on the same day when Godse had gunned down Mahatma Gandhi. In this suit, activist Hemant Patil prayed that the film’s release should be stopped until the producer satisfied the court that it would not cause any communal flare-up.
But, when the ‘PK‘ agitations contain vehement protest of majority community and pose law and order problem in many places, the importance of lodging FIR or filing case against ‘PK‘ by the majority people cost next to valueless to the Indian Administration and Judiciary as stalled.
The Aamir Khan-starrer film ‘PK‘ has invited sharp reactions and protest from right-wing Hindu outfits. But, a demand of ban on the screening of the film for hurting the religious sentiments is not important than the process of banning ‘Desh Bhakt Nathuram Godse’!
Actually, the indulgence of double standard Film Censor Board and the Judicial stands for the so called minority Muslim people of India in various matters now sharply divulge the majority retaliation in a very speedy way.
If the confidence of the Majority people on Administration, Police, Judiciary and Media has been challenged through repeated attack upon Hindu sentiments, Indian system cannot restore its strength by the half hearted people who frequently challenge the Indian systems through their Sharia franchise.
Godse and Ghandhi were the two notable persons of extreme opposite poles. Somebody says that Gandhi is Mahatma. There are so many people who consider Godse as a Mahatma. For the debauchery in Gandhi’s personal life and his great political lies one can brand him Duratma, but nobody questions about the patriotic valour of Godse in any of his loophole. Obviously, all these are about pure politics that does not earn any religious sentiment. Now, the film on ‘Godse’ is on the dock. The judiciary can hang it like ‘Mahatma Godse’ himself.
But, the way the ‘PK‘ perpetrators hatched to defame and demoralize Hindus is beyond any condemnation and criticism. Indian judiciary must ban the film ‘PK‘ as it clouds Hindu hatred in the name of reformation, superstition and diluted delights.
These two films ‘Godse’ and ‘PK‘ drag both Indian Polity and Judiciary near a new milestone that may give further directions in the coming phases to mark the Indian Society free from appeasements in votary and succumbing the influence of anti-Indian elements controlling India from outside.
While release of ‘Godse’ upholds the ideals of Indian Nationalism free from sycophant western colonialism, ban of ‘PK’ may conceal some path of the infiltrated Jihadi motivations in Indian society and culture.
These issues are most important. Concerned authorities must not ignore in a so called Indian texture of ”Saffronisation”. Majority voters for the Modi-fication of India want to see the results in positive end.
