HENB | Mumbai and Goa | May 19, 2015::  Former porno film star and present Bollywood actress Sunny Leone  alias Karanjeet kaur Bohra  is in legal trouble, as a Right wing Hindu organisation has demanded her deportation since the star’s website has explicit ‘pornographic’ material.

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has also demanded that the actress should be barred from entering India, henceforth.

The demand follows a complaint filed by one of HJS members, Anjali Vinod Palan, against the actress at a police station in Dombivali,  on Thursday.

The 30-year-old Hindu housw-wife complainant said she landed on Leone’s website through a link on social networking sites and claimed to have found obscene photos of Sunny Leone.

“Such posts poison the minds of people and especially children,” she reportedly said in her complaint as filed under Dombivali Police jurisdiction.

The Indo-Canadian actress has been booked under sections 292, 292 (A), 294 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code for obscenity, as well as some sections of the Indecent Representation Of Women (Prohibition) Act, which is a non-bailable offence and prescribes punishment of up to five years in jail.

At the same time,  non-bailable case was filed against the porn-star at Ramnagar police station  on 15th May. Smt Anita Sutar, a member of Ranaragini Division of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has lodged a complaint with the above police station in the presence of Shri. Sandip Shinde, spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Harshad Khanavilkar of HJS. A case has been filed under clauses 67 and 67-A of Information and Technology (IT) Act. The offence under this clause is non-bailable; therefore, Sunny Leone could even be arrested.

Sunny Leone is now going to face multiple cyber and criminal offence charges as another case has been filed in North Karanataka by Smt. Mangala Kalshikar, the President of Jijamata Mahila Mandal, in Haliyal Police Station. Reputed Advocate and Hindu activist  Smt. Aparna Ramtirthankar also filed an complaint against Leone in Vijapur PS in Maharashtra.

Earlier many pro-Hindu activists have lodged complaints under this drive at various police stations viz. Navi Mumbai, Nalasopara, Ambernath, Thane, Kalyan, Panvel, Solapur, Kolhapur, Sangli, Dhule, Nandurbar, Nipani in Maharashtra and at Margao, Dicholi and Mapusa in Goa. These complaints attract various criminal charges under Indian Penal Code and also the provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000, on charges of circulating obscene content on the Internet.

The prime Hindu Organisation in Karnataka, Sri Ram Sena also demanded the permanent deportation of the ‘Vulgarity Queen’ from India without any delay.  Chief of Sri Ram Sena, Promod Muthalik describes the matter as ‘Cultural Pollution’ to spoil the present and coming generations in India under an International conspiracy against India.

In a letter to Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Cabinet Minister, Law and Justice and Department of Telecommunication (DOT), Govt. of India,  the Chief Editor of Hindu Existence, Upananda Brahmachari demanded immediate ban on Sunny Leone Porn Site in India.

The former adult movie star was in Mumbai couple of weeks back to promote her movie ‘Ek Paheli Leela’. Her recent appearance in the Bollywood films “Ek Paheli Leela” and “Kuch Kuch Locha Hain” both counted her sexual vulgarity in the industry in a new shape.
