Humiliation of Vande Mataram by Muslim MP in Indian ParliamentNew Delhi  | Sources: DNA – First Post – CNN IBN – Agencies | 9 May 2013::  Shafiqur Rahman Barq, a Member of Parliament from Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, was seen walking out of the lower house as Vande Mataram was being played before the house was adjourned sine die on Wednesday, 8 May 2013. The act has created an uproar amongst the opposition demanding for action to be taken against him. This communal Islamist, Shafiqur Rahman Barq is belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), a party established under the ideologies of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, known as the maker of Indian Constitution.

Shafiqur defended his act in a TV interview (CNN-IBN)  and said that he isn’t even sorry for his act and he feels he hasn’t done anything wrong. The Muslim MP said, “I won’t apologise to anyone. I respect the National Anthem, not the national song Vande Mataram. Vande Mataram is an ode to motherland. Muslims like me bend only before Allah, not before any other god or motherland.”

The speaker of the house Meira Kumar demanded for an explanation and asserted that such blatant disrespect for the National song should not be repeated.

“Members have no right to insult the National Song especially when they have taken oath. The Speaker has taken the right move by naming the MP. He has insulted Parliament,” BJP  leader Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters outside Parliament . BJP demands firm action against the communal MP belonging to Bajujan Samaj Party. But the reaction from BSP is still unavailable.

On the other hand, “India is a democracy, there is secularism here. Under secularism when there are 30 crore Muslims living in the country you have to be considerate towards their emotions as well,” a communal Barq said.

“I request that Muslims not be compelled to sing this song since it is against the Sharia.. the song tells people to bow before Bharat Mata and as it not to bow down to Allah, we will not sing it”,  he said.

Strangely enough, despite the opposition by some Muslim leaders to some of the words of the song, no other Muslim MP chose to express their opposition to the song in a similar manner.

However, Burq is no stranger to strange behaviour in Parliament when the occasion has demanded it. In the past, specifically December 2012, Burq waved a black flag in Parliament to protest against the Babri Masjid demolition.

A day after he walked out of Lok Sabha during the rendition of Vande Mataram, BSP MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq struck a defiant note saying he could not sing the song in view of his religious belief.

“I absent myself when Vande Mataram is played to avoid any awkward situation but here I was present when it was being played” – Barq said, indicating that he was caught in a situation that he normally ducks.

An angry Speaker Meira Kumar ticked off Barq for walking out during the national song when Parliament was being adjourned sine die on Wednesday. “One honourable member walked out when Vande Mataram was being played. I take very serious view of this. I would want to know why this was done. This should never be done again,” Kumar said.

Asked in a TV interview on Thursday how other Muslim MPs were present during the song, Barq parried the query saying that was a different matter but he couldn’t do the same.

With the issue having the potential of flaring into a political controversy, it remains to be seen how the BSP leadership reacts.

The BJP was quick to launch an offensive, calling Barq’s walkout “Taliban-like conduct”, adding that such leaders did not have the right to be parliamentarians or even citizens of the country.

“Every session of Parliament, which is the temple of democracy, starts with the national anthem and ends with the rendition of the national song Vande Mataram. This has been the practice since Independence. Unfortunately, the national song has been dishonoured,” BJP vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.

“By boycotting the national song, he has insulted the Constitution and its norms. Those who hate Vande Mataram not only have no right to be a part of Parliament but also have no right to live in this country,” Naqvi added.

Mumbai gets its first Shariah court to settle civil, marital disputes.

Shariah court Talibani effortMohammed Wajihuddin, TNN | MUMBAI | Apr 29, 2013:: The city is set to get its first Darul Qaza or Shariah court to settle civil and marital disputes in the Muslim community. The court, set up by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, will be inaugurated on Monday at Anjuman-i-Islam, near CST, and will serve to fill a long-felt need of the community.

Shariah courts already function at many places in the country, such as Hyderabad, Patna and Malegaon. Here qazis appointed by the AIMPLB hear the community’s various disputes, barring criminal cases, and deliver judgements. “This court will function to settle mainly family disputes pertaining to marriage, divorce and inheritance. Marriage disputes will be settled quickly and the couples will be told to either reconcile or separate if reconciliation is not possible. It will save the community much time and money as fighting cases in civil courts is expensive and time-consuming,” said AIMPLB secretary Maulana Wali Rahmani.

For a dispute to be heard by a Shariah court, both the parties in the dispute will have to approach the court. If one of the parties has approached a civil court, then it will have to withdraw the case for the Shariah court to accept the matter.

Rahmani said Shariah courts do not compete with the civil courts. “On the contrary, Shariah courts will lower the burden of the civil courts where thousands of cases are pending and the judges are overworked,” he said.

Senior advocate and head of AIMPLB’s legal cell Yusuf Muchalla called the city’s Shariah court a “significant alternative dispute settlement mechanism”. “This court will decide within the framework of Muslim personal laws and mainly deal with matrimonial disputes. This is a kind of domestic tribunal set up by the Muslim community.” He added that district and high courts in Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal and Orissa have upheld several decisions given by the Shariah courts established by the Imarat-e-Shariah (House of Shariah) headquartered in Patna. Muchalla maintained that the Shariah courts were well within the law of the land.

SHARIA COURTS ARE ULTRA-VIRES CONSTITUTION

The Constitution of India that the constituent assembly had framed with great diligence and dedication was promulgated on 26 January 1950. Among its Directive Principles there is a recommendation for the Common Civil Code. Indeed it is a pity that the proposed code remains just a piece of paper in the teeth of opposition from many ethnic and religious parties mainly the Muslims.

Violating the spirit of the Constitution, many political parties with high ambitions but low vote gathering mechanism took recourse to appeasement of the Muslim community. The Indian National Congress, the Samajwadi Party, the Indian Union Muslim League and so on spearheaded a movement to let the Muslim community not only have full freedom in observing their personal law but went a step ahead and asked for establishment of Shariah Courts to entertain and decide law suits relating to marital disputes and other personal law problems provided both parties are Muslims and no party has already approached the civil courts established under law of the land.

Mumbai, Maharashtra has had the first Shariah Court inaugurated today, 30 April 2013.

In my opinion it is a sad day for the administration of civil law in Bharat as courts have been bifurcated on the basis of religion leading to further bifurcation of thought and ideas of different communities inhabiting this great land.Thank God the criminal law and its administration remains common to citizens of all faiths. We should be thankful to the British legal luminaries, judges and Indian lawyers who were far sighted and did not allow Shariah anywhere near administration of criminal justice.

With a view to honoring the founding fathers of our Constitution who favoured the Common Civil Code for men and women of all faiths who were citizens of India, we should strive to have at least common civil courts to administer justice in civil law of one and all.Shariah courts are negation of the lofty principles of Uniform Civil Code that our Constitution stands for.

Let us strive to honour the provisions of our Constitution both in letter and spirit so that Bharat moves forward as a united nation commanding the respect of civilized human beings.

Shariah Courts are a part of the Separatist and Divisive tactics of some Muslim organisations. The aim is to separate the Muslim majority areas and administer it differently. Looking at history, we find that Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto pressured the then govt to bifurcate Sindh from Bombay province. Later they had Sylhet in the East separated from the Hindu majority Assam and made it a part of East-Pakistan. Now the courts are being separated for Muslim civil disputes to be adjudicated by the Shariah courts. Thus the foundation is being laid by the anti-national elements to have as many divisions of the Indian social set up as possible so that Islamic Jihad can prevail. The Nationalist elements must oppose it tooth and nail and prevent vivisection of our Bharat.

Al Umma Suspects nabbed for Bangalore BlastArun Dev & A Selvaraj | TNN  | Bangalore- Chennai | 24 April 2013:: Three suspects arrested in connection with last Wednesday’s bomb blast near the BJP headquarters in Malleswaram, were brought to Bangalore on Tuesday morning. K Peer Mohiddeen, 39, and J Basheer Ahmed, 30, were nabbed at a Chennai lodge on Monday night, while Kitchan Buhari, 38, was picked up at the Mattuthavani bus stand in Madurai around 8.30 am Tuesday.

The three men were brought to Bangalore on Tuesday afternoon and produced before the chief metropolitan magistrate who remanded them in 14 days’ judicial custody. Sources told TOIthey were shifted to an undisclosed location where Bangalore police officers are interrogating them.
Sources also said a possible re-emergence of the banned Islamist outfit, Al-Umma, which planned the Coimbatore serial blasts of February 1998 targeting BJP leader LK Advani at an election rally, was seen during the investigation.
While addressing a gathering at the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry here on Tuesday evening, Bangalore police commissioner Raghavendra Auradkar confirmed the arrests but declined to answer questions about motive and involvement of a particular terror group.
Another senior officer told TOI that based on the intelligence gathered from the interrogation, the manhunt may continue. “We’re keen on learning more about the motives and modus operandi of these men. We’re certain this interrogation will answer many questions,” he said.
Police sleuths zeroed in on these suspects as the IED used in the Bangalore blast was similar to the pipe bomb-like IED kept by suspected extremists on the route of Advani’s rath yatra near Madurai in September 2011 when he had another providential escape, another source said.
Police said the three men helped the bombers buy the motorcycle on which the IED was placed, adding that Buhari was arrested by Coimbatore police in connection with the 1998 bomb blast case that killed 58 people. They described him as a “hardcore” member of the banned fundamentalist organization Al-Umma.
Buhari was convicted in the Coimbatore bomb blast case and was released from prison in 2008. He was also involved in a few other cases in Tirunelveli after he came out of prison. Mohideen and Basheer are married and with families living in Melapalayam. Basheer works in a real estate office in Tirunelveli. Mohideen sold tea sachets in Bangalore, police said. Basheer, Mohideen and Buhari, had been in touch with the main culprit, cops said.

NIA to quiz suspects for Hyd blasts info –  The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to question the three men arrested in the Bangalore blast case for possible clues to the Hyderabad blasts. The NIA, which is probing the February 21 blasts in Hyderabad, is expected to seek custody of the three accused once Karnataka police finishes questioning them for the Bangalore blasts. The NIA will quiz them on possible links between the Hyderabad and Bangalore blasts.

ATTACK ON HINDU MAKKAL KATCHI AND HINDU MUNNANI BY THE ISLAMISTSUpananda Brahmachari, Kumar Chellappan & Aron Patriot | Chennai | April 20, 2013::  Normal life in four western districts of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur and Erode in Tamil Nadu came to a standstill on Friday following a dawn-to-dusk hartal (Bandh) called by various Hindu outfits. The strike was in protest against continued attacks on temples and leaders of Hindu organisations by various outfits masquerading as political parties.

What stood out this time was the decision of various Hindu Mutt heads to join the agitation. This is the first time Hindu monks came out openly supporting a hartal. Shops remained closed and public transport came to a grinding halt in all the districts. Pollachi, the agricultural town in Coimbatore saw pelting of stones at buses.

“Since November 2012, we have been seeing attacks on leaders of various Hindu outfits by workers and hired gangs of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), both representing hardline Islamic views,” said RSS spokesman J Sri Ram. He said the last fortnight saw many Hindu households coming under attack by the members and activists of these parties.

Last week saw the house of Arjun Sampath, leader of Hindu Makkal Katchi coming under attack. A petrol bomb was thrown at the residence of Sampath who had a providential escape. “I questioned the action of a SDPI councillor who damaged the portion of a 1000-year-old temple in Coimbatore. The SDPI ward member asked that the temple festival should not be held without the concurrence of the Coimbatore corporation authorities,” said Sampath.

Former Coimbatore MP and BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan said Hindus are selectively assaulted by the Islamic outfits. “A marriage hall where a wedding reception was in progress was attacked by SDPI workers. The police looked the other way when a complaint was filed,” said Radhakrishnan. He disclosed that Coimbatore district alone saw 23 love jehads during the last two years.

“Incidents of teenaged Hindu girls eloping with their boyfriends and get converted to Islam are on the rise in these districts. Though we are trying to counsel the young girls, they are yet to understand the  nuances involved in these inter-faith marriages,” said Swamy Kumara Guruparar of Koumara Mutt. Swamy, an apolitical person, blamed a section of the minorities for the attacks on Hindu leaders and households. “They have unleashed a reign of terror in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

REPORTS OF ATTACKS UPON HINDUS BY ISLAMISTS IN TAMILNADU

The house of H Raja too came under the attack by some militant organisations. “Muslim Manithaneya Katchi, a political outfit floated by Islamic militants, is an ally of the AIADMK Government. Its leader Jawaharullah is a member of Tamil Nadu Assembly and wield enormous power in southern districts,” said Sampath.

He said the Islamic outfits have been encouraged by the Government’s move to ask the director of the movie Tuppakki to delete certain scenes. “Even the Viswaroopam row ended up with these organisations having the last laugh. The Government itself is helpless in handling these organisations,” he said.

Swamy Marudachala Adikalar of Perur Elayapattam, said the Islamic militancy in the region dates back to the early 70s. “We maintained silence all these years. The time has come to speak out openly since more and more activists and leaders of Hindu organisations are coming under attack,” said the Swamy.

Both Radhakrishnan and Sampath pointed out those colonies with Islamic names are mushrooming all over the textile city. “Billal Nagar and Ahmed Nagar sprang up overnight. The earlier name of these entities was Kruparajan Koil Street. One need not elaborate how they sprang up,” said Sampath.

According to Radhakrishnan, there is lack of coordination between police and intelligence department. “There is no understanding  and cohesion  between them. Isn’t it surprising to note that nobody has been arrested till date for these attacks?” asked Radhakrishnan.

On the Tamil new year’s day (14.4.2013), some Muslim miscreants disrupted the public meeting held by the Hindu Munnani at ATC grounds, Nilgiris, Tamilnadu.  The police intervened and expelled the groups. Outraged Muslims brutally attacked the District Secretary Manjunath who was returning home after the meeting. Manjunath, who had several head injuries and miraculously escaped from them, is currently in intensive care at a private hospital in Coimbatore.  Hindu Munnani called for a Bandh on 15th April, 2013 and five Muslims of Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazagham - TMMK  (A dangerous Muslim outfit in political camouflage- Ed. HE.)   namely Riaz (28), Faizal (27), Abdul Rahman (38), Imtiaz (24), pairoz (20) were arrested.

Attacks on Hindus and Hindu outfits are increasing at Koonoor and Ooty. Kuniyanur Amman temple was ransacked. Manjunath Ooty leader of Hindu Munnani was waylaid and attacked by a gang of bike riding Jihadi youth. Hindu marriages are raided by gangs that disrupt ceremony. 3 Hindu activists who were pasting posters were attacked and one of them is critical. The Hindu Munnani called for a shut down at ooty and shops remained closed and autos and vehicles didn’t run. Situation is tense. Further speaking to reporters State Hindu Munnani leader Muruganandam said Hindus are feeling insecure by increasing Jihadi activity and violence in Ooty-Coimbatore region. Such attacks have increased as seen in Petorl bomb attack on Hindu Makkal Katchi leader Arjun Samptah’s house. 12 Islamists have been arrested but most culprits have been left free. To make the government take action against Jihadi outfits and such attackers of Hindus Hindu Munnani had successfully observed a warning Bandh  in Coimbatore, Ooty and Tirupur, Erode and some other places against both the Political Islamists and  Anti Hindu Political Parties in Tamil Nadu and Deccan.

MUMBAI |  Source- TNN | Apr 15, 2013  :: Shri Raju Mistrilal Soni, a 28-year-old partyworker of Shiv Sena (A Hindu Right Wing Political Party mainly based in  Maharashtra) was hacked to death by five Muslim persons near his residence in Sangamnagar in Antop hill area after chopping his atleast13 times with sharpened weapons during the early hours of Monday.

The Islamic Pidog (Pig+Dog) like Zakir Naik and all the hate preachers of Islam including all Mohammedan Maroons still bark that Islam is a Religion of Peace. But, really it is a Religion of Piece or the Religion of Piss.

Police stated that local Muslim goons killed Raju Mistrilal Soni as he did not pay heed to the extortion threats issued by them. Investigations revealed that the accused demanded money on day-to-day basis.

The incident occurred at around 4am on Monday when Raju stepped out of his house to fill water. Around five persons attacked him, police told. Police stated that Raju had opened another video-parlour a month ago. “The five accused were threatening Raju for money to run the video parlour.

“We are looking for the accused,” said Suresh Bhavar, senior police inspector of Wadala truck terminal police station. The names of the accused are Niyaz Hussain, Firoj Idrisi, Naseem Khan, Ibbu and Hafizul Bangali. Deceased Raju has been survived by his wife Rita (25), kids Sneha (6), and Golu (4). The accused were booked under sections 143 (punishment), 144 (joining unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapon), 146 (rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with deadly weapon), 149 (every member of unlawful assembly is guilty of offence committed in prosecution of common object), 302 (punishment for murder) and 386 (extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous hurt) of the Indian Penal Code.

“Raju was a social worker. The goons demanded money from his to which he refused,” said Pramod Soni, brother of deceased. While local Sena men alleged that Raju was killed as he was against illegal slums coming up in the area, police refuted this theory.

राजूची हत्या करणारे आरोपी गर्दुल्ले आहेत. यापूर्वी देखील नशेत असताना २००८ साली गबरू, इब्बु आणि नसीम यांनी एकाची हत्या केली होती. त्यावेळेस गबरू हा अल्पवयीन होता. त्यानंतर २०११ साली इब्बू आणि गुड्डू या दोघांनी घरात बसून दारू पिण्यास नकार देतो म्हणून एकाला गंभीर दुखापत केली होती अशी माहिती वरिष्ठ पोलीस निरीक्षक सुरेश भवर यांनी दिली.

Justice Yusuf encompassed out the irresponsibility of the State for various discrimination (absurdly designed under al taqiyya ) upon Muslims but never pointed out the population explosion in Muslim Community which is very much detrimental for the social and economical development of Bharat (India). Otherwise, Justice Yusuf promoted the Muslim population of India indirectly as the strength of Indian Muslim Community and violated the Govt. Census (then around 13%) data accordingly. In that interview, he estimated a Muslim Population over 25% and less than 30%, as per his expectation. Yes, it is a general expectation of Indian Muslim to recapture India by population growth under a sinister Islamic design. Yes, it is the identical expectation of an erudite and enlightened (?) Justice like Yusuf or for an illiterate and uneducated rickshaw puller Yunus. And it is no exception for the Minor Rapist Master Afroz Raju of  Nirbhya Gang Rape of New Delhi also.

The Muslim Clerics have also been discarding and opposing the Family Panning programme (introduced by Government of India) by every means of their orthodoxy.  From every Mosques and Madrashas the teaching of ‘Population Jihad‘ is being taught to every Muslim men and women.

It is not right for a woman to use copper-T with the intention of birth control”.

Actually, the more than  five times increase of Muslim population in India ( Muslims were appx. 3.5 crores in 1947 and now estimated as 16 crores at the lowest)  since  Independence (political and partial) in 1947  and the drastic decrease of Hindu Population in Indian Sub-continent at the same time is always a big question before the existence of Hindus in Bharat and Indian Sub-continent as well. We are seeing the current plights of Hindus in post- Shabagh retaliation in Bangladesh and a common phenomenon of Hindu  persecution  in Pakistan.

Aa a Global strategy of  Pan Islamism, Muslims want to capture this world by Five means. 1. Population Jihad (Explosion of Muslim Population)  2. War Jihad (Deadly Explosion and Terrorization) 3. Economic Jihad (Capturing World Business through Islamic Banking and Arab money flow)  3.  Political Jihad ( En-grabbing Political power  by Islamic fundamentalists or agents in front) 4. Love Jihad (Capturing Non Muslim girls and Women by Muslims for utilize them for the service of Islam) and 5. Cyber Jihad (Legitimize all the Inhumane Menace of Islam and Muslims by Internet propaganda). These five plans of Islam is active worldwide. The delegates of the conference also adopted an agenda that decent dress should be formulated for the bride and the bridesmaid during church wedding and the matter was handed over to the central committee.’”

The above reporting (“‘-’”) came to the coverage of TNN in Indian Express on 12 March 2013. This trend of  manifolding the Christian population in India is not concentrated into to Mizo people only. The Christians of North East India and whole Christian Community of India have a certain plan of population growth by birth rate and conversion, both the ways as much as possible.

But the over-intellectual and so-called progressive Hindus are loosing their soils in thousand of places under the control of Muslim and Christian population with out any birth control. Hindu Couples are idiotically planning not to give a birth to endanger their own existence and future.

ambedkar-nagarAllahabad | Agencies | Monday 4 March 2013 ::  Policemen were attacked and government property damaged as violence broke out in Uttar Pradesh’s Ambedkar Nagar district after a Hindu leader was shot dead, police said on Monday.

Ram Babu Gupta, district president of the Hindu Yuva Vahini under the umbrella organisation Hindu Jagran Manch, was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Sunday night while he was returning  to his home in Tanda, 470 km from Lucknow.

As news of the killing spread, his supporters took to the streets, torching vehicles, attacking policemen and damaging government and other properties. The mob also fired and torched several shops and even burnt a Roadways bus.

Authorities clamped indefinite curfew in Tanda area of Ambedkarnagar district today after series of communal violence following murder of Hindu Yuva Vahini district president Rambabu Gupta last night.

Inspector General of Police( Law and Order) Raj Kumar Vishwakarma said here preventive curfew has been imposed in Tanda area of Ambedkarnagar following reports of violence and clashes.

Superintendent of Police(SP) of Ambedkarnagar D P Srivastava told UNI on telephone that curfew has been clamped in both the Tanda and Aliganj police stations of the Tanda area.

He said curfew was clamped after violence when the body of Ram Babu Gupta was taken to his residence from the post mortem house. Several shops and vehicles were torched by the mob during the violence.

Last night too after the crime, an irate mob went violent and torched several vehicles, including a police jeep. SO of Aliganj police Om Prakash Yadav was also badly beaten up by the mob.

Ram Babu Gupta (42) was returning to his residence from his business place on bike when the criminals shot him dead near Chandralok Palace.

It also presented the police from taking the body of the deceased leader. Large contingent of police force have been rushed to Tanda to control the situation.

Mr Srivastava said the situation was tense but under control. He said efforts were on to nab the culprits involved in the murder of Gupta. Meanwhile,the Hindu organisations in Ambedkarnagar district has called for district bandh tomorrow in protest against the killing.

Islamic Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad Tuesday (26 Feb) allegedly threatened to blow up major railway stations and places of  Hindu shrines and tourist interest in Uttarakhand in retaliation to the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afjal Guru, a senior police official said. Being shocked by Kasab and Afzal hanging, these fundamental Muslims want to attack upon Hindus in Kumbh Mela time.

The letter written purportedly by the Karachi based area commander of terror outrfit Jaish-e-Mohammad contains a threat to blow up Dehradun, Haridwar and Kath Godam rail junctions near Nainital and prominent places of religious and tourist interest like Har Ki Pauri in the holy city, as Haridwar SSP Arun Mohan Joshi told to the PTI source.

“Though the authenticity of the threat and the origin of the letter is being examined, we are not taking any chances and have alerted the highest authorities in places mentioned in the letter”, he said.

As a routine work, security around the places mentioned in the letter has been beefed up. But, there is no guarantee of preventing  the series of blasts anymore.

The letter addressed to former Superintendent of Haridwar Railway station Amrinder Singh was received on Tuesday, he said adding similar letters have been issued to retired railway officials in the past as well. Sources say that the security of Allhabad station is also being kept most vigilant than ever.

The difference between the latest threat letter and those received in the past is that this one has purportedly been written by Jaish-e-Mohommad whereas the earlier ones bore the name of Lashkar-e-Toiba, the SSP said.

Unfortunately, our Home Minister, Intelligence Departments  and the Security Agencies have all the information of upcoming terror, blast threat perceptions etc. and we read and hear the news of post-blast calamity and casualty very fortunately.

The terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM), the champion of Dilsukhnagar twin blasts in Hyderabad, has given a threat to Mukesh Ambani. IM delivered a letter to the office of the RIL Chairman threatening to harm him for supporting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Police have launched a probe following that letter, purportedly sent by terror outfit Indian Mujahideen to Mukesh Ambani, as reports came in.

The letter, delivered by an unidentified person to Ambani’s personal staff in a sealed envelope at his Maker Chambers office on February 24, also said IM would damage his 27-storey mansion ‘Antilia’ on Altamount Road, a police officer said on condition of anonymity.

The handwritten letter, claimed to have been penned by an IM operative, said the organisation wanted the release of its operative Danish and, if he was not set free, the home-grown terror group would cause harm to Ambani.

Police suspect the letter referred to Mohammed Danish Ansari, a native of Darbhanga in Bihar, who was arrested in January by NIA for sheltering Bhatkal brothers before they reportedly escaped to Pakistan three years back.

After receiving the letter, a senior officer of RIL met city Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh to apprise him of the development, the officer said.

Police would ask for CCTV footage from the security staff of Ambani’s office to find out whether any images of the person, who had delivered the letter, were captured.

When contacted, a spokesman for RIL refused to comment as the matter was under investigation.

In this fortified Jihadi process, life threat to a labour or farmer coming to a Hindu pilgrimage or a multi billioner business  Barron, Mukesh Ambani are equally detrimental  to the safety, security, prosperity and peace of the individual and the society at large. VSK- They came with vehicles, all on a sudden?

Villagers~ Yes, the came here with 100-150 vehicles from outside. Not only that, they were fully equipped with Guns, Bombs, pistol and other things. They came here with full readiness. Whenever they saw any Hindu Man, they started beating. 

VSK- How many houses have been burnt per your estimation?

Villagers~ 150-200 at least. But it was more than that.

VSK- Some says that the numbers raised to 320 for burning of houses…

Villagers~ That may be. We did not go to up to the end of village area. 

VSK- What is the name of this village?

Villagers~ This side is known as Goladogra- Maniktala Para. The another side is Naliakhali. 

VSK- Were those attacker Muslims from nearby?

Villagers~ Some came from nearby, but they came also from far sides.

VSK- Did they attacked upon local Muslims also?

Villagers~ No, they didn’t even burn a single house of a Muslim.

VSK- How can you be sure of that?

Villagers~ We are very sure that they didn’t touch any Muslim House here. We have verified it and  Musllims at Naliakhali side stayed there without any trouble. 

VSK- Did they set fire on Temple?

Villagers~ No, they didn’t do that. But urinated in Temple and Tulshi Manch (holy alter of Basil tree) and destroyed Deities and Idols of Gods-Goddesses with rods. They caught Hindu Women and broke their bangles. They started molesting Hindu women and girls. The frightened women folk were then ran away. 

VSK- Haven’t  you  get any help from Administration and Police?

Villagers~ No. Nobody came froward. They did not save us. Actually all these persecution came all along in the presence of Police and Administration. 

VSK- What is your name please?

Villagers~ My name is Gopal Patani.

VSK- Do you belong to this village?

Villagers~ Yes, this is my village, I reside in other side. This is my brother’s house. He is my brother.

VSK- OK.

This was an interview with the Hindu victims of Goladogra Village of Canning Riot scenario, captured by VSK-Kolkata reporters. The present victims are the descendants of the Noakhali Riot victims in 1946. Forefathers of the present victims settled in the Canning area once upon a time,  after uprooted from Bagerhat, Khulna, Satkhira or Noakhali in East Pakistan, now Bangladesh.

The last visuals of the interview showed a complete devastation of Hindus, weeping, wailing and discussing the cause and result.

The Jihadis then made a brutal Genocide of Hindus at Noakhali, now they are trying a repetition in Canning, Deganga or many places in  West Bengal to  grab new areas for Muslim after frightening Hindus in many ways under a definite support of ruling political parties in Bengal. Naliakhali Canning) violence, 2013 is nothing a crude reminiscent of Noakhali Riot in 1946.

Unless Hindus will not the understand the significance of sacrifice above the self interest, and will not be ready to retaliate in the method of tit for tat, no way to return in a life of might and right.

Indian Mujahideen hand becomes clearer in Hyderabad blasts.

By Bharti Jain, Deeptiman Tiwary & Vishwa Mohan, TNN | Feb 23, 2013 | NEW DELHI:: As investigators trawl the devastated spots in Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar for clues to Thursday’s twin blasts, a debate has begun in the home ministry over whether the terror attack could have been prevented.

According to reports reaching here, there is no breakthrough yet for the investigators. “We are still groping in the dark,” a senior home ministry official familiar with the details of the probe said. However, there was relief after it turned out that some of the CCTV cameras in the ill-fated locality were functional at the time of the explosions on Thursday evening and, therefore, might be holding pointers.

Senior sources disputed reports that the wires of CCTV cameras had been snapped four days ago.

The MHA had fewer doubts on Friday about the involvement of Indian Mujahideen in the attack. The bombs carried the signature of IM. Both the devices were packed with ammonium nitrate and shrapnel with a timer mechanism: the staple of IM bomb-makers. The use of cycles to strap bombs has also been an IM trademark since November 2007 when they attacked courts in UP.

Both bombs were designed to ensure that the impact of explosions was concentrated on one side: again a stock in trade for IM which has used boat-shaped devices earlier in order to maximize casualties.

Faced with allegations of intelligence failure in Parliament, home minister Sushilkumar Shinde pointed out that the Centre has issued a series of alerts to authorities in Hyderabad about a possible terrorist reprisal against the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.

The first advisory went out on Saturday, alerting states against the threat of United Jehad Council to launch a fresh terror campaign against India to avenge Guru’s hanging. The message was amplified by Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed.

Although the first alert was general in nature, intelligence agencies, acting on basis of intercepts, refined it to caution that Hyderabad, along with Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Hubli and certain places in Gujarat and Maharashtra, could be on the hit list of terrorists desperate to make good their threat.

This message highlighting the threat to Hyderabad was sent on February 19. The following day, Intelligence Bureau asked the states to step up vigil at places which were known to be on the radar of terrorists and had been recced.

Centre’s concern, prompted by clear inputs according to Shinde, that a terrorist strike could be in the works manifested itself again on February 20, when it repeated that Hyderabad could be among the likely targets along with other places.

The same anxiety led the government to sound the same alert anew on Thursday morning just eight hours before the bombs went off in Hyderabad, killing at least 16 and maiming many more.

Dilsukhnagar fitted the bill, having been surveyed by an IM module as recently as last year. Delhi Police had on the basis of testimonies of two alleged IM terrorists, Syed Maqbool and Imran, told Andhra authorities that the locality was recceed as recently in July last year.

Sources in the home ministry said that the emphasis on the sites which had already been reconnoitered reflected the assessment that the terrorists were under pressure to do something spectacular sooner than later and, hence, focussed on locales they were already familiar with.

Centre refrained from blaming the state government, with Shinde saying in Rajya Sabha that the calm professionalism of AP cops was worth emulating. But many in his own ministry wondered whether cops could have prevented the carnage by upping their guard in response to a series of advisories. There was also puzzlement about the reasons why they failed to do so despite the fact that terrorists had targeted the same spot in 2007.

The last attempt failed only because the device planted by IM terrorists failed to go off, sparing the locality the devastation caused by the bombs the same module led by Riyaz Bhatkal had planted at Gokul Chat Bhandar and Lumbini Park.

According to sources, one possible explanation could be the fatigue among cops over having to deal with the same kind of alerts over and over again. They said the counter-terror advisories issued in the wake of Guru’s hanging were not different from those which were sent after Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab was sent to the gallows in November.

The alerts issued after Kasab’s execution had mentioned Hyderabad along with Bangalore and Coimbatore among the vulnerable spots. Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Shinde emphasized that the Centre had strong reasons to hoist the caution sign higher after February 19 and afterwards. If this was the case, the authorities clearly failed to impress the urgency upon the men at ground zero

Sources said that the routine of having to respond to the same kind of cues repeatedly could not but lead to a dulling of response: a vulnerability which could be exploited by a terrorist group set on a particular target as has been the case with IM and Dilsukhnagar. The predominantly Hindu locality with a history of communal tension has been consistently targeted by terrorists since 1999 when they unsuccessfully planted a bomb there.

The terrorists returned again in 2002 when a bomb claimed two lives. Residents were lucky in 2007 when the bomb planted there did not go off, but the determined group had had their way on Thursday.

By IANS – HYDERABAD | 21st February 2013 07:55 PM :: “At least 11 people were killed and 20 others injured in two near-simultaneous explosions in crowded Dilsukhnagar area in Hyderabad, eye witnesses said.

The blasts occurred near two theatres in Dilsukhnagar, a busy commercial area in the southern part of city, about 15 km from the heart of the city.

Eye witnesses said they heard two loud explosions within a couple of minutes. Police have not yet confirmed either the cause of the explosions or the number of casualties.

The first blast occurred around 7 p.m. near a tiffin centre opposite Venkatadri theatre and the second near Konark theatre. Both the theatres are about 500 meters from each other.

Ambulances and police vehicles rushed to the area. The injured were shifted to Yashoda Hospital at Malakpet and to the government-run Osmania Hospital.

Canning Town | South 24 Parganas, West Bengal | 20 Feb 2013:: Again  Islamic Jihad engulfed the  the unwarranted Hindus on Feb 19, while the whole situation of Canning put under inferno of Islamic brutality– the entire area chanced to  witness again the worst Hindu persecution in recent times and as at least four Hindu Villages viz. Naliakhali, Boyeramari, Herobhanga and Simultala were set on fire after plundering devastatingly and molesting Hindu women and girls and  the saga of thrashing Hindus is extending far and wide, strangulating the adjoining areas of Joynagar, Kultali, Basanti and Sandeshkhali as well, as the reports came in.

Nobody is willing to understand the actual communal situation of West Bengal under the ‘Parivartan Raj’ of TMC. One Muslim Maoulavi was murdered by some unknown persons. Nobody knows the clue. But Muslims attacked Hindu villages planfully and plundered the Hindu villages and put fire. Hindu women molested in a riot like situation. Muslim goons reached Canning from Rajabazar, Park Circus, Metaburz or Gardenreach of Kolkata City only to make a Jihad in Canning.Police and RAF took possession after Hindus lost everything. Nobody feels the reality. In a “Change Syndrome’ of Bengal, Bengali Hindus going to enter into a Carnage.  The dreadful face of Islam in Canning cannot be singularized out in the rise of Neo-Rajakars in  Bengal Politics. But, the political parties and the media are preaching a Secular sermon only to complete a total Islamization of West Bengal.

As per available report, the murder of an elderly villager by a gang of suspected robbers sparked large-scale violence in Canning subdivision on Tuesday morning. Fuelled by wild rumours spread by the Islamists in different mosques and anger against police for allegedly taking the case lightly, Muslim mob of thousands plundered four villages and burnt down more than 200 houses.

The administration has been shaken the most by reports that a section of Muslim attackers was ferried from Kolkata in trucks. They came from the Islamic Dens of Park Circus, Rajabazar, Metiaburz, Garden Reach (all Mini Pakistan in Kolkata).  This has been confirmed by intelligence officials, say sources. The situation is still tense and there is apprehension that the violence may spread to other parts of the district. Reinforcements have been rushed from neighbouring districts.

According to residents of Naliakhali village in Canning-I block, the victim was returning to his home in Basanti after a religious concert  (Islamic Jalsa) at Jamtala village late on Monday when he was accosted by a gang on Naliakhali Main Road. Ruhul Kuddus, a 49-year-old Muslim religious leader (Moulavi and an Imam of a Mosque in Park Circus area) was on a motorcycle with an aide when the goons fired, killing him and injuring the other person, Sirajul Molla (45). Sirajul was admitted in Canning Sub-Divisional Hospital for treatment at first but transferred afterwards to CMCH, Kolkata as his condition turned critical.

As per a report published in Hindustan Times: “Police sources said Kuddus was carrying Rs. 11,50,000 on him which the attackers looted.” Other sources say that a huge amount of unaccounted money (mainly from some cheat funds like KWIL, VIVA, GREEN VALLEY etc. headed by Muslim businessmen) are being used for procuring un-licensed fire-arms and ammunition to carry on Jihad in entire West Bengal. But the appropriate agencies are reluctant to investigate the matters of tantamount Islamic warfare now speedily going in West Bengal under a political blessing of ruling Trinmool Congress.

Samir Sen, a bus driver, was the first to see the body around 4.25am on Tuesday. “Mine was the first bus to Canning from Golabari terminal around 3.50am. At Naliakhali, I found a man lying on the road and decided to check on him with conductor Biswanath Singh. We saw that he was dead. His clothes were soaked in blood and a motorcycle lay by the side of the road. Finding nobody else around, we left and reported the matter to the police in Canning. By then, some other bus drivers had also called police but the cops made no effort to arrive,” Sen said.

The injured aide had managed to reach a safe place and got in touch with friends and relatives. By first light, a large crowd had gathered on the spot and rumours started swirling around. Initially, police didn’t treat the matter seriously enough and sent a junior officer and two constables to remove the body. The crowd barricaded them. A few more policemen were sent, but by then the mob had swollen and a rumour had spread that the killers were from Naliakhali village. The mourners blocked roads and railway tracks.

“Police stood by and watched as thousands of men stormed our village around 10am,” said Biswajit Sardar, whose two-storied building was torched in the violence. Others alleged that most of the attackers were outsiders, who hurled bombs at houses, poured petrol and set them ablaze. “Whoever dared to protest was beaten up,” said villager Sanatan Adhikari. The rampage continued for three hours.

The Hindu villagers in Naliakhali say they had no clue about the murder. “It was only at dawn, when police arrived, that we came to know of the killing,” said Shaktipada Adhikari, an elderly villager whose house near the crime scene was reduced to ashes.

Only at the Kholakhali Baazar (P.S. Joynagar), medicine shop of Sachin Sardar and one saloon of another Hindu individual were attacked and despoiled and all these happened before the police stationed there – effete enough to protect Hindus in any case.

The  Islamic persecutions were spreading then with the help of armed outsiders with slogans of “Naraye Taqbir – Allah ho Akbar”.

Mamata Banerjee, Cheif Minister of West Bengal appealed a peace in Canning and West Bengal and described her ‘Muslim brothers as Peace Lovers”.

Even if Hindus managed to take some measures in self-defence only in few areas, the wild fire of Islamic onslaught is being witnessed in the vicinity – areas of Notunhati in Joynagar and Simultala in Basanti being the greatest victims. Road blockades by Islamists are going on in full might at several areas including Natunhat, Priyor More (P.S. Joynagar), Bhangankhali (P.S. Basanti), Boyarmari (P.S. Sandeshkhali). The wild attacks have extended to P.S. Sandeshkhali, District: 24 Paraganas (North) by now.

Kolkata – Basanti Road has been blocked at Boyarmari. Sanjay Singh, resident of Boyarmari and also CRPF jawan, posted at P.S. Goaltor, District: Medinipur has been beaten up at Boyarmari for refusing to get off from his cycle.

Police and administration have deputed a huge contingent of armed policemen, issued a red alert but it is getting more than impossible for them to contain the widespread violence. Police is running to and fro haplessly. The wrath of Islamic mob did not scared the Police contingents also. The Second Officer of Canning Police Station Sri Anup Kumar Samaddar was attacked by brick-bating and finally fell down due to head injury. Some Police Officials have been admitted to Canning Hospital in a critically injured situation. At least two police officers have been severely injured while two police vehicles have been burnt down.

Last but not least, a large number of motor vehicles carrying thousands of Muslims from Garden Reach, Metiabruz, Tilajla, Park Circus areas in Kolkata have been seen to proceed towards Joynagar. They are also heading towards Ghutiari Shariff by train phase wise still now.

To tackle the situation, rather guarding the Jihadists, the Chief Minister of West Bengal Miss. Mamtaz  Banu Arjee sent a State Delegation of TMC (Critiques say, Total Muslim Congress) comprising Firhad Hakim (Minister – Urban Development and Municipal Affairs), Mohammad Sufi (Minister – Waterways Transport), Giasuddin Molla (Minister – Minority Affairs), Javed Khan (Minister –  Fire Brigade), Haider Aziz Safi (Minister – Cooperative Dept.) and Abu Taher (Karmadhkshya of Civil Matters, South 24 Pgs Zilla Parishad). Anyway the local MP, Sri Tarun Kanti Mondal (SUCI) reached the spot and took a good initiative to distribute foods, tarpouline, medicine etc. to the victimized Hindu people of the affected areas.

Under a strategic Islamic design, Islamist aired various rumours in entire South Bengal. As an immediate effect Muslim fundamentalists tried to spread communalism in the areas of Kalna (Burdwan); Sarberia, Malancha, Ghatakpukur, Belegachi, Godra, Amraberia, Chadaneshwar, Bhoto Mollar Pole (all South 24 Pgs); Panskura (Purba Medinpur); Santragachi, Kona (Howrah), Bhangore, Barasat-Kadambgachi (North 24 Pgs) etc. and blocked the roads in some those areas, until police cleared the roads.

In this situations Hindus are put under a compulsion for a self defense,  while  police and political protections have been made a farce to them. When an unarmed police is failed to protect themselves in Kulpi and Canning Police station attacks or the blood of killed Late Tapas Chowdhury (SI, Special Branch, Kolkata Police, shot dead recently by a Muslim goon in Gardenreach area) is not fully soaked yet, Hindus must think of their own protection in every villages in West Bengal. Right to Live as Hindu is not Crime. But, allowing Hooliganism in the name of minority appeasement is obviously a crime on the part of an one-eyed TMC Govt in West Bengal.

Rajat Pandit | TNN | Jan 15, 2013 | New Delhi :: India on Monday demonstrated its renewed resolve to fight fire with fire along the volatile Line of Control, directing all its battalion commanders on the fiercely-contested boundary to retaliate with all their might if the Pakistani Army provokes them by violating the ceasefire or pushing militants into J&K.

“I expect all my commanders on the LoC to be aggressive and offensive in face of provocation and fire…No passivity is expected from them. Their response has to be measured and for effect,” said a tough-talking General Bikram Singh, a day ahead of Army Day celebrations.

The fact that the Army chief issued an unequivocal warning to Pakistan to cease and desist from misadventures along the border is a confirmation there is going to be no immediate de-escalation of tension, especially as a defiant Pakistan refused to own up to the beheading of an Indian soldier and mutilation of another’s body by its elite SSG commandos on January 8.

Speaking around the same time that Pakistan brushed aside India’s charges at the brigadier-level flag meeting at the Chakkan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district, Gen Singh accused Islamabad of resorting to “outright lies”.

Pakistani Army’s cross-border raid on January 8 was a “premeditated and pre-planned” operation that would have needed at least 10 days of preparation and reconnaissance, he said. Indian Army Chief warns Pakistan, says will choose the time and place to retaliate.

New Delhi | Jan 15, 2013 :: Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh hit out strongly at Pakistan over the killing of two Indian soldiers and continuous ceasefire violation. He warned Pakistan that the Indian Army will retaliate to Pakistan’s attack. “I have given very categorical directions to the Northern Command. When we are provoked we shall respond immediately. I expect my commanders to be aggressive in the face of firing. We will retaliate to Pakistan’s attack at a place and time of our choosing,” General Bikram Singh said.

Talking tough against Pakistan, General Bikram Singh rejected Pakistan’s claims of an Indian operation at the Line of Control killing one soldier. “No operation was carried out by the Indian Army on January 6 as claimed by Pakistan,” General Bikram Singh said.

He called the killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistan ‘gruesome’ and ‘unpardonable’ and said beheading the soldier was unacceptable. “This incident has had strategic nuances, beheading our soldiers is not acceptable. The act was against ethics and principles of rules of engagement,” General Singh said. He added that India will register a strong protest at the flag meet of the two countries.

General Bikram Singh also said that Pakistan Army’s attack in Mendhar was pre-planned.

The long awaited flag meeting between Indian and Pakistani commanders in the Poonch sector will take place on Monday afternoon. India had requested for the Brigadier-level flag meet in an attempt to ease the tension at the India-Pakistan border. >>Read details in IBN Live.

If Pakistan changes its proxy war against Hindusthan in a real one, Mrs. Antonia Sonia Maino may be seen in that mysterious role through which spirit of Lady Mountbatten spoiled Nehru as a meek before the retreating Pakistan Force in 1965, completely disgracing our unbeatable Indian Army, then advanced upto Barkee post around Lahore. This is the real situation to be repeated in case of our two veteran and highly learned President and Prime Minister of India. Hence, today’s flag meeting at at Poonch between the commanders of India and Pakistan regarding repeated cease fire violation and the brutal decapitation of two Indian Jawans by Pakistani beasts, will give us no fruit at all. The Grief tormented Rajputana Rifles Jawans will take food one day after their protest phase of five day long starvation or the families of Lance Naik Hemraj or Lance Naik Sudhakar Singh shall return to their normal life after ending their sitting protest on fasting. But what will happen to the pro active Pak elements engaged to destroy the entity and integrity of India? Or what should be our treatment towards the Hurriyat or MIM elements who are discharging their subversive and seditious role of Fifth Column to destroy India from within?

It is heard that in a bid to de-escalate tension along the Line of Control (LoC), India and Pakistan will hold a brigade commander-level flag meeting in Poonch sector on Monday (14-01-2013) during which the recent intrusions and the brutal killing of two jawans by Pakistani soldiers will figure.

“Brigade Commanders’ flag meeting is being held tomorrow at Chakan-Da-Bagh LoC point in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir at noon,” public relation officer (PRO), defence, Col R K Palta said.

Pakistan agreed to hold the flag meeting in a communication through a hotline in the sector, he said, adding, “We had sought the flag meeting of the brigade commanders of the two sides.”

The Indian Army had sent a hotline message to the Pakistan Army on January 11 and asked for a flag meeting to discuss the issue of brutal killing of two jawans by Pakistani troops, reportedly belonging to 29 Baloch Regiment, and increasing incidents of firing and ceasefire violations in the Poonch sector.

But, this type flag meeting is not an exception but may be considered as routine one. A Brigade Commanders’ meeting was held at Chakan-Da-Bagh LoC point on June 23 following the killing of two Indian soldiers and injuries to four other jawans in ceasefire violations by Pakistani troops, besides closure of the cross- LoC trade and travel via Chakan-Da-Bagh.

The two jawans were killed and the four others were injured in the firing by Pakistan troops between June 11 to June 16 in the Poonch sector. But, they were not the relatives of any higher officials or bureaucrats. Then those were considered as trifling loss or casualties.

Records say that if there were 61 such violations in 2011, as many as 120 have been recorded in the last one year. Reports tells us 7 times cease fire-violation by Pakistan within last 48 hours and we are going to talk with some blood thirsty cannibals, chanting well the norms of Geneva conventions and etc.

Who doesn’t know that Pakistan is our enemy. Those who locked heads are speaking about ‘Aman Ki Tamsha’, Pak-India Cricket-Hockey series or cultural exchange and others are nothing but the traitors of the Nation.

Indian Home Minister Mr. Sushilkumar Shinde is saying that Pakistan is helping terrorists to enter our territory. The Indian Defense Minister Mr. A K Antony is saying that ceasefire violations in Jammu and Kashmir are a cause of serious concern. But the assault upon the Indian Soldiers are coming as a routine phenomenon. Brave-heart soldiers are not permitted to be proactive in the front-line for the lack  political courage of corrupted Indian politicians. And though these nefarious nods, the Fifth Column in Indian soil are sprouting unbelievably without any check and balance.

It is told that the 26/11 Master Mind Hafiz Sayeed were visiting the Terrorist Training Camps in POK and stationed near Mendhar  border of Poonch Sector at the time of brutal killing of two Rajputana Rifles Jawans by Balooch Regiment of Pakistan Army. Concrete evidences have been surfaced that separatist Hurriyat Leaders of J&K are conducting strategic meeting with the Army and ISI officials of Pakistan to continue Jihad warfare in India. But, Pakistan is denying all these and we are waiting for another series of intrusion or further pack of mutilated body of Indian soldiers or civilians with clotted blood and without heads or limbs.

Aggressive Offence is the only answer in this situation for making a meaningful defense. Yes, this is the time to issue a clear declaration of revenge. This is the time to crush down the most dangerous Fifth Columnists like Yaseen Malik, Geelani or Akbaruddin. And this can be materialized only upon a strong resolution  and steel body and mind. Oh, my brave-heart soldiers of  Rajputana Rifles and the glorified relatives of National Heroes like Veer Sudhakar or Veer Hemraj, wipe out the tears each others, take food again but must take the vow to finish all the Fifth Column perpetrators and spies from our soil, who are endangering our safety and security in every foot step.

The cross border enemies and their Army are fortifying  the Fifth Column in India and their terrorist fronts by all possible menace of arms, finance, logistics and strategies to carry on a fanatic Jihad in India. Then, when our Army can’t drive in a Dhrama Yudh to save the prestige and  mighty presence of Bharat Mata at present and future.

Unless we complete the cleansing the Fifth Column from Bharat (India), they will push us in the mouth of the sharks and help our enemies in many ways.  Enough is enough. Finish the Fifth Columns right now.

Arrest AkbaruddinAIMIM (All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen), shortly known as MIM’s Deputy Leader and  MLA  of Chandrayangutta, Akbaruddin Owaisi returned to the country from London on Monday morning. Owaisi has sought 4 days time from the police to appear before it in connection with a case filed against him concerning the hate speech he delivered last month at Nrmal in Adilabad District on 24-12-2012.

According reports, MIM activists were present in large numbers to give a rousing reception to the firebrand leader at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad,  about 22 km south of downtown Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Police had made elaborate ‘bandobust’  arrangements for Owaisi’s return to the city. But not arrested the culprit.

However, police are yet to take a call on his request, a senior police officer said, adding the decision on whether to grant him the permission will be taken at a senior level.

Earlier, MIM workers turned up in large number at Shamshabad airport here where Owaisi landed early this morning. The MLA was reportedly in London for his treatment.

As part of further probe into two cases, notices were issued to Owaisi on January 4 and he was directed to appear before investigation officers of Nirmal (Rural) police in Adilabad district today (January 7) and before the Nizambad II Town police on January 8. Another notice was served on Owaisi by the Osmania University Police directing him to appear before them on January 10.

Two FIRs were registered suo moto at Adilabad and Nizamabad districts while a third case was filed against the MLA by Osmania University Police following a court directive after the Floor Leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly had allegedly used inflammatory and derogatory language against a particular community during his public speeches last month.

Akbaruddin has been booked under IPC sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, language etc. and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) and 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs).

He has also been booked under IPC section 121 (waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India).

Clearly, Mr Akbaruddin has failed to maintain the direction of Police as  Nirmal police had summoned the MLA to appear before them on January 7 in relation to a case booked against him for the hate speech delivered there during a public meeting on December 24.

As a precautionary measure, the Nirmal Town police have imposed Section 144 (prohibit assembly of five or more persons) of the Criminal Procedure Court from 6am to 6pm on Monday. As a convoy of 30 to 40 vehicles is likely to follow Akbaruddin Owaisi’s vehicle to Nirmal, commissioners and SPs of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been told to remain on high alert from Sunday night.

Police would also beef up security at the Nampally court premises on Monday as two separate petitions related to hate speeches of Akbaruddin and Togadia would come up for hearing on Monday.Hyderabad police and their counterparts in Ranga Reddy, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been asked to remain on alert and intercept private vehicles following Owaisi’s vehicle wherever possible.

But there is amply scope to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi without delay for the 12 points reasons for framing serious charges against him under 109, 115/116, 118, 119, 121, 131, 147, 149, 153, 153-A, 153- B,  295, 295-A,  298 of IPC;  108, 151 Cr. P. C and other attracted provisions of Indian Constitution.  

1. Insulting Hindu Temples (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A  295, 295-A, 296,  298, 153, 153 A IPC and  108, 151 Cr. P. C.) : He says ” In Hindustan, we (Muslims) ruled for 1000 years and we left our symbols. Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Agra Fort, Qutub Minar, Charminar, Golkonda and hundreds of other symbols. The world comes to Hindustan to see our symbols. The people from the world do not come to see Ram and Krishna Mandirs” .

2. Claiming that Indian Muslims have the legacy of the invaders (123, 124-A, 131, 142, 171-F, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511).  He says”When we ruled for 1000 years, we were not even 1 crore, now we are 25 crores Why are we silent now ? Every Pundit and Pujari used to offer salaam (salute) to us. The 4 minars of Charminar show that the East-West-North-South were dominated by us” .

3. Justifying Terror attacks (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511) : He Says “Terror attacks happened, bomb blasts happened – they were wrong. But Oh Hindustan if you had not allowed destruction of Babri Masjid, then the bomb blasts at Mumbai would also were not happened. Every action has a reaction. I am not for any particular sect, I am only for Muslims. We will think about secularism only after Babri masjid is rebuilt.”

 4.  Spreading wrong Information about legal system (195 IPC 203,IPC section 2-c and 15 of contempt of court act, 1971, section 228, 340 Cr. P. C. and  TADA) : He says ” Ajmal Kasab was hanged. I don’t want to go into a debate on his hanging. Why was he hanged ? He came from Pak came into India, killed 200 civilians and he was hanged. In Gujarat, the person who killed 2000 Muslims – no case has been filed against him. If there is any law in this country, then the way you have hanged Kasab, you must hang Modi. We want to see Modi as hanged out.  This Muslim of Andhra gives a call that if Muslims unite then Modi will also be hanged.”

5. Justifying Bangladeshi Infiltration into Assam (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440 and  511) : He says ” In Assam, the riots happened using AK-47 on Muslims. You say they are Bangladeshi. If the Muslims are Bangladeshi, who are you Advani ? You ran away and came to India. We Muslims of this country did not run away anywhere. “

 6. Insulting Hindu customs (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A  295, 295-A, 296,  298, 153, 153 A IPC and 108, 151 Cr. P. C) : He says “This country was ours and will remain ours.” ( he stated earlier that the country was ruled by Babar, Shah Jahan & Aurangzeb and they are their followers)”. He says further “ If in case we go, we will take Taj, Qutub Minar, Red fort. What will be left ? The dilapidated Ram Mandir of Ayodhya, the nude paintings of Ajanta-Ellora ! What else be left ? When we die, we are buried because we have love for the land. When you die, you are cremated and mix with the nature like vagabonds.”

 7.Threatening a democratically elected CM (171 -G of IPC) : He says “There are many such Modis who have come and gone. Modi, come to Hyderabad once and we will show you. Tasleema Nasreen came, no one knows where she is. She ran away. The same will be  happened to Modi.”

 8. Encouraging Violence and Call To Muslims to Kill Hindus (153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B , 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says” Hindustan –We are 25 crores, you are 100 crores. Remove the police for 15 minutes and we will show you who has more courage and strength. ( Crowd rises up in standing ovation ) Why are you afraid ? When something happens ( meaning riots), I get phone calls. Nobody calls and tells me- “This happened and I did this and now you take care”. Take action – don’t fear. Today, I have this mike in front of me. If tomorrow I hold something else, then there will be so much of bloodshed in this country which this country has not seen in the last 1000 years.”

 9. Insulting National Heroes & Hindu sentiments (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says “In Ayodhya , there are 3 mandirs where people claim that Ram was born here. In Haryana, Kaushalyapuram there are places where people say Ram was born here. Oh Vajpayee, Oh Advani, tell us where all did Ram’s mother go. They say Ram was born 15 Lakhs years ago. How do they know what happened so many lakhs of years when we are unable to track even 200 years of history ?”

He further says ” There are many pujas that they( Hindus) do. Rama, Lakshman, Durga..how many more. I knew Lakshmi but who is Bhagyalakshmi ? What sort of names are these ? I dont want to spoil the atmopshere of this pious program by taking this manhoos(ill-fated) names – (names of Hindu gods and goddesses) ” !

10. Supporting  cow slaughter and promoting  beef eating (STATE OF GUJARAT VERSUS /// 2005 7 JUDGES SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT WILL ATTRACT with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says ” If only they ( Hindus) also eat the beef, they will realise how tasty it is. We are eating it and we love it. We will not compromise ” .

11. Threat to taking away National Monuments outside India (INDIAN MONUMENTS PRESERVATION ACT. 1904, . ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA 1951 AND 1958  ACTS  with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says, “swearing in the name of Allah, We will not leave this Hindustan any way at our first priority. But, if we leave this land anyway, we will not go away with empty hands. We will take away the Tajmahal, Lal Quila and Qutub Minar as well.”

12. Defaming and Inciting against Indian Army and its role declaring Indian Army as “Na Maard” (WAGING WAR 121, 131, 133, 135 with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):   He says, ” what in the numbers of Thousands, Lacs or Crores of impotent, they cannot give birth of anybody. When the public cannot challenge us and Muslims shows their bigger strength,  these Army of impotent come to combat us”.

But the deafening silence of Political parties promoting Muslim appeasements and the authorities under the pressure of Indian politics are totally unsuccessful to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi to put him into jail, which is the right place to tame down such an rabid Islamic Jihadi against Indian Majority people, its Constitution, Army and peaceful social structure.

We are also surprised to see that no Hindu Organisations  have their specific legal cell to pull down such subversive and anti Hindu elements making such bigger conspiracy against Hindustan and creating new horizon of destructive Jihad against Bharat and its people.

ANYWAY, ARREST AKBARUDDIN OWAISI WITHIN THREE DAYS, OTHERWISE WE MAY HAVE TO FACE A SEVERE RETALIATION AGAINST THIS ANTI INDIAN AKBARUDDIN IN A FIERCE MODE. JAI HIND.
