HENB | Ramnathi (Goa) | June 22, 2016:: On the Fourth day of the first part of the 5th All India Hindu Adhiveshan being held in the Shri Ramnath Temple, Ponda, Goa concludes its first part passing eight point resolutions. Over the last four days the Devout Hindu delegates from over 161 Hindu organizations debated upon and decided on programs to publicize the concept of Hindu Rashtra. Starting tomorrow, the Adhiveshan will concentrate on the ‘Hindu Rashtra Sanghatak’ delegates.
This Adhiveshan witnessed the adoption of a unique resolution of implementing campaigns against issues that plague the society. These campaigns will be an addition to the Nation building and Dharma awakening work being done. The common minimum program included a decision to campaign against Obscenity, Donations being collected in Schools,‘daylight robbery’ in hospitals, corruption etc. Shri. Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that it was also decided upon in the Adhiveshan to start a nationwide campaign with the demand to rehabilitate Kashmiri Hindus.
The 5th All India Hindu Adhiveshan witnessed the participation of over 400 delegates from 22 states of India as well as delegates from neighbouring countries like Nepal and Sri Lanka. Dr. Shib Narayan Sen (Shaastra Dharma Prachar Sabha, Kolkata, West Bengal); Shri. Kuru Tai (Arunachal Pradesh); Shri. Anil Dhir (National Secretary, Bharat Raksha Manch); Coordinator of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad from Belgaum, Karnataka Adv. Chetan Manerikar and Shri. Chetan Rajhans (Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha) were present for the Press Conference.
In the discussions on the common minimum program’s resolution to implement social campaigns, it was decided that priority would be accorded to local issues. Also, efforts would be put in to increase participation of patriotic as well as Dharmik Hindus in these local campaigns.
Concrete action on atrocities against Hindus in Kashmir and Bangladesh !
The Kashmiri Hindus have been living as refugees due to the Jihadi terror. Hindus should unitedly compel the Central Government to ensure that Kashmiri Hindus can return and live respectably in Kashmir. 19 regional Adhiveshans to this effect will be conducted all over the country, with the help of Hindu organizations.
The delegates in the 5th All India Hindu Adhiveshan also expressed deep concern about the safety of the Hindus living in Bangladesh, considering the increasingly brutal attacks they arefacing today. The Bangladesh government has completely failed to protect the Hindus there. The delegates also gave their complete support to the demand by Bangladeshi Hindus for the establishment of a separate Homeland.
Free legal assistance to Devout Hindus !
Devout Hindus who are engaged in nation building and Dharmajagruti continuously face legal hurdles. Also, the administration and police machinery pose further problems in their work. It was decided that the advocate members of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad would provide bimonthly free legal guidance to the deserving devout Hindus. A ‘Legal Data Bank’ was also proposed, to store and disseminate information gathered from RTI campaigns and Court judgements.

Indian Constitution is not based of Shastras which are natural guidelines of Hindu life. So, it should be re-framed in the light of Bharatiya values without copying it from other alien cultures, says Dr. Shib Narayan Sen of Shashtra Dharma Prachar Sabha of Kolkata.
In his erudite discussion on framing a Hindu constitution for coming glorious days for Bharat, Dr Sen expresses his displeasure that Indian constitution does connect with the glorious culture and heritage of Bharat and even it does not consider this holy land as the Motherland of us. When China makes clear in its constitution to consider its territorial entity as Mother land and inspires its populace to be proud of its ancient culture, India clearly fails about it.
Dr Sen mentions that as there has been done 100 amendments of Indian constitution for many purposes and purportedly violets its preamble by inserting ‘Secular’ and ‘Social’, why there should not be a further amendment of it to declare Bharat (India) as a Hindu State. He says that ‘Secular’ and ‘Social’ matters in alien light do not fit Indian concept of principal of righteousness and nor even the polity of this old land Dharma.
He also mentioned that the manhandling of Hindu matters without the context of Dharma will jeopardize our society. Giving the example of Hindu Code Bill, he said the regulations was made to remove the discrimination upon Hindu girls and women. But, that law could not helped them but explored as a tool to restrict Hindus in many ways.
A constitution cannot allow some undue advantages to the so called minorities and snatch the sentiments of the majority in the matters of conversion, cow-slaughtering, or making subversive educational centers on religious basis while there is the provisions of Art. 44 for Uniform Civil Code for the Citizens or Art. 48 indicating the Ban on Cow slaughter.
Dr Sen hopes that the Sanatan Sanstha and HJS will lead the Hindu mass to achieve a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat under the guidance of Saints and the primordial lights and essential teachings of Vedic Sanatan Hindu Scriptures.
Sadvi Karuna Bahen Ji of Sant Asaram Bapu Ashram, Rajkot told the delegate that the shouting of “Jayatu Jyatu Hindu Rashtram” is not a slogan, but it should the inner power to defeat all the anti-Hindu enemies around us. Clarifying the present degradation of National life, Sadvi Karuna pointed out the defamation and humiliation of Hindu Saints. Mentioning the imprisonment Revered Asaram Bapu, the Hindu saint is languishing in jail without any proved offence. Such humiliation of Saints will harm the Nation in near future if justice is not given accordingly.
Karuna Bahen Ji said that one East India Company came to India for business and they ruled this country for 200 years. The young and energetic Sadhvi urged the youth of the Nation to remove of 100 East India Company like foreign powers obviously present in this country. She hoped that Dharma would be victorious without any hesitation to form a Dharma Rajya ultimately.
41 regional Adhiveshans to unite Hindus within July 2016 to May 2017 !
It was decided to hold 41 regional Hindu Adhiveshans over the next year. This will include 32 local and 9 state level Adhiveshans, aimed at uniting Hindus for the task of establishment of Hindu Rashtra. Besides these, there will be hundreds of local village meeting and local levels to ensure the Hindu Rashtra in its expected time frame of 2023-2025.

It was decided that in interest of world peace and prosperity, all legal options to ensure that India is declared a Hindu Rashtra will be explored. The Indian Parliament should declare the country to be a Hindu Rashtra.

Hindus from Nepal are trying to get the Himalayan nation declared a Hindu Rashtra again. The All India Hindu Adhiveshan extends complete moral, political support to their cause. The Nepalese parliament should nullify the present secular constitution and declare the nation as a Hindu Rashtra.

Atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka should be investigated by an international Human rights committee as well as the Indian government. The Bangladeshi government has failed to protect the Hindus there. So the Hindus should be allowed to have a separate homeland in Bangladesh.
