Congratulating new UP CM Yogi Adityanath, VHP demands early construction of Ayodhya Ram Temple.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | New Delhi | March 19, 2017::  The apex body of Hindus, the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Sunday congratulated Yogi Adityanath on becoming chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and hoped that its longstanding demand for a Ram temple in Ayodhya will be fulfilled soon.

The International President of VHP, Dr Pravin Togadia, also congratulated Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma for becoming deputy chief ministers, and said Uttar Pradesh will become an “Uttam” (best) state under Yogi Adityanath’s able leadership.

“We hope and have full faith that now to build Bharat of our own Mahant Avaidyanath, the new CM Yogi Adityanath will work tirelessly. Bharat where Hindus will be always safe and prosperous. Our support was always with him and will be there”, Dr Togadia’s statement reflects such.

“We hope and have full faith that under the new leadership in UP government, Bhagwan Ram will very soon get a grand temple at Ayodhya and all promises to Hindus, pending for years, would be fulfilled soon,” Dr Togadia said.

Actually, Yogi Adityanath is the Supreme Head of Nath Sect of Hindu Dharma and chief pontiff of renowned Gorakh Peeth and Gorakhnath Temple of Gorakhpur. He is also a prominent face of Ram Janmabhoomi Movement and a senior member of Marg Darshak Mandali of Vishva Hindu Parishad.

Priest-turned-politician and magnetic mascot of hardline Hindutva, 44-year-old Adityanath was today sworn in as the 21st chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and the fourth from the BJP, ending a 15-year hiatus for the saffron party.
