Arrest Mevani and Khalid at once and ban their entry to Maharashtra to stop Hindu divide further.

Why caste clash creator Jignesh Mevani and separatist JNU student leader Umar Khalid yet not arrested for ‘inciting passions’ in Maharastra to create Hindu divide? 

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Mumbai | Jan 4, 2108:: Amidst the caste conflicts and fire, a 22-year-old student of Pune, Akshay G Bikkad complained to the police for objectionable speeches made by dalit leader Jignesh Mevani and separatist leader Umar Khalid at Shaniwarwada on December 31 last year. It is believed that Mevani and Khalid incited a section of  society for  “Bhima Koregaon Battle” celebration in another way with a poly to divide Hindu people of  Maharashtra. Every year the Bhima Koregaon celebration happened in an usual way, but this year the Caste and Communal Champions like Umar Khalid, Jignesh Mevani and  Ambedkar’s grandson Prakash created an unprecedented situation of fire over Maharashtra spreading it even to Gujarat.

In his complaint, Bikkad said that at a ‘Yalgar Parishad’ held that day of 31st Dec, the two speakers made inflammatory speeches that eventually  created misunderstanding between communities. We must thank to Akshay G Bikkad for registering  the FIR against the main culprits of Bhima Koregaon fire.

The complainant added excerpts from the speech by Mevani: “The (January 1, 1818) battle of Koregaon-Bhima can be a war of tomorrow. If they attack, it is time to retaliate, and winning this war will be a tribute to the martyrs. Crushing the new ‘Peshwai’ can be a homage to the heroes of the Koregaon-Bhima battle.”

The alleged excerpt from Khalid’s speech: “If we want to win this war against the new ‘Peshwai’, we must carry forward the battle of Koregaon-Bhima. If we want to carry ahead the struggle, it cannot be achieved merely by electoral politics.

“I believe that people who fight for the public causes must find a place in the legislatures in Gujarat and Maharashtra, and also in Parliament. However, caste system can be uprooted only by taking the fight to the streets. The dominance of one caste over the other can only be destroyed by battling it out on the streets,” Khalid allegedly said.

The complainant said that such inflammatory speeches can create a wedge and enmity between communities and that provoked by these utterances some unknown miscreants attacked the Victory Pillar (Vijay Stambh) in Koregaon-Bhima, resulting in riots and arson on January 1.

The above excerpts are clearly indicate the ulterior of motive of Jignesh and Khalid to make incitement among the people only to create a divide in Hindu society.

The perpetrators like Mevani, Khalid or Prakash Ambedkar were obviously successful to make a crafted division between the ‘people of Chatrapati Shivaji’ and the ‘people of  Bhimrao Ambedkar’. But, there was hardly any conflict of these great men of India who set a goal to free the mass from the bondage and persecution of people posed by the tyrant rulers, whatsoever Mughal or British. Shivaji and Ambedkar both were the champion of oppressed people. They both walked under the guidance of spiritual ideologies of Smarth Swami Ramdas or Gautam Buddha. These great souls were the symbol of unity, not of divisions. But, the culpable forces like Jignesh Mevani or  Umar Khalid are surely destroying the peace and harmony and misguiding the people with ulterior motive. Mevani  or Khalid have no ideas on Shivaji or Ambedkar, they have no roots in Indian spirituality or ideologies but have certain connections with our Pakistani enemies.

But, it is great question- What was the role of BJP led Govt in Maharashtra to control the situation that occurred in connection of 200 years victory celebration of Bhima Koregaon Battle and the violence followed it?

Whether CM Fadnavis and other big leaders of BJP don’t know the character of Jignesh Mevani, Umar Khalid or Prakash Ambedkar as such! Who gave the permission to conduct the meeting in “Yalgar Parishad” to spew the venom in the society by Mevani, Khalid or other anti-Hindu and anti Indian leaders? Why Police on duty did not report about the uncontrollable situation and could not arrange to collect all CCTV footage to reveal the actual identities of the attackers on Vijay Stambh in Koregaon-Bhima or the killers of Rahul Babaji Phatangade who was killed after being identified as a ‘Marathi’ and ‘Peshwai’ for wearing a jacket with a picture of Shivaji+!

The BJP led Maharashtra Govt has also completely failed to apprehend the Naxalite nexus with Bhima-Koregaon violence+.

BJP has been adopting double standards on records and that some time led them creating serious menace to Hindus as a result. When the BJP led Govt in Goa banned a Hinduvadi leader and Sri Ram Sene leader Promod Muthalik for years; then why the subversive culprits like Khalid and Mevani are allowed in Maharashtra by the BJP counterpart ruling in the state?

Hindu leader Muthalik is charged for his ‘Moral Policing’ in pubs and public places, but there is no charges of Subversion against him. Even then, Muthalik is still banned in Goa.

But, “Kashmir Mange Azadi” (Kashmir wants Freedom) or “Bharat Tere Tukde Honge” (India will be cut into pieces) – slogan raiser Umar Khalid or his friend Mevani are roaming free in Maharastra with state indulgence and creating caste clash as well. This must be stopped at once.

Maharashtra Govt must arrest Mevani and Khalid immediately for their culpability in connection with Bhima Koregaon riot including destruction of public properties; and their entry to Maharashtra should be banned forthwith to stop divide in Hindus anymore averting huge loss through caste war.
