Upendra Bharti | HENB | Bhopal | April 16, 2022:: The loudspeaker controversy against the rampant use of Mosque loudspeakers is expected to achieve new heights today with the celebration of Hanuman Jayanti across the country. On the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Hanuman chalisa is expected to be played on loudspeakers in different states like Delhi, UP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh. In light of the uncontrollable loudspeaker row, tension may increase in the country, as some sources presume.
MNS President Raj Thackeray will recite Hanuman Chalisa in Pune on the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav today at 6 pm. MNS workers will read Hanuman Chalisa in Muslim dominated area. A maha aarti has been organized on behalf of MNS today at Hanuman temple in Baharambagh area of Jogeshwari, Mumbai at 7.30 pm.
Shiv Sena has also announced to organize Maha Aarti at many places in Mumbai. The party may perform Maha Aarti in Dadar’s Pigeonkhana and other areas.
Meanwhile, weighing in on the loudspeaker controversy, PFI’s Mumbra President Matin Shekhani has claimed that Muslims are being persecuted in the country. He added that if even a single loudspeaker is touched, the PFI will be at the fore. He has also protested the violence during Ram Navami processions in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and other states. An FIR has been registered in Mumbra against PFI’s Abdul Matin Shekhani for making inflammatory speeches.
BJP leader Mohit Kamboj Bharatiya Of Maharashtra has been distributing loudspeakers free+ to play Hanuman Chalisa and Bhajan from Temples.
In Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh 5 times Bhajans and Hanuman Chalisa+ are being played five times by a Hindutva leader, Sudhir Singh’s initiative.
In Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh, tension gripped the city as Hindutva forces had called a protest rally on Hanuman Jayati Day against the Jihadi violence in Khargone as perpetrated on the occasion of Ram Navmi.
Bhopal Police registered an FIR+ against a man belonging to the Jai Maa Bhawani Hindu Sanghathan at Mangalwara police station. In the FIR, Anas Ali, who is the coordinator of Barkatullah Youth Forum, said that the procession will coincide with the time of evening prayers of the Muslim community.
Bhopal Police acted in favour of Muslim activists taking the Azan time as taken for granted and Hindus’ playing loudspeakers or taking out processions in the Azan or Namaz time are highly objectionable.
Upananda Brahmachari, the eminent Hindu interlocutor and Hindu Existence Web Editor reacted over Bhopal Police’s activities in favour of Muslims.
Taking his twitter handle Brahmachari wrote+, “Bhopal Police acted in favour of Muslims taking the Azan time as taken for granted & Hindus’ playing loudspeakers or taking out processions in the Azan/Namaz timings highly violative... This is not Pakistan.”
Amidst loudspeaker war between Temples and Mosques, Hanuman Jayanti may be attacked by pro-Jihadi goons across India, as some security alerts say.
