‘Become a Muslim, otherwise I will shoot you…,’ Muslim boy threatened Hindu girl in MP.

Laxman Chaurasiya | NT Online | Khandwa | Sept 6, 2022:: In the Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh, a case of pressure on a Hindu girl to convert to religion has come to light. The girl studies in Nursing College. She has alleged that the Janbaaz Mansoori alias Monu of her village was harassing her for a long time and now he threatens her by sending pictures with a gun. The girl lodged a complaint with the police station with the help of Hindu organizations. (This is a case where BJP is the ruling party in the state.)

According to media reports, the girl took the decision to go to the police when Janbaaz stopped her on the way on Monday (5 September 2022) and showered flowers on her head and then asked her to leave Hinduism and convert to Islam. The girl said that, during this, Janbaaz forcibly made her sit on the bike, then started driving away at high speed, due to which the girl got so scared that she jumped from the moving bike. Seeing the girl in this condition, many people gathered there. People also tried to catch Janbaaz. But, he ran away.

After this, the girl reached the police with the help of a Hindu organization. Giving a complaint against Janbaaz, she said that she is studying in the first year in a private nursing college in the city. On August 5, at 3 pm, she was going from her college to her home in Ashapur. Meanwhile, Janbaaz Mansoori of the village came in her way and started showering flowers on her and asking her to get married. According to the victim, Janbaaz has been following her for the past one year. Earlier she used to study in Harsud College, even then he used to stop her in the middle of the way and ask her to get married. However, the girl told this to her family members. The family members of the victim had also complained at Janbaaz’s house.

For a few days, the Janbaaz remained silent, but now it is the same situation again. This time Janbaaz took out the girl’s number from somewhere. Now he threatens her on the phone that, ‘Get married, or else I will kill the whole family.’ According to the girl, the madman sends pictures with a gun and threatens, ‘Convert to religion or else I will shoot you.’ Last month too, the accused had threatened to throw acid by blocking the way of the girl in Khandwa. Now,  the Hindu Student Army (Hindu Chatra Sena) has also appeared in the whole scene. The organization took the student to the police station and demanded necessary action after the complaint of the girl.
