Varanasi Court rejects Hindu Worshippers’s plea for scientific investigation into the ‘ShivaLinga’ found in Gyanvapi.

Gyanvapi Verdict: Varanasi Court says No to any Scientific Investigation of ‘Shivling’ in Mosque to avoid any damage to it defying SC Order. 

Advocates of Hindu side are settled to move in Supreme Court against Varanasi court’s order.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Varanasi | Oct 14, 2022:: No carbon dating of the ‘Shivling’ or any scientific investigation to be allowed in the Gyanvapi Mosque premises, said the Varanasi District Court delivering in favour of the Muslim side in a much awaited order. The Court also rejected all demands made for a scientific probe of the structure in the mosque.

The Court rejected the plea submitted by the Hindu side and said in its order that carbon dating of the structure ‘will not answer the questions of legalities involved in the suit.’

The court further stated, “If Carbon Dating or ground penetrating radar is permitted and if any damage is caused to the ‘Shiva Linga‘ then it would be a violation of the Supreme Court‘ s order on May 17, 2022 to protect it and it might also hurt the religious sentiments of the general public.”

The Hindu side had during a court-mandated videography survey of the mosque premises earlier claimed that a ‘Shivling’ was found close to the ‘Wazookhana’, a small reservoir used by Muslim devotees to perform ritual ablutions before offering the namaz. The Muslim side has however heavily disputed the ‘Shivling’ claim and have maintained that the object was part of a ‘fountain’ and not a ‘Shivling’.

The Muslim side on Friday argued that the decision on ASI survey of the mosque was still pending with the High Court and hence the lower court must wait before allowing carbon dating of the structure.

The Hindu side had initially submitted a petition seeking carbon dating of the structure so as to ‘confirm’ their claims that the object in the mosque was in fact a ‘Shivling’. There were several objections raised by both the Muslim side and some litigators in the Hindu side for carbon dating of the structure.

Some from the Hindu side too had opposed the plea seeking carbon dating and said that the demand is unwarranted for and would amount to mishandling of the sacred structure.

Though others in Hindu side  had moved the plea under Order 26 Rule 10A of CPC (Code of Civil Procedure) seeking a scientific investigation of the Shiva Linga as found inside Gyanvapi mosque premises without causing any damage to it.

However, the decision on comprehensive physical survey by ASI of the Gyanvapi mosque adjacent to Kashi Vishwanath Temple is still pending with the Allahabad High Court since 1991. There is a stay on the matter till October 31, 2022.

At the latest ANI reported that the advocates of Hindu side are preparing to challenge/appeal in connection of the order passed by Varanasi District Court rejecting scientific investigation/carbon dating etc on ‘the ‘Shiva Linga’ as found by the Court commissioned survey.

Interacting with HENB, Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said, “We will move to the Supreme Court in appropriate Time.”

   Why are we Hindus TREADING SO SOFTLY ???

   The SHIVALINGAM found in GYANVAPI IS OURS AND OLDER THAN THE MOSQUE BUILT BY THAT RASCAL AURANGZEB,

   The problem is actually that Hindu lawyers ( THE REAL ENEMIES OF HINDUS) are afraid and wish to gain popularity with these cowardly Musaltus who attack everything that is SACROSANCT FOR US SANATANI HINDUS,

   EVERY HINDU NEEDS TO STAND UP WITH UNITY & INTEGRITY FEARLESSLY !
