Muslim young man from Dehradun wants to adopt Hinduism by denouncing Islam, applied to DM.

In most of the cases the forefathers were converted to other faith, mainly in Islam and now the descendents are now willing to return intooriginal Hindu faith with their free will. Saeed Arshad from Dehradun in Uttarakhand wants to renounce Muslim religion and adopt Hinduism. With this wish, he first reached the District Court and was advised to go to the District Magistrate (DM) office.

Saeed applied to the District Magistrate

Now Saeed Arshad has applied to the District Magistrate. District Magistrate Sonika, while sending this matter to Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Dr. SK Barnwal, has also directed to obtain opinion from District Government Advocate (DGC) Civil.

DM sent the matter to ADM

The application of Saeed Arshad, a 36-year-old Muslim youth resident of Lakhibagh, Dehradun for conversion was sent to the District Magistrate is. Saeed said that he wanted to renounce the Muslim religion and convert to Hinduism on his own choice for an attraction on it.

In this regard, he also tried to personally meet the District Magistrate. When that did not mature, Sayeed sent the application for conversion to the District Magistrate by email.

Also instructed for legal opinion from DGC

District Magistrate Sonika also showed readiness in the matter and sent the application to the Additional District Magistrate for further action. According to Additional District Magistrate Dr. Barnwal, opinion is being obtained from DGC.

As per report, the process of conversion will be completed soon.

There are also some other applications for religious conversion

At the same time, District Magistrate Sonika said that some other applications have also been received for conversion from Muslim religion to Hinduism. Action on these is also in progress.
