UP: In pretense, Roshan Ali left Islam as Taqiyya and embraced Hinduism to marry Hindu woman, later forced her to convert to Islam and made Nikah.

Top level Taqiyya in Love Jihad: Roshan Ali turned Roshan Lal to become a Hindu in a pretense, then married a Hindu girl in a Delhi Arya Samaj temple. After returning home in Rampur village the Muslim youth converted the Hindu girl and performed a Nikah.

Roshan Ali used to work at a flower shop while living in Delhi. There he met Lakshmi Bansal, daughter of Kamlesh Bansal, a resident of Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Both of them had a love affair with each other but due to being from different communities, the family members of the girl were not ready for the relationship.

Roshan Ali first converted himself in Hinduism as Roshan Lal to marry a Hindu girl in Delhi according to Hindu customs. A few days after the Hindu marriage, the young man returned to his village posing as Roshan Ali and got the girl married again according to Muslim customs. He also converted the Hindu girl in Islam. After protests by Hindu organizations, the matter reached the police. Accordingly, the police brought both of them to the police station where both are being interrogated. On the other hand, Hindu organizations say that the young man who changed from Roshan Ali to Roshan Lal in order to marry a Hindu girl, then in a planned manner married the girl without taking permission to change her religion again becoming Roshan Ali. At present, after the protest of the Hindu organization, the police authority is probing the matter.

Youth worked at flower shop in Delhi

Actually, Roshan Ali, son of Nasruddin, a resident of Rampur village of Sursa police station area, used to live in Delhi and work at a flower shop. There he met Lakshmi Bansal, daughter of Kamlesh Bansal, a resident of Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Roshan Ali cast a spell  of  ‘Taqqiya’ on Lakshmi in a ‘Love Jihad’ truce. When both of them had a ‘culpable’ love affair with each other but due to being from different communities, the family members of the girl were not ready for the relationship. In such a situation, Roshan Ali plan fully converted himself to Hinduism to marry Lakshmi Bansal and got married 2 months before Hindu customs in an Arya Samaj Temple in Delhi. A week ago, Roshan Ali returned to his village and as if on the advice of his family members, he himself appeared again as Roshan Ali and converted Lakshmi into Islam by giving a name Roshni to complete the Nikha as per Islamic customs.

What is Taqiyya

In Islam, Taqiya or Taqiyya is a precautionary dissimulation or denial of religious belief and practice. Generally, taqiyya is the action of committing a sinful act for a pious goal to establish Islam or for the advancement of Muslims – Ummat. Under Taqiyya, Muslims make camouflage or pretend to do anything in favour of Islam at any cost. Here Roshan Ali converted himself a Hindu under Taqiyya to fulfil his aim to convert and marry a Hindu girl Lakshmi.

Why a Nikah was performed after a Hindu Marriage

After the talk of marrying a Hindu girl spread in the village, some people informed Hindu organizations, after which Bajrang Dal workers reached the spot and complained about the whole episode to the local police station. After  protest and complaint of the Bajrang Dal workers, the local police brought both of them to the police station and informed the family members of the girl. However, the relatives of the girl have not been able to reach the spot yet. At present, the girl says that she wants to stay with the young man. In this regard, the young man says that after adopting Hinduism, he got married in Delhi as Roshal Lal and after coming to the village, he got married as Roshan Ali. He did this because he neither wanted to anger his in-laws nor his family members.

“The Hindu girl is still in a spell of Love Jihad. She is quietly unable to understand her final position in a fridge like Shraddha Walekar as cut into 35 pieces by his live-in-partner Aftab Poonawala, or another position  in the suitcase like Neha Patel being brutally raped and murdered by her live-in-partner Lukman and his brothers Noman, Arman and Samsad,” said an angry  Bajrang Dal activist in protest.

Bajrang Dal protested, demanded action against the youth

Now, Bajrang Dal workers are demanding action against Roshan Ali, who converted and married a Hindu girl. Bajrang Dal workers say that permission was not taken for the change of religion and Nikah to revert the earlier Hindu marriage. In many situations, Hindu girls are being targeted through new ways. They demand that strict action should be taken against Roshan Ali. At present, in this case, the police say that the entire episode is being investigated, action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts come to the fore after the investigation.
