Stop illegal construction before Arunachaleswarar Temple by anti-Hindu TN Govt’s HRCE Dept: Petition in Madras HC.

Madras High Court fixed urgent hearing to stop ‘illegal’ construction work right now before the magnificent Raja Gopuram of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple by the ‘anti-tradition’ Tamil Nadu HRCE Department. 

B Upendran | HENB | Chennai | Nov 11, 2023:: The anti-Hindu activities undertaken by the Tamil Nadu government in its HRCE (Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment) Department as provoked by Chief Minister M K Stalin and his infamous ‘anti-Sanatan’ Son Udhayanidhi Stalin have reached a peak in the state in a process of encroachment of Hindu temple lands and commercializing those in a very ‘anti-traditional’ method.

The HRCE (Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment) Department of Tamil Nadu Government is now working on the agenda of DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) with its fixed idea to destroy Sanatana Hindu Dharma and it does not consult with any traditional Hindu Seers or Mutts for maintaining the Agama and Archaka rituals anyway.

As shared by T R Ramesh, a devout Hindu activist and legal expert in his X handle, The Madras High Court fixed urgent hearing to stop ‘illegal’ construction work right now before the magnificent Raja Gopuram of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple by the ‘anti-tradition’ Tamil Nadu HRCE Department. 

On Friday (10.11.2023), upon an urgent mention before the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court hearing temple matters – regarding the illegal construction of Shops right in front of the magnificent Raja Gopuram of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, the designated bench fixed the urgent hearing on it on 15.11.2023 and also orally instructed the government to stop construction work right now. 

The petitioner conveyed, “TN HRCE Deptt which is present in this temple only by Fraud has sought time to present some more documents”.

It is also conveyed by the petitioner that Shri Rangarajan Narasimhan, devoute Hindu activist  and Advocate B Jagannath – Patriotic Hindu Advocate from Madras High Court will also file petitions and oppose the Govt’s decision to construct 150 shops in this temple with malafide attempts of the ‘anti-tradition’  TN HRCE Department to commercialize the ancient Shri Arunachaleswarar Temple-Tiruvannamalai and their attempts to spoil its Sanatana Hindu heritage there.

In his another tweet T R Ramesh conveyed how the TN HRCE Department used to destroy the Gopuram deities and sculptures by using ‘Fire Service Snorkel Engines to blast ancient structures/Gopurams in the temple with high speed water jet streams’. 

Te petitioner also appealed the Hon’ble Courts to throw out the frauds present illegally in Hindu Temples and to  punish them for the violations they have done immensely.

After the pronouncement of Eradication of Sanatana Dharma by State Minister Udhyanidhi Stalin and comparing ‘Sanatan Dharma as Dengue, Malaria’, whole of the Government machinery in Tamil Nadu  has come on road to spoil Sanatana Hindu Dharma by hook or by crook.

In a recent video surfaced in X that some Hindu villagers in some place in Tamil Nadu (as apprehended) crying and trying to resist when the police forcefully were seen in action to uproot a huge Shiva-lingam from its original place. The date and place could not be verified by HENB possibly.

While the anti-Hindu Tamil Nadu Govt is patronizing the Muslims and Christians for their religious aggravation through out the state, the same TN Govt led by M K Stalin is demoralizing the Hindus by their stern anti-Sanatana activism against Hindu Temples and Shrines.
