Upendra Bharti | HENB | Dhar | April 3, 2024:: On the orders of Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court, the ongoing survey of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) in the historical Bhojshala continued for the 13th day on Wednesday. Meanwhile, National President of Hindu Front for Justice and petitioner in the Bhojshala case, Ranjana Agnihotri reached Bhojshala and saw the survey work. He said that the survey will take a lot of time. Therefore, ASI should apply to the court on the lines of Ayodhya and get the time of survey extended.
The eminent lawyer on civil matters from Lucknow’s , is currently in Dhar from April 3 to 5. State Vice President of Hindu Front for Justice (HFJ), Ashish Goyal, said that the case of Bhojshala has been filed in the High Court Indore bench in petition number 10497 in May 2022 by Ranjana Agnihotri, Ashish Janak, Ashish Goyal, Sunil Saraswat, Mohit Garg. Under the same petition, on February 5, 2024, the original petitioners demanded a scientific survey of Bhojshala. On which, taking further action, the court ordered the Archaeological Department to conduct a scientific survey on March 11, 2024.
Hindus consider Bhojshala, an ASI-protected 11th-century monument, to be a temple dedicated to Vagdevi (Goddess Saraswati), while the Muslim community calls it Kamal Maula mosque.
Earlier, eminent archaeologist K K Muhammed opined that Bhojshala was Saraswati temple.
During her Dhar visit , Adv Agnihotri told that the process of cleaning and brushing is currently being done in the survey. The remains that are being found are being made into packets and kept. Work has started in some parts of Bhojshala, which is going on in the first phase. He told that this is a very slow process. In this, ASI does the work slowly as per its own discretion. I estimate that the survey work will take a lot of time.
Agnihotri said, “It is not possible to complete this work in six weeks. In such a situation, the Archaeological Survey of India will have to extend the time limit by submitting an application before the court. Just as in Ayodhya, the Archaeological Survey of India had applied two to three times to extend the time”.
“Similarly, time will have to be increased here also. The survey is done in a slow and safe manner so that no layer is damaged in any way. Some remains have also been found during the excavation, whose photography and videography has also been done, Accordingly, the truth will come out through the survey.” she added.
In Dhar Bhojshala row, the Supreme Court has kept the order of ASI survey intact on April 1, 2024. Advocate Harishankar Jain, Vishnu Shankar Jain, Ranjana Agnihotri, Parth Yadav, Vinay Joshi are advocating on behalf of Hindu Front for Justice in Indore High Court and Supreme Court New Delhi.
It is learnt that Adv Ranjana Agnihotri will also discuss with the citizens during her stay in Dhar to request all concern to maintain peace in order to cooperate with the ASI survey at Bhojshala.

Well done but to no effect
I wholeheartedly support the movement of ABVP
This is a common concern in almost all the states in India, as anti-Hindu, anti-Indian terrorist forces are very active…
