Namaste -

To believe that one’s faith cannot be openly practiced is unthinkable. However, for many Pakistani Hindus, the slightest acknowledgement of their Hindu faith can endanger their lives.

“There is fear 24 hours a day…Hindus see themselves as helpless,” Chetan Ram states. Young girls are ripped from the arms of their mothers, married off to strangers, and forcibly converted to Islam; never to see their families again.

Families live in utter poverty. Even if they are employed; they are at the mercy of the jagirdars, or landlords. The Muslim jagirdars pay Hindu workers at their own accord, leaving many of the already impoverished Hindus unpaid.

In order to escape the dire fate they face in Pakistan, many flee to India for safety.

In January of 2013, a team from the Hindu American Foundation, traveled to Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Over five days, the team visited three Pakistani Hindu refugee camps, providing medical aid to over 400 refugees. During their time there, the team listened to one heartbreaking story after another. Amar Lal migrated to India in April 2009 from Bahawalpur after his unmarried sister-in-law was kidnapped and the family never heard from her again. He also noted that he knew of four to five additional Hindu girls that had been kidnapped in Bahawalpur. – HAF’s Victims of History Report 

Despite fleeing from religious persecution, these individuals are still not formally recognized as refugees by the Indian Government or the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Upananda Brahmachari & Deep Gidwani | Lucknow | Thursday, Apr 25, 2013:: In Lacknow, Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Gaziabad,  Muzaffarpur and in other Muslim majority areas of Uttar Pradesh, jubilant Muslims are preparing a special Jammat of Friday prayer on 26 April to convey their special veneration to Allah after hearing a pleasant news of freeing two deadly Jihadis connected with various blasts in UP in 2007.

While Swami Aseemananda and Sadhvi Pragya Bharti are languishing in Indian Jails with fake charges and facing all severities of denial of bails, the accused and born Islamists are being freed  to execute further Jihad against Hindus. Uttar Pradesh is now being most preferable and safe land for Al Jihad.

The Akhilesh Yadav Government of Samajwadi Party & its Islamic allies,  has withdrawn charges against Tariq Qasmi, the alleged HuJI militant behind terror attacks in Uttar Pradesh in 2007.

On December 22, 2007 Mohammad Tariq Qasmi and Khalid Mujahid were arrested from Azamgarh for the blasts. Explosives were also recovered from the duo. The Uttar Pradesh ATS then described Qasmi, a Unani doctor, as the area commander of HuJI in Uttar Pradesh and Khalid Mujahid as the head of the action group of HuJI.

In a significant decision that has opened the Pandora’s box, the State Home secretary announced the withdrawal of case against Qasmi on Wednesday.  The state home secretary Sarvesh Mishra said that the government’s recommendation has been sent to the court through the law department. However, he added, the final decision of dropping the case would have to be taken by the court.

In a series of embarrassing development under Islamic conspiracy, the trial court has yet to frame charges against Qasmi in the cases.

This is the first instance in which the Samajwadi Party (SP) government has withdrawn a case against an alleged terrorist. Official sources say that terror charges against Khalid Mujahid would also be withdrawn soon.

However, senior police officials fear this might start off a series of such releases driven by votebank politics which could have dangerous consequences. “For its own political games, the government is neutralizing all the efforts we put in to arrest these terrorists,” a police official with the Uttar Pradesh anti terror squad (ATS) lamented.

The SP had promised in its election manifesto that innocents jailed on terror charges would be freed once the party came to power. The Akhilesh Yadav regime has been under great pressure from clerics and Muslim organisations to honour its promise.

Opposition parties have criticized the SP regime for its decision. “The SP is clearly out to appease the minorities with an eye on the Muslim votebank. But this is a very dangerous trend it is setting,” BJP spokesman Vijay Pathak said.

More importantly, the withdrawal of the cases promises to open up a Pandora’s box.

Besides being a major embarrassment for the ATS and the police, questions are sure to be asked about how the ATS had prepared the charge-sheet, what now happens to the evidence and relevant material placed before the court, and, most importantly, who are the real culprits responsible for the blasts.

Lawyers’ organisations have threatened to take to the streets on this issue. “The court serial blasts case is a serious matter. Several lawyers lost their lives. We will not allow the (state) government to withdraw the terror charges,” says Ajay Pandey, vice-president of the Central Bar Association.

Senior advocate Padm Kirti says it might not be easy for the government to withdraw the charges. “Though under the Criminal Penal Code the government has the right to withdraw any case, in this case it would be rather difficult as the STF and the ATS have submitted strong evidence, the charge-sheet has been filed and the case is in its final stages,” he says.

According to law, the court hearing the case has the final word on whether the charges can be withdrawn.

A PIL has been filed in the Allahabad high court against the withdrawal of the case. The petitioner has submitted that the two HuJI terrorists were arrested along with a large supply of explosives.

Experts say it would be virtually impossible to deny all the evidence that the STF and ATS have submitted before the court.

If the government chooses to rubbish the entire evidence, it would have to prove how the STF and ATS officials stand to benefit by framing the entire case.

Islamists influencing UP Govt 

For the vote Bank Policy through appeasement of Muslims in Uttar Pradesh who are  17% -23% in a rough estimation in the state, the Uttar Pradesh Govt. is plying a dangerous role in the direction of Islamize the whole Uttar Pradesh under an nefarious design. The connection of  Bukharis and Jama Masjid of Delhi with Mulayam and Akhilesh, the father and son duo, is self explanatory. More and above the influential Minister Azam Khan is also controlling another lobby of Jihadis in the state.

Islamic hooliganism and riots are growing through out the state to frighten the peace loving Hindu people of Uttar Pradesh.

Pressure Politics from the Political Jihad groups made this success for releasing such Terrorist from the clutch of Police and Judiciary under a heinous role of State Administration.

UP govt. is now contemplating 30% reservation for Muslims in political representation, education and employment for getting a boost from the Muslim support in the coming elections. In a very confidential move, Akhilesh Ministry is preparing a blue-print to give reservations for Muslims in the state, following the model of  West Bengal Reservation Policy which implemented 10%  Muslim reservation under the quota of Backward classes.

Al Umma Suspects nabbed for Bangalore BlastArun Dev & A Selvaraj | TNN  | Bangalore- Chennai | 24 April 2013:: Three suspects arrested in connection with last Wednesday’s bomb blast near the BJP headquarters in Malleswaram, were brought to Bangalore on Tuesday morning. K Peer Mohiddeen, 39, and J Basheer Ahmed, 30, were nabbed at a Chennai lodge on Monday night, while Kitchan Buhari, 38, was picked up at the Mattuthavani bus stand in Madurai around 8.30 am Tuesday.

The three men were brought to Bangalore on Tuesday afternoon and produced before the chief metropolitan magistrate who remanded them in 14 days’ judicial custody. Sources told TOIthey were shifted to an undisclosed location where Bangalore police officers are interrogating them.
Sources also said a possible re-emergence of the banned Islamist outfit, Al-Umma, which planned the Coimbatore serial blasts of February 1998 targeting BJP leader LK Advani at an election rally, was seen during the investigation.
While addressing a gathering at the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry here on Tuesday evening, Bangalore police commissioner Raghavendra Auradkar confirmed the arrests but declined to answer questions about motive and involvement of a particular terror group.
Another senior officer told TOI that based on the intelligence gathered from the interrogation, the manhunt may continue. “We’re keen on learning more about the motives and modus operandi of these men. We’re certain this interrogation will answer many questions,” he said.
Police sleuths zeroed in on these suspects as the IED used in the Bangalore blast was similar to the pipe bomb-like IED kept by suspected extremists on the route of Advani’s rath yatra near Madurai in September 2011 when he had another providential escape, another source said.
Police said the three men helped the bombers buy the motorcycle on which the IED was placed, adding that Buhari was arrested by Coimbatore police in connection with the 1998 bomb blast case that killed 58 people. They described him as a “hardcore” member of the banned fundamentalist organization Al-Umma.
Buhari was convicted in the Coimbatore bomb blast case and was released from prison in 2008. He was also involved in a few other cases in Tirunelveli after he came out of prison. Mohideen and Basheer are married and with families living in Melapalayam. Basheer works in a real estate office in Tirunelveli. Mohideen sold tea sachets in Bangalore, police said. Basheer, Mohideen and Buhari, had been in touch with the main culprit, cops said.

NIA to quiz suspects for Hyd blasts info –  The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to question the three men arrested in the Bangalore blast case for possible clues to the Hyderabad blasts. The NIA, which is probing the February 21 blasts in Hyderabad, is expected to seek custody of the three accused once Karnataka police finishes questioning them for the Bangalore blasts. The NIA will quiz them on possible links between the Hyderabad and Bangalore blasts.

ATTACK ON HINDU MAKKAL KATCHI AND HINDU MUNNANI BY THE ISLAMISTSUpananda Brahmachari, Kumar Chellappan & Aron Patriot | Chennai | April 20, 2013::  Normal life in four western districts of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur and Erode in Tamil Nadu came to a standstill on Friday following a dawn-to-dusk hartal (Bandh) called by various Hindu outfits. The strike was in protest against continued attacks on temples and leaders of Hindu organisations by various outfits masquerading as political parties.

What stood out this time was the decision of various Hindu Mutt heads to join the agitation. This is the first time Hindu monks came out openly supporting a hartal. Shops remained closed and public transport came to a grinding halt in all the districts. Pollachi, the agricultural town in Coimbatore saw pelting of stones at buses.

“Since November 2012, we have been seeing attacks on leaders of various Hindu outfits by workers and hired gangs of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), both representing hardline Islamic views,” said RSS spokesman J Sri Ram. He said the last fortnight saw many Hindu households coming under attack by the members and activists of these parties.

Last week saw the house of Arjun Sampath, leader of Hindu Makkal Katchi coming under attack. A petrol bomb was thrown at the residence of Sampath who had a providential escape. “I questioned the action of a SDPI councillor who damaged the portion of a 1000-year-old temple in Coimbatore. The SDPI ward member asked that the temple festival should not be held without the concurrence of the Coimbatore corporation authorities,” said Sampath.

Former Coimbatore MP and BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan said Hindus are selectively assaulted by the Islamic outfits. “A marriage hall where a wedding reception was in progress was attacked by SDPI workers. The police looked the other way when a complaint was filed,” said Radhakrishnan. He disclosed that Coimbatore district alone saw 23 love jehads during the last two years.

“Incidents of teenaged Hindu girls eloping with their boyfriends and get converted to Islam are on the rise in these districts. Though we are trying to counsel the young girls, they are yet to understand the  nuances involved in these inter-faith marriages,” said Swamy Kumara Guruparar of Koumara Mutt. Swamy, an apolitical person, blamed a section of the minorities for the attacks on Hindu leaders and households. “They have unleashed a reign of terror in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

REPORTS OF ATTACKS UPON HINDUS BY ISLAMISTS IN TAMILNADU

The house of H Raja too came under the attack by some militant organisations. “Muslim Manithaneya Katchi, a political outfit floated by Islamic militants, is an ally of the AIADMK Government. Its leader Jawaharullah is a member of Tamil Nadu Assembly and wield enormous power in southern districts,” said Sampath.

He said the Islamic outfits have been encouraged by the Government’s move to ask the director of the movie Tuppakki to delete certain scenes. “Even the Viswaroopam row ended up with these organisations having the last laugh. The Government itself is helpless in handling these organisations,” he said.

Swamy Marudachala Adikalar of Perur Elayapattam, said the Islamic militancy in the region dates back to the early 70s. “We maintained silence all these years. The time has come to speak out openly since more and more activists and leaders of Hindu organisations are coming under attack,” said the Swamy.

Both Radhakrishnan and Sampath pointed out those colonies with Islamic names are mushrooming all over the textile city. “Billal Nagar and Ahmed Nagar sprang up overnight. The earlier name of these entities was Kruparajan Koil Street. One need not elaborate how they sprang up,” said Sampath.

According to Radhakrishnan, there is lack of coordination between police and intelligence department. “There is no understanding  and cohesion  between them. Isn’t it surprising to note that nobody has been arrested till date for these attacks?” asked Radhakrishnan.

NEWS OF BANDH HIT THE HEADLINES OF NEWS PAPERSHaindava Keralam reports:  In a press meet at Coimbatore, Hindu Munnani State Secretary Muruganandam and District Secretary Subramaniam called for a Bandh on 19th April, 2013 demanding strong action against the continuous attacks made by the Muslims. It is reported that:

On the Tamil new year’s day (14.4.2013), some Muslim miscreants disrupted the public meeting held by the Hindu Munnani at ATC grounds, Nilgiris, Tamilnadu.  The police intervened and expelled the groups. Outraged Muslims brutally attacked the District Secretary Manjunath who was returning home after the meeting. Manjunath, who had several head injuries and miraculously escaped from them, is currently in intensive care at a private hospital in Coimbatore.  Hindu Munnani called for a Bandh on 15th April, 2013 and five Muslims of Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazagham - TMMK  (A dangerous Muslim outfit in political camouflage- Ed. HE.)   namely Riaz (28), Faizal (27), Abdul Rahman (38), Imtiaz (24), pairoz (20) were arrested.

Attacks on Hindus and Hindu outfits are increasing at Koonoor and Ooty. Kuniyanur Amman temple was ransacked. Manjunath Ooty leader of Hindu Munnani was waylaid and attacked by a gang of bike riding Jihadi youth. Hindu marriages are raided by gangs that disrupt ceremony. 3 Hindu activists who were pasting posters were attacked and one of them is critical. The Hindu Munnani called for a shut down at ooty and shops remained closed and autos and vehicles didn’t run. Situation is tense. Further speaking to reporters State Hindu Munnani leader Muruganandam said Hindus are feeling insecure by increasing Jihadi activity and violence in Ooty-Coimbatore region. Such attacks have increased as seen in Petorl bomb attack on Hindu Makkal Katchi leader Arjun Samptah’s house. 12 Islamists have been arrested but most culprits have been left free. To make the government take action against Jihadi outfits and such attackers of Hindus Hindu Munnani had successfully observed a warning Bandh  in Coimbatore, Ooty and Tirupur, Erode and some other places against both the Political Islamists and  Anti Hindu Political Parties in Tamil Nadu and Deccan.

Vivek Gumaste | Rediff News |  April 12, 2013 :: The Indian government needs to do more. India’s responsibility towards the Hindus of Pakistan is not a matter of gratis; it is a political and legal obligation, says Vivek Gumaste.

“You are free; you are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to your mosques or to any other place or worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed that has nothing to do with the business of the State. We are starting with this fundamental principle that we are all citizens and equal citizens of one State.”

Thus spoke Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the first governor general of Pakistan in his presidential address to the constituent assembly of Pakistan on August 11, 1947. Viewed in isolation, this sanctimonious assertion stands out as a classic exposition of non-partisan secularism.

But when interpreted in the context of the historical genesis and evolution of Pakistan, one cannot but aver that these were shallow inanities; mouthings to assuage the guilty conscience of a man who had succumbed to political avarice to vivisect a nation; or even an act of political knavery designed to confer respectability to a nation conceived in inveterate animus.

Sixty-six years later the nihilism of Jinnah’s statement is supremely evident in the plight of the Hindus. They are not free to go to their temples as they have been willfully destroyed. They are not equal citizens of one state but victims of a religious apartheid. They live in a state of perpetual dread with their daughters, property and religious places being constantly targeted.

On March 30 in Jacobabad, a district capital, Ganga, the daughter of Ashok Kumar was forcibly abducted, converted to Islam and betrothed to a Muslim man much against her wishes and those of her parents. This is not the first time that such a barbaric incident has occurred in Pakistan and will certainly not be the last.

This is a part of a larger calculated strategy of persecution of the Hindus by religious zealots; a campaign that has the tacit support of the authorities and the passive acquiescence of its general population.

According to a report prepared by the Asian Centre for Human Rights: “… kidnapping and then raping and forcibly marrying Hindu girls is a common practice in Pakistan. In the event where the police arrest the accused, they produce a certificate issued by any Muslim seminary that the kidnapped girls have voluntarily adopted Islam and they married the girls.

The courts generally do not consider the fact that the most of the girls are minor and simply accept the certificate of conversion without any investigation. It has been reported that more than 15 families are forcibly converted from Hinduism to Islam in Sindh province every year.”

The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom in its 2011 Annual Report suggests that this practice is much more prevalent indicating that approximately 20 to 25 young Hindu women are abducted and forcibly converted every month; the victims’ families often fail to file a police report fearing violent retaliation.

Next in line in this vicious witch hunt are Hindu temples that are routinely destroyed, neglected, usurped or turned into commercial properties: Below are excerpts from a Hindu American Foundation of the USA report:   

  • In Dera Ismail Khan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province), a Muslim group illegally acquired the 700-year-old Kali Bari Mandir and converted it into a hotel.
  • The Raam Kunday Mandir in Islamabad is being converted into a picnic area.   
  • Eminabad in Gujranwala region has several temples dating back to the 15th century.Most of them are now being used as stables to provide shelter to donkeys, horses, and other animals.    
  • A famous Hanuman temple in Chakwal (Punjab province) is being used by the workers of salt mines
    as their office.  
  • Akali temple in Peshawar (Khyber Pakthunkwa) has been taken over by local traders, who are converting
    it into a building.   
  • Jogi Tala Jhelum (Punjab), a sacred site for Hindus as well as Sikhs, is also in horrible condition.

This oppression continues unabated as the Hindu community so far has had no champions: a fallout from the Hindu theology of self-negation that inculcates an intrinsic inhibition to stand up for one’s own rights.

Fortunately this is changing. However, the most strident opposition to the persecution of Hindus does not come from the one billion Hindus of India, its government or its free press. In fact at the forefront of this battle is a fledgling organisation, the HAF.

The HAF is the brainchild of Hindu-Americans and has been in existence since 2003. In this short tenure, it has done yeoman service to the Hindu cause consistently highlighting the plight of Hindu minorities all over the world but particularly Pakistan.

Kudos to the organisation.

On April 8, 1950, Pakistan’s PM Liaquat Ali Khan and India’s PM Jawaharlal Nehru signed a bilateral pact that ensured equal rights for minorities in their respective countries. India has kept its side of the bargain.

Muslims have flourished in India notwithstanding the unsubstantiated gripe that we constantly hear: the Muslim population has increased from 10 per cent in 1947 to at least 13.4 per cent (2001 census. Figures from 2011 census not available yet); Muslims are found in every walk of life: the Shah Rukh Khans dominate the entertainment industry and we have had three Muslim Presidents.

The Indian government needs to do more. India’s responsibility towards the Hindus of Pakistan is not a matter of gratis; it is a political and legal obligation that stems from the Nehru-Liaquat Ali Khan treaty. More importantly India owes a moral duty to those Hindus, Sikhs and Christians whom we abandoned to the vagaries of a theocratic state in 1947. [Courtesy: Rediff News].

Hefajat e Islam BDThe Crude Islamists with BNP challenged the Pseudo Islamists led by Awami League (mind it this party is a off-shoot of Awami Muslim League) through a Call for indefinite Hartal  on and from Tuesday.  Jamat-e-Islami  will start its separate Hartal from Thursday the 11 th April 2013 to strengthen the Bangla Taliban Movement in Bangladesh.

As per report of The Daily Star, “‘Sporadic violence in different parts of the country left one person killed and more than 50 injured yesterday (09 April 2013) as the 36-hour shutdown imposed by the BNP-led 18-party alliance began to press for the release of its leaders.

To add to the woes of city dwellers, especially the poor, Islami Chhatra Shibir, the student wing of Jamaat-e-Islami, has called for another hartal tomorrow protesting the “torture of its detained president Delwar Hossain in police remand”.

In the capital, several crude bombs were exploded in different parts during the hartal. Law enforcers remained on guard at the BNP’s Nayapaltan headquarters since early morning yesterday.

A truck driver was killed when pickets threw brick chips in Baropur area on the Dhaka-Rangpur highway in Bogra around 5:00am.

The brick-chips hit the driver, breaking through the windshield and leaving driver Shahidul Islam Khokon critically injured. Doctors declared him dead after he was taken to a hospital.

At least 25 people were injured in a clash between activists of the Bangladesh Chhatra League and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal in Moulvibazar. At least 15 vehicles and 10 shops were vandalised during the violence. Police arrested four people.

In Narayanganj, 10 people were injured, two by bullets, as the opposition men fought with police. Twenty-three BNP men were detained in this connection.

Police and BNP men exchanged bullets at Chakaria upazila of Cox’s Bazaar, leaving two opposition activists wounded.

In Jamalpur, 10 people were injured in a clash between BCL and BNP men.

Pickets vandalised ten battery-run auto rickshaws, a car and set fire to a pick-up van and three battery-run auto rickshaws at different points in Rangpur. Police arrested five pro-hartal activists.

Other districts such as Jessore, Pirojpur, Chapainawabganj, Chandpur, Gazipur, Pabna, Dinajpur, Chittagong and Khulna also witnessed clashes during the hartal hours.

Unidentified people burned two buses in Gazipur sadar upazila around 7:00pm yesterday.

Meanwhile, Khagrachhari, Rangamati and Bandarban have been exempted from the purview of the hartal on the occasion of Boishabi, a traditional festival of indigenous people welcoming the New Year.”’

From the report above it is clear the hard core Islamist Organisations like Hefajat-e-Islam Bangladesh as sponsored by Jamat-e-Islami Bangladesh or the Hizb ut-Tahrir from the back drop do not leave the ground of Dhaka until the revive a Fundamental Autocracy of Islam again in Bangladesh.

These Islamic nexus to destroy the remaining secular thread of Bangladesh through a huge source of money coming from Arabic and Talibani world. Now it is flashed that Tk 85cr was spent for Hefajat long march to Dhaka to boost up the Islamist of Bangladesh in a very Islamic way.

All these hoodlums’ endeavor are meant for the cessation of rights of  Non-Muslims in BD through declaring Bangladesh a complete Islamic State. They are not satisfied with a state religion status of Islam in Bangladesh, where 90% population comes under Islamic faith. The most dangerous 13 point demand of Hefajat has its every force to reconvert Bangladesh again as an Islamic State of  Zia ul Haque regimen.

In a written statement, the Hefajat Ameer Shah Ahmad Shafi said, “Our current movement is not political. It’ll (govt) have to agree to our 13-point demand in order to continue in office.”

Facebook-ban-640x350The ruling Awami League is also shifting gradually from its secular standpoints and have started giving relaxation to the Jamat, Chatra Shivir and Hefajt to calm down a huge mass in favour of the Islamic Law in  Bangladesh.

The 13 points of the Islamist group Hefajat-e Islam may be the last thirteen nails in the coffin of Bangladesh Democracy as experts think too ominous. Undoubtedly, the following points must be the unlucky thirteen for the Bangladeshi minorities.

1. Restore the phrase ‘Complete faith and trust in the Almighty Allah’ in the constitution and repeal all the laws contrary to the holy Quran and Sunnah.

2. Pass a law in parliament keeping a provision of the maximum punishment of death sentence to prevent defaming Allah, Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) and Islam and smear campaigns against Muslims.

3. Take measures for stringent punishment against self-declared atheists and bloggers, led the so-called Shahbagh movement, and anti-Islamists who made derogatory remarks against the Prophet.

4. Stop infiltration of all alien-culture, including shamelessness in the name of individual’s freedom of expression, ant-social activities, adultery, free mixing of male and female and candle lighting.

5. Make Islamic education mandatory from primary to higher secondary levels canceling the anti-Islamic women policy and anti-religion education policy.

6. Officially declare Qadianis (Ahmadiyyas) as non-Muslim and stop their propaganda and all conspiratorial ill-moves.

7. Stop setting up sculptures at intersections, schools, colleges and universities across the country.

9. Stop evil efforts to spread hatred in the mind of young generation regarding Islam through the misrepresentation of religious dresses and cultures in the media.

10. Stop anti-Islam activities by NGOs across the country, including in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, and evil attempts of Christian missionaries for conversion.

11. Stop attacks, mass killing, oppression and indiscriminate shooting on Alem-Ulama, devout followers of the Prophet and towhidi janata (revolutionary people).

12. Stop threatening teachers and students of Qawmi madrasas, Islamic scholars, imams and khatibs and conspiracies against them.

13. Free immediately all the arrested Islamic scholars, madrasa students and towhidi janata and withdraw all false cases filed against them, compensate the victims and bring the assailants to justice.

In such a way the Insane Islam is pervading Bangladesh aiming a target to make Bangladesh as definite Hinduless in coming 10 years.

08_04_2013-8hindurefugeesNew Delhi |  8 April 2013 | IANS ::  Fear of deportation looms large over a group of 479 Pakistani Hindu refugees as their visas expire Monday but they are firmly set against returning to Pakistan, saying they will prefer to die than go back.

“We don’t know what will happen to us but what we do know is that if we are deported, it will be our bodies not us. We will die but not return to Pakistan,” Dharamveer, a farmer from Pakistan, told IANS.

(What a crucial situation for these unfortunate and persecuted Hindus came to Bharat as their last refuge to get a relief from the brutal torture by fanatic Muslims in Pakistan. But through the nexus of regulations these Hindus are inhumanly sent back to a slaughterhouse named Pakistan. What now the BJP MPs in Delhi are doing their massive jobs in Parliament? - Ed. HE.)

He is one among the asylum-seekers who crossed over to India through Jodhpur in Rajasthan March 9 on the pretext of visting Maha Kumbh in Allahabad. The group reached Delhi March 10 and took refuge in a 28-room building owned by Nahar Singh in Brijwasan area in south Delhi.

“Hindus are not safe there. Daughters are abducted and forced to convert. We can’t perform even funeral by setting bodies afire on pyre as Pakistanis ask us to bury the corpses,” said Dharmveer, who fled Hyderabad town in Pakistan’s Sindh province with his wife and four children.

“What we want is Indian citizenship so that at least we can die here peacefully,” he said.

The group comprises 83 women, 86 men and 311 children – of whom one died a few days ago.

Nahar Singh, an ex-soldier, is looking after these refugees. He had also sheltered 146 Pakistani Hindu refugees in 2011.

(When 3.5cr Bangladeshi Muslims are staying in Bharat with undue rights and procuring ration cards, voter cards, land etc. with the connivance with the political parties, then why such a meager numbers, hardly 25,000 in total, of Hindus are being sent back to mouth of an Islamic demon? Ed. – HE). 

“They knew that it was me who had arranged the stay of 146 Pakistani Hindu refugees in 2011 and came to my house. I am sympathetic towards them,” Singh told IANS.

Asked how he was managing the funds, he said that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and various NGOs were helping them.

Look at ourselves to find Culprits for the Ethnic Cleansing of Hindus in Bangladesh.

If my recent trip to South Asia taught me anything, it is that the solution to stopping the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Bangladesh lies within us.  And so do the obstacles.  This is a serious human rights travesty that has been flying under the world’s radar for at least 40 years as Hindus went from almost a fifth of the new nation of Bangladesh (1971) to less than eight percent today.  Throughout that period, there has been a torrent of confirmed and specifically anti-Hindu atrocities that have proceeded with the tacit approval of successive governments representing all political stripes in Bangladesh.  According to Professor Sachi Dastidar of the State University of New York, the number of Hindus murdered, forced to emigrate, and forced to convert to Islam, or never born as a direct result come to 50 million.  That is a third of Bangladesh’s current population, which shows how that country is as much Hindu as Muslim—or would be were it not for this creeping jihad.

Bangladesh still has the world’s third largest Hindu population with about 12 million Hindus living without protection from radicals and others who can attack and abuse them with impunity because the government they helped vote into office turns a blind eye toward their victimization.  And yet, what major media outlets report this ongoing ethnic cleansing?  What internationally hailed human rights organizations champion a fight against it—or even mention it in any significant way?  That the answer to both questions is “none” does not mean they all are anti-Hindu or funded by of petro dollars.

As Ceasar said in William Shakespeare’s play, “The fault dear Brutus is not in the stars but in ourselves.”

On February 18, I was in Bangladesh where I embraced Hindu victims and confronted their victimizers, stood with their defenders Hindu and Muslim, and confronted Bangladeshi officials participating in and allowing these atrocities.  I had also spent a great deal of time with Advocate Rabindra Ghosh, who puts his own well-being aside to fight to stop the atrocities.

That night, I arrived at my hotel to find two Hindu Members of Parliament (MPs), waiting to speak with me.  They came expecting well-wishes, photo-ops, and hand-wringing about how bad others are.  But they represent Dinajpur and Khulna, two areas in Bangladesh where anti-Hindus abuse is a way of life, where the Awami League government continues its predecessors’ practice of purposely turning a blind eye to this “quiet case of ethnic cleansing,” and where these government officials who say they represent the Bangladeshi Hindu community sit silently while their co-religionists are slaughtered.  Having freshly returned from one of them where I met victim after victim, I was in no mood for their sort of false solidarity.  So, after a brief introduction, I asked, “Okay, tell me what you—as Hindu MPs—are doing about the ethnic cleansing of your people here.”

             “We have done many things. “  Answered the man from Khulna where fresh atrocities are occurring even while I am writing this.

            “Many things?  You know that’s [a lie],” I replied sharply.  “Hindus in your district are being raped and killed, their land snatched, Mandirs destroyed; and no prosecutions.  So, don’t tell me that you’re doing ‘many things.’  How many Hindu Members of Parliament are there?”

             “Seventeen.”

         ..“Seventeen?  That’s a lot of people; and you mean to tell me that with that many in parliament, you still haven’t done anything?”

             “Well, the party—“

             “That’s your other mistake, and I tried to tell this to Hindus before the last election.  Minorities need to form their own political party.  Right now, the Awami League doesn’t have to do anything.  They know you’ll vote for them anyway.  And the BNP doesn’t have to do anything because they know you won’t vote for them.”

And I went on for some time, peppering them, demanding, egging them on, etc.  I told them that they should be ashamed that I come half way around the world while they do nothing here for their own people.  Pointing to Rabindra Ghosh, I said that “he has extensive evidence that there are Members of Parliament involved big time in grabbing Hindu land, even rapes and other atrocities.  You know what your enemies think of you as you sit next to them smiling?  ‘We can steal their land, rape their daughters and sisters, and just give them a few Taka.”

Someone started to say something about there being problems.  “Problems?  Problems?  I don’t want to hear about problems,” I said.  “You think I don’t have problems?  Or that he [Rabindra Ghosh] has none? ‘Problems’ are just an excuse for not doing what’s right.”

They sat either with their face buried in their hands (people in the lobby were beginning to take notice) or looked up at the ceiling; but I would not let up.  For years, we have been struggling against a system and a government that wants to keep the issue buried while keeping the destruction of Bangladesh’s Hindus going strong.  People like these two men are in a position to do something about it but do not.

I reminded them that an American Christian, former US Congressman Bob Dold raised the issue of the Bangladeshi Hindus on the floor of the US House, while they remain silent.  Referring again to Rabindra Ghosh, I noted that “this man has extensive, direct, and verified evidence of enough atrocities so that each Hindu MP can begin each session of the Jatiya Sangsad (Bangladeshi parliament) by reading a new one in the record.  Perhaps they can be the agents who force the government to act or the world to take notice.”

Right now, however, they refuse to acknowledge their responsibility to act.  And while they sit silently and watch their people being brutalized, organizations like Struggle for Hindu Existence under the leadership of Upananda Brhmachari, is providing a public forum to do what they are not:  exposing the truth of what is happening to Hindus in Bangladesh so that people will act to stop the atrocities.

It has been more than a month since our encounter, and none of Bangladesh’s 17 Hindu MPs have taken any action or uttered a word of protest even while the atrocities continue and their constituents suffer.  If these “leaders” are too cowardly to act, perhaps the voters in their districts should vote for people who are not.

With the land grabbing from Hindus, looting Hindu property and wealth, raping – molesting Hindu women and minor girls, torching Hindu houses, instilling terror to the hearts of minority Hindus of Bangladesh, a new Jihad of Iconoclasts is seen obviously to uproot the Hindu culture and tradition from Bangladesh through rampant destruction of Hindu Temples, Ashrams and Mutths in rural and urban Bangladesh.

In everyday news papers in Bangladesh, the news of torching Hindu Temples, desecration of Hindu holy places, breaking of Hindu deities, looting temple wealth are being published as a common feature, but the news of arresting the Muslim perpetrators are absent anyway. The Jamaat-e-Islami  of Bangladesh are conducting this type of nasty Jihad of Iconoclasts only to end up the Hindu rituals and faith from the soil of Bangladesh. The Islamists in Bangladesh have taken a vow to ‘Kaffir free- Hinduless Bangladesh’ before Sayedee is hanged unto death.

As per report published in The Daily Star, Religious bigots vandalised five more Hindu temples and torched idols in Bogra and Bagerhat just on 19th March.

‘In Bogra, they damaged at least eight idols in four temples at Sonaray and Rameshwarpur unions of Gabtoli upazila.

In the morning, locals found the idols in the temples vandalised.

Shishir Karmakar of Rameshwarpur said local Hindus were worried about the attacks.

Bogra deputy commissioner, police super, local AL leaders and minority community leaders visited the affected temples.The Hindus did not disclose the names of the attackers for lack of security, AH Azam Khan, president of Gabtoli upazila unit Awami League, told The Daily Star.

Two cases were filed with Gabtoli Police Station in this connection.

Incensed at the attacks on temples, locals in Sonaray and Rameshwarpur unions brought out protest processions.

Contacted, Gabtoli Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Monira Sultana said financial support would be provided to the authorities of the affected temples to repair the damaged temples.

A correspondent from Bagerhat adds : Religious fanatics damaged and torched several idols of Dakkhin Para Sarbojonin Durga Mandir in Uttar Gopalpur village under Kachua upazila early yesterday.

Quoting witnesses, president of the temple committee Pulin Bihari Paik said a gang of fanatics entered the temple around 4:00am; damaged several idols and set the temple afire.

Seeing the flames at the temple, locals rushed to the scene and doused the fire.

Neither the temple committee nor police could identify the attackers.

Meanwhile, around 120 people were sued in Khulna city on Tuesday night on charges of vandalising and torching temples, shops and houses of Hindus in Banikpara Pabla area under Daulatpur Police Station, reports our Khulna correspondent.

Police also picked up five people in this connection from different parts of the city around midnight Tuesday.

The detainees are Shahidul, 23, Limon, 18, Halim, 22, Shahabuddin, 40, and Shamim, 25.

Tilok Goswami, general secretary of Banikpara Pabla Sarbojonin Kalibari Mandir committee, filed the case, said Daulatpur police.

Earlier, police had arrested Humayun Kabir, 26, and Arman, 28, in connection with the arson attacks. The two were sent to jail through a local court.

On Monday night (18 March 2013), religious bigots ransacked and torched Banikpara Pabla Sarbojonin Kalibari Mandir, Gachtala Temple and over 50 houses and shops of Hindus in the city.

Over 31 temples, hundreds of houses and shops of Hindu minorities have been ransacked, torched and looted across the country since the International Crimes Tribunal-1 on February 28 sentenced Jamaat leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee to death for committing crimes against humanity during the Liberation War in 1971′.

As illustrated by the correspondent in The Daily Star about the fresh attack upon Hindus and Hindu Temples, it goes further.

Yet again religious fanatics have attacked temples, houses and shops of Hindus in four districts as reported in The Daily Star on 22 March 2013.

Gazipur Lakshi Mandir Vandalized by Muslims in BD

‘Since Jamaat leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee was handed down a death sentence in a war crimes case on February 28, more than 26 temples, 175 houses and dozens of shops of the minorities across the country have been vandalised, torched and looted.

Basudev Dhar, president of Greater Dhaka Puja Committee, yesterday aid these communal attacks were demoralising many Hindu families.

“The worst pain for the victims comes when they are left alone after such attacks,” he said. “The leaders and members of parliament have not stood by the Hindus the way they should have.”

“In the past,” he added, “we have resisted such attacks together.”

In Khulna, over 150 people equipped with iron rods and other lethal weapons attacked Banikpara Pabla Sarbojonin Kalibari Mandir around 9:00pm Monday.

When the rioters stormed the temple, some devotees already had gathered there for prayers. The assault left a person named Khokon injured.

The rioters also attacked Gachtala temple. Over 50 Hindu homes and shops adjacent to the two temples were vandalised and torched.

According to locals, law enforcers did not come on time to prevent the attacks.

Khulna Puja Udjapon Parishad held a protest rally in front of Banikpara Pabla Temple yesterday afternoon.

Meanwhile, police have arrested two people, Humayun Kabir, 26, and Arman, 18, in this connection, said ASI Anwar Hossain of Daulatpur Police Station. The identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately.

In Netrakona, rioters vandalised Hari Mandir in Bobahala village under sadar upazila, damaging seven idols.

Temple priest Mithun Chand, said, “I returned home around 11:00pm [Monday] keeping the Mandir under lock and key.
“The next morning, I found the temple vandalised.”

Also on Monday night, vandals damaged four idols of Hindu goddesses at Kripamoyee Kali Mandir under Sripur upazila in Gazipur.

Amir Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sripur Police Station, said, “The temple, situated on the premises of the house of schoolteacher Shupendru Chandra Das, was vandalised sometime at night. The attackers took away the heads of the deities.”

In Rangpur, the house of Nilkanta Roy in Itakumary union of Pirgachha upazila was torched around 2:00am yesterday. Nilkanta said the estimated loss could be around Tk 2 lakh.

Jashidul Haque, Chairman of Itakumary Union Parishad, said, “Miscreants set fire to the house with a view to destroying communal harmony in the area.”

As per latest news at latest At least 15 Hindus were injured in a hate attack on their neighbourhood in Hatibandha upazila of Lalmonirhat on Thursday night on 22 March 2013.

Iconoclast Jihad in BD

The victims, including a freedom fighter and three women, were admitted to Hatibandha upazila health complex.

Police said a gang of 10 went to the house of freedom fighter Amulya Chandra Roy, 62, around 9:00pm and started beating him indiscriminately, reported our Chapainawabganj correspondent.

As family members and neighbours went to his rescue, they too were beaten up. The attackers fled the scene quickly. None of the victims or community leaders would say anything about the attackers.

Speaking in return for anonymity, some locals said the neighbourhood is surrounded by Jamaat strongholds and that Jamaat-Shibir men might have a hand in the attack.

Abu Bakkar Siddique Shyamol, an aide to State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Motahar Hossain, who is also the local lawmaker, said the anti-Liberation forces might have been behind the attack to create panic among the Hindus.

The local unit of the Awami League would bear the medical expenses of those injured, he added.

Tapos Kumar Sarker, officer-in-charge of Hatibandha Police Station, told The Daily Star that the police had already started probing the incident.

Meanwhile in Gazipur, religious fanatics set fire to a temple in Keshurita Maddhyapara yesterday, damaging four idols, reported a correspondent from the district.

The attackers set Keshurita Maddhyapara Shree Shree Laxmimata temple on fire around 3:00am. Seeing the flames, locals rushed to the scene and doused the blaze.

Gazipur Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Fouzia Rahman has visited the spot.

SM Kamruzzaman, officer-in-charge of Joydevpur Police Station, said they were looking into the matter’.

The reports are never-ending in nature, but the Secular intellectuals in Bharat (India) and specially in West Bengal do not care for the plight of Bangladeshi Hindus anyway, but they are so vocal to exercise the Minority Rights (Read Muslim Rights) in everywhere in West Bengal and throughout India.

Whenever, such intellectual maroons see these reports, they claim these as concocted. For their kind information, it is authenticated that the above materials are taken from pure Bangladeshi source of reputed news papers and very few incidents actually got chance to be reported in the broad day light.

Buddhist people and Buddhist shrines and Temples are not scared from this Islamic Attack on minorities in Bangladesh in recent times.

A reputed Bengali newspaper in Bangladesh, ‘Prothom Alo‘ has published the horrible account of  the torture upon the minority Hindus in the pot Shahbag period. The accounts include the attack upon 319 Hindu temples, Hindu house-holds and shops. This  reflection of the plight of BD Hindus in newspaper is more than true  though partial.

As per source in Bangladesh, so far thousand small, medium and big temples in Bangladesh has been desecrated, torched, looted and vandalized including the pleasurable and pious Islamic game of  destroying  Hindu Gods and Goddesses in temples and Hindu homes. This is also a part of Jihad. You can call it a ‘Jihad of Iconoclasts’.

BOSCO DOMINIQUE, TNN & PTI | PUDUCHERRY | 21Mar 2013:: Pro-Tamil activists attacked the Sri Aurobindo Ashram on Thursday, ransacking its office and damaging glass panes to condemn West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s remark that her party will not comment on issues relating to foreign countries. In a surprise show of support, the CM and Trinamul Congress leader, whose party had quit the UPA last year, had said she will back the Centre on whatever stand it takes.

More than a dozen protestors, owing allegiance to the Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (TPDK) barged into the ashram located in the heart of the tourist town adjacent to a police outpost and damaged flower pots near the Samadhi (memorial) of the revolutionary-turned-philosopher. The agitated mob also ransacked the ashram office, damaging the glass panes that contained the symbol of Sri Aurobindo’s spiritual collaborator, fondly referred to as ‘Mother’. A police team rushed to the spot and arrested 15 protestors. The ashram is a popular destination for tourists from across the country and the world.

Mamta Banerjee had, in a statement issued on Wednesday, said, “We leave it for the Central Government to decide on such issues. However, the concerns of the state and the sentiments of the people must be kept in view by the Centre, before taking any decision pertaining to foreign country,” she said. “We are deeply concerned about the atrocities meted out to a section of Tamil population in a foreign country,” she said.

PTI REPORTS IN HT ::  A group of pro-Tamil activists today barged into the Aurobindo Ashram, damaged furniture and smashed glass panes after reportedly attacking and injuring the watchman.

Police said activists of the Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (PDK) also smashed flower pots and damaged the notice board, a clock and the ashram emblem atop the main gate.

They also raised pro-Tamil slogans, police said, adding that the reason for the attack was not known.

Ashram sources said the activists hit the watchman on the head before forcing their way into the Ashram. No devotee was present inside as the visiting time had ended, they said.

Police said 20 PDK activists were arrested in connection with the incidents. Cases were registered against them under various sections of the IPC relating to unlawful assembly, causing hurt and damage to property, they said.

HINDU EXISTENCE CONDEMNS:: We  have no sufficient words to condemn this barbaric attack. Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (TPDK) go to hell. Hindu Existence Forum vehemently protests such attack on a Divine Dharmik and Social Organisation like Sri Aurobindo Ashram, which embraces all. Such attack is not find any good result for the Tamils or any Tamil Eelaam constituted by such nefarious perpetrators. Disuniting Hindu Force is a gross stupidity.

A PARTIAL VICTORY OF PERSECUTED TAMIL PEOPLE IN SRI LANKA. HARDER STRUGGLE IS NEEDED TO RESTORE THE RIGHTS, DIGNITY AND SECURITY OF TAMIL HINDUS IN SRI LANKA.

India must stand against Sri Lanka, vote for US resolution with all necessary amendments to restore the infringed Tamil Rights in SL.

Restore the Rights of Tamil Hindus in Sri LankaUpananda Brahmachari | New Delhi | 20 March 2013 :: On the day of 22nd March 2013, the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) will be voting on a resolution urging Sri Lanka to carry out an internal investigation. Obviously, an independent international investigation against these human rights violations is the need of the hour.

As a key stake holder of World Peace and a neighbouring country, India has a responsibility towards the ethnic Tamil people (MOSTLY HINDUS by faith) in Sri Lanka who faced human rights violations during the civil war.

That’s why many urgent appeals have been reached urging the Prime Minister and the External Affairs Minister of India to take a strong stand for this ethnic minority at the UNHRC. But, the activities of  Indian Government and most of the Political Parties in Indian Parliament reflect a gross ignorance and apathy  to this  deadly State oppression on Tamils in Sri Lanka by a ‘Buddha Shasana’ in its gory steps.

While an independent and fair probe into the human rights violations, and fixing accountability are crucial necessity of the  towards the rehabilitation of the affected people in war-ravaged Sri Lanka, how can India indulge into a formality bashing without a strong step with out its heart felt sympathy to our victimized Tamil brothers in Sri Lanka?

Though the Italian heart of Indian Politics, Sonia Gandhi blasts Sri Lanka over ‘unspeakable atrocities’ on Tamils in a high drama (never she had view or review the matter) after DMK  quit out the UPA and Congress Govt on Tamil Issues and finally a teething reaction in Indian Politics is hitting its snubbing consciousness within for the last couple of days.

While the Indian envoy to UNHRC, Mr Dilip Kumar Sinha was instructed to immediately attend South Block in Delhi rightly flown towards Indian Capital from Geneva, 525 colleges under Annamalai University shut in Tamil Nadu over Sri Lankan Tamils issue for an indefinite period.  It was the Tamil Nadu government’s decision to rock the Centarl Govt of India in the same issue of Atrocities upon Tamil people in Sri Lanka.

But, what is most disgusting in this picture of worldwide protest and consensus  over the Tamil Issue of Sri Lanka and to corner the perpetrators of 150,000 Tamil victims so far after revealing all truths, some sections of Indian Politics, Hindu Activists and Bigot Journalists still finding friendship of Sri Lankan Government at the cost of probable Total elimination of Tamils from Sri Lanka.

This series includes Dr Subramnian Swamy of Janata Party, one Dr Shrinivasan Kalyanraman of RSS fold and another Kanchan Gupta of Niti Central Digital and columnist in Daily Pioneer, Delhi and many others who are yet to drop a shy even for the killed, looted, raped, uprooted and virtually erased Tamil people of Sri Lanka in the last two decades.

When I urged ”India must stand against Sri Lanka, vote for US resolution” against Kanchan Gupta’s article “ India must stand by Sri Lanka, vote against US resolution“, Mr Gupta asked me “to provide me with a list of 150,000 Hindus killed in Sri Lanka — names, gender, age, address”. 

When I asked Mr Gupta, “Would you be able to give the total list of Great Calcutta Killing or Noakhali Carnage as a fashion you demanded?”, he replied, “Actually list of those killed in 1946 exists on Govt records.”

I was stuck in the manners, apathy in the issue and faith upon the British records by a Macaulian breed of contemporary Indian.

As a reply I send him a collage as under. He didn’t get any time to make a reply to it.

Hindu Killing Fields. India ~ Sri Lnka.

Actually, a great conspiracy in Indian Politics always alive to divide Bharat in the North-South-East-West lobby to disunite the Hindu force in Bharat. Gupta, Swamy and Ramans are being plotted by that central Anti Hindu Force knowingly or unknowingly. A series of betrayal to Tamil Hindu people is on in the Political scenario in India. It is now suspected that the ruling Congress is trying to downplay the GENOCIDE  and have good relations with the Brutal Regime of Mahinda Rajapaksha who is now a darling of China.

As a matter of fact, political leaders in Tamilnadu and South have called on the Indian Government to take a “historic, strong, and courageous stand on the issue”. But is it an issue of the Tamil people of  Tamilnadu or the Tamil victims of Sri Lanka or an Extinction Malady of Tamil culture and heritage from the Lankan island? Why RSS, VHP or BJP could be able to address this important issue in right forum well in advance for stopping such a horrible genocide in a neighbouring country, they claim a good relation and Hindu legacy?

Actually, some Hindu Intellectuals, Politicians, Statesmen, Columnists all went to sleep when the Tamil Hindus were being  tortured ruthlessly and more than 150000 Tamil Hindus were killed by SL Govt in last two decades. But they wake up only when somebody rise their voice demanding a probe on a genocide of Tamil Hindus in Sri Lanka.

They only see some LTTE Conspiracy and Christian Bogey in it.

What a tragedy for Sub Continental Hindus. But, Hopefully a resurgent Hindu force in Bharat and abroad is now fighting for a Tamil Hindu Cause on a very humanitarian rights ground. In no way we support any menace or overtone as perpetration by LTTE. But why our sensation got a total paralysis on the matter of Tamil Genocide in Sri Lanka. Mind it the Sri Lankan lobby is also vocal for the retaliation of Colombo people as did in front of Indian High Commission there on 19 March to pressurize the Indian Govt to support a blood thirsty Rajapaksa.

I should not forget one octogenarian Tamil Rights Crusader of Canada, Sri Kumarathasan Rasingam, who relentlessly keep these issues on and appealed to all only to Save the Tamil Hindus’ Rights in Sri Lanka as a right wing of Hindu Existence Forum. We have a joint appeal to all concerned.

To  whom it may concern as  Tamils in Sri Lanka are Human beings and not the slaves of Sri Lankan Buddhists. 

We feel most of the Hind Organizations, Hindus, Hindu Leaders, Hindu Politicians are not fully aware of what happened and what is happening in the Traditional and historical homeland of the Tamils [Tamil Eelam] Please note that before the British captured Sri Lanka in 18th century there was Hindu Tamil Kingdoms existed and ruled by Hindu Kings.  But when the British gave independence to Sri Lanka [then called Ceylon] in 1948 the powers were handed over the majority Sinhalese.  Since then Hindu Tamils are treated as slaves. Now there is no one to give protection to the Hindu Tamils.

Hindu Tamil women and girls are raped by the army of occupation.  Tamil homeland colonized by Sinhalese.  In time to come there will be no land for Hindu Tamils and will be completely wiped out.  Kindly read, watch the two attachments below for evidence and facts.

We most respectfully and most humbly request you to highlight the real plight of Tamil people in Sri Lanka.  It is suspected that the ruling Congress is trying to downplay the GENOCIDE  and have good relations with the Brutal Regime of Mahinda Rajapaksha who is now a darling of China.

We are disappointed, dismayed, worried to understand that the Congress [anti -Hindu] party has  forced United States to dilute further the UNHCR resolution that has been submitted yesterday in Geneva at the UNHCR meeting. But why `

A. There is no mention about the Independent Investigation in to the Killings of 150000 Hindu Tamils ?

B. There is no protection to the Tamil women and girls under an army of occupation ?

C.  There is no mention about demilitarization and resettling the people back to their own land?

D. There is no mention for a political solution to the Hindu Tamils with their rights of self-determination?

Now mischievously  the ruling force in the center, Congress and UPA  in India  have watered down the US resolution to give more time and space to Sri Lanka to wipe out the remaining Hindu Tamils in Sri Lanka.  At the original draft the following were included…

2. The Kashmir problem has been generated from a Islamic view point and aggressive Pakistani Strategy. But Tamil problem in Sri Lanka is not created by any Hindu Fundamentalism or Indian conspiracy.

3. The Majority Hindu Community in Kashmir was driven out from Kashmir by the Muslims there. But Majority Sinhala Buddhists were never uprooted and driven out from Sri Lanka by the Tamil Hindus in any case.

4. Muslims in Kashmir virtually want to merge with Pakistan though Huriyaat Conference tell a lie to camouflage. Tamils in Sri Lanka never told to merge any part of SL or Tamil majority areas with India. They only want self respect and autonomy within the SL Island.

5. The Indian Military fights against Jihadists in Kashmir but never torture Muslims in other provinces. In Contrary, the Sri Lanka Military Forces fight against LTTE and torture common Tamil people all over Sri Lanka to extinct them.

Global reaction against the brutal assault on Bangladesh Hindu Minorities by Jamaat e Islami after the pronouncement of execution of BD war criminal Sayedee.

Upananda Brahmachari | Dhaka | Sunday 3 March 2013 :: The Rights organisations in Bangladesh and abroad are now contemplating a bigger fight  against the recurring atrocities upon the Bangladesh Minorities, especially upon Hindu Minorities in recent days after the pronouncement of execution of BD war criminal Delwar Hossain Sayedee by Special Bangladesh Tribunal named as “International Crimes Tribunal” (ICT).

Sayedee was convicted for the severe charges as accused of working with the Al-Badr and Rajakar group during the independence struggle and carrying out numerous atrocities, including forcibly converting Hindus to Islam. Sayedee formed some  small groups to loot and seize the property of Bengali Hindus and those who supported and participated in Liberation of Bangladesh.

The tribunal found Sayeede guilty of eight out of the 20 charges levelled against him. These were murder, torture, rape and forcibly converting Hindus to Islam.

Getting disappointed and being arrogant with the ‘hang to death’ order for Sayedee, the fundamental Islamic force led by Jamaat e Islam of Bangladesh lashed out a political confrontation with the opponents and wrecked a havoc upon the Hindu Minorities in a most unreasonable retaliation.

On Friday, the UN Gen Secy, Mr. Ban Ki Moon has also conveyed his peace message for the BD Govt and Jammatis both  to maintain the harmony for Bangladesh people and requested to resist the ongoing violence to protect the rights of minorities there. In an UN Press release, Mr. Ban Ki Moon urged BD Govt and the confronting Jamaati to stop the violence immediately, in order to avoid any fatal consequence in further extension.

While the Council has already conveyed the detailed atrocities upon the Hindu Minorities in Noakhali and Chattagram in US External Affairs Department, UN Human Rights Council, Human Rights Watch and Amensty International, the body of BHBCUC has planned to organize  Human Chains at Diversity Plaza on Monday (3rd March) and at the office of UN on 10th March in New York City.

The British High Commissioner in Dhaka, Mr. Robert Gibson expressed his deep  concern and resentment upon the attack upon the religious places and the recent attacks in BD in a press conference on Sunday 3rd March held in Dhaka.

The Bangladesh Hindu Buddha Christian Oikya Parishad formed a human chain in Chattagram Saturday  to protest what they called ‘heinous attacks’ by Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir on the country’s minority communities in the wake of the death verdict for Jamaat leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee.

On saturday,  in front of Dahaka National Press Club, a mammoth Human Chain, Black March and Protest Rally were conducted by  Hindu Buddha Christian Oikya Parishad, Bangladesh Jatiyo Hindu Mahajot (Bangladesh National Hindu Grand Alliance – BNHGA), Bangladesh Puja Udjapon Porishad, Bangladesh Sevashram Foundation, ISKCON, Motijhil Thana Sarbojanin Puja Committee and others to raise an united voice to end the victimization of Hindu Minorities as and when the fundamentalists determine to relish on.

In a press statement, it is categorically said that ” We are in a very critical crisis period, when a matter of Justice towards the settlement of anti-liberation crime has been vitiated in a communal texture. A heinous torture, murder, loot, assault,  destruction of temples are rampantly done in an utter communal method to extinct the Hindu community in Bangladesh”. The organizers of Human Chain and Protest rally expressed their grave concern for the destruction and burning of 1500 Hindu household, 50 temples, murder of 3 Hindu minority people, injuring over 100 Hindus in last three days of spreading violence all over Bangladesh.  Such targeted violence upon Hindu minorities by Jamaati hooligans covering 22 districts including Noakhali, Chattagram, Coxbazar, Kumilla, Laxmipur, Gaibandha, Brahmanbaria, Syllet, Satkhira, Bagerhat and  Thakurgaon.

An estimated 100 crores of loss has been levied on Hindus by the torture friendly Jamaati beasts under human skin. The leadership in the protest rally and human chain has been expressed their concern to the deterioration of  minority status of Hindus under an unbearable Islamic persecution and threat perception.

In Bangladesh, some 26,00,000  acres of land was declared as Enemy Property and at least 2 crores of Hindus were compelled to leave Bangladesh under an Islamic conspiracy.

The protest rally and human chain were led by Kanutosh Majumder, Subroto Chowdhury, Gobinda Chandra Pramanik, Basudev Dhar, Ripon Dey, Pinaki Das, R Das Gupta and Sanyasis (Monks) of various Muths (Monasteries) of Dhaka and far sides.

In Bharat (India), the protesters of  ’Gairik Bharat’ (Saffron India) held a protest demonstration in front of Silchar District Collectorate Office, where they burnt the effigy of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hassina in a protest of recent inhumane torture upon Hindus and destruction and desecration of Hindu Temples in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh was put on the boil today as at least 32 people, including three policemen, were killed and scores injured in violence after a death sentence was handed down to a top leader of the fundamentalist Jamaat-e-Islami for “crimes against humanity” during the 1971 liberation war. Hindu Minorities were then being targeted in NoaKhali, Satkhira and almost all over Bangladesh, out of a bare outburst of Islamic communalism. The same repetition is now being observed in Noakhali and Chattagram in present situation after Sayeede’s death verdict.

After Jamaat executive council member Delwar Hossain Sayedee was awarded death sentence for 1971 war crimes, the attacks there were carried out from a Jamaat procession protesting the verdict. The violence followed the verdict of the special Bangladeshi tribunal that handed down death penalty to Delwar Hossain Sayedee, vice-president of the party, amid a nationwide shutdown called by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI).

“He (Delwar Hossain Sayedee) will be hanged by neck till he is dead,” pronounced chairman of the three-judge International Crimes Tribunal Justice ATM Fazle Kabir.

Sayeedi was accused of working with the Al-Badr group during the independence struggle and carrying out numerous atrocities, including forcibly converting Hindus to Islam.

His critics say that during the war he formed a small group to loot and seize the property of Bengali Hindus and those who supported independence.

The tribunal found Sayeedi guilty of eight out of the 20 charges levelled against him. These were murder, torture, rape and forcibly converting Hindus to Islam.

Right after the verdict, leaders and activists of Jamaat and its student affiliate Islami Chhatra Shibir took out the procession at Begumganj’s Rajganj Bazar.

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Begumganj circle Mahbub Alam Khan said attacks were carried out from that procession and the Hindu temples at Rajganj Bazar, Thakur Barhi and Bainnabarhi areas were vandalised. Reports of molestation of Hindu girls are also hooked up in the widespread news.  In some places Kali and Krishna Temples are completely vandalized.

The attackers also set the residences of Bhuiyan and Banik families on fire, leaving six people injured.

ASP Khan said additional police forces were deployed later.

Meanwhile, activists of Jamaat supporters clashed with police in Noakhali town following the verdict. Shibir activists detonated several crude bombs at that time.

Acting SP Mahbub Rashid said the Shibir men also vandalised 12 buses and torched four more at the Al-Amin Bus Depot at Dattar Haat.

He said police fired at least a hundred rounds from the shotguns to take control of the situation. – See more at:

At least 23 people were killed as the activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing Islami Chhatra Shibir went on the rampage across the country after Sayedee’s verdict,the Daily Star reported.

The victims included the cops, activists of Jamaat, Shibir, Juba League and common people.

Of the deceased, six people, including three policemen, were killed in Gaibandha, four in Thakurgaon, three in Satkhira, two each in Rangpur, Noakhali and Sirajganj while one each in Dinajpur, Natore, Cox’s Bazar and Chapainawabganj.

In Gaibandha after the verdict several thousand supporters of the Islamic party attacked a police outpost in Sundarganj upazila.

They beat three policemen to death and set fire to the outpost. In response, police opened fire, leaving three people killed.

In Thakurgaon about 1,500 Jamaat-Shibir men took out a procession after the verdict and attacked shops and houses of Awami League men and the Hindu community.

Police and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) teams rushed there and fired blank shots and tear shells to disperse the attackers.

Encircling the police, the marauding Jamaat-Shibir men started to throw brick-bats and, at one stage, closed in to fight them. Police opened fire to escape, leaving one dead on the spot and about eight to 10 injured.

A 13-year-old Shibir supporter, was later found lying dead, bullet-hit, inside a shop. Two other persons were declared dead at the Thakurgaon Sadar Hospital, police said.

At least two people were killed and 57 others injured during clashes between the activists of JI-Shibir and the police in the northwestern district of Rangpur.

The deceased were Shibir activists.

In Noakhali after the pronouncement of the verdict, Jamaat and Shibir activists set fire to a temple and houses of Hindu community.

Two people were killed as the activists clashed with law enforcers at different points in Noakhali.

In Dinajpur, a Shibir man was killed and two sustained bullet wounds when the BGB men opened fire on activists of JI and Shibir.

Three people in Satkhira, two in Sirajganj and one each in Cox’s Bazar and Chapainawabganj, were killed in violence following the verdict.

An Awami League activist was hacked to death in Natore district.

JI activists also attacked police camps at different places.

Authorities earlier called out paramilitary BGB along with the police and elite anti-crime Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) to maintain law and order.

The verdict came as a security blanket covered the capital Dhaka and other major cities after JI called a nationwide shutdown coinciding with the date of the judgement, while thousands of youngsters enforced a street vigil demanding the capital punishment for the war criminals.

Following the verdict, thousands of youngsters celebrated beating drums and chanting slogans in the capital and several other major cities where transport plied in large numbers and offices and businesses remained open defying the JI strike call.

“Hang the war criminals, ban Jamaat-Shibir,” they shouted parading the city streets.

No clash was reported in Dhaka though witnesses said JI activists tried to make visible their presence on the street exploding homemade bombs and staging street marches at places but fled the scenes as police chased them with rubber bullets and tear gas canisters.

While UNESCO accredited Kumbhmela as the “Greatest Show on Earth”, the Talibani swines want to discredit this largest Dharmik (most of the people do understand it religious) confluence is nothing but a ‘kufr’.

Their congregation of Haj in Mecca & Madian comes to the second place after Kumbh Mela, considering Kumbh Mela’s greatness of amity, variety and obviously the spirituality of Hinduism, or Sanatan Path or Arya Dharma, whatever you can say to set it a Bharatiya connotation. So, the zealous and cruel Jihadi outfits of Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Toiba now have set their heinous Jihad by blasting the stations and nearby places like Dehradun, Haridwar and Kath Godam rail junctions near Nainital and prominent places of religious and tourist interest like Har Ki Pauri in the holy city, Haridwar, only to frighten the Hindu devotees participating in Kumbh Mela . Prayag Raj, the current venue of Kumbh Mela  may also  be target of these Quran lover Muslim zealots.

Islamic Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad Tuesday (26 Feb) allegedly threatened to blow up major railway stations and places of  Hindu shrines and tourist interest in Uttarakhand in retaliation to the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afjal Guru, a senior police official said. Being shocked by Kasab and Afzal hanging, these fundamental Muslims want to attack upon Hindus in Kumbh Mela time.

The letter written purportedly by the Karachi based area commander of terror outrfit Jaish-e-Mohammad contains a threat to blow up Dehradun, Haridwar and Kath Godam rail junctions near Nainital and prominent places of religious and tourist interest like Har Ki Pauri in the holy city, as Haridwar SSP Arun Mohan Joshi told to the PTI source.

“Though the authenticity of the threat and the origin of the letter is being examined, we are not taking any chances and have alerted the highest authorities in places mentioned in the letter”, he said.

As a routine work, security around the places mentioned in the letter has been beefed up. But, there is no guarantee of preventing  the series of blasts anymore.

The letter addressed to former Superintendent of Haridwar Railway station Amrinder Singh was received on Tuesday, he said adding similar letters have been issued to retired railway officials in the past as well. Sources say that the security of Allhabad station is also being kept most vigilant than ever.

The difference between the latest threat letter and those received in the past is that this one has purportedly been written by Jaish-e-Mohommad whereas the earlier ones bore the name of Lashkar-e-Toiba, the SSP said.

Unfortunately, our Home Minister, Intelligence Departments  and the Security Agencies have all the information of upcoming terror, blast threat perceptions etc. and we read and hear the news of post-blast calamity and casualty very fortunately.

Actually, Mr. Sushil Shinde (the most culpable person among the all incapable Congress men, as he sees only Saffron Terror all around) keeps all terror files under his pillow as ready reference, but within the snooze, those files turn spoiled and truncated by the Maino Antonia Sonia Maino)  mouses. Who can blame this poor Shinde?

Mukesh Ambani is now under the Threat of Indian Mujahideen

Islamic threat has no bound in India. It may come to you or the Reliance Barron Mukesh Ambani. No difference at all.

The terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM), the champion of Dilsukhnagar twin blasts in Hyderabad, has given a threat to Mukesh Ambani. IM delivered a letter to the office of the RIL Chairman threatening to harm him for supporting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Police have launched a probe following that letter, purportedly sent by terror outfit Indian Mujahideen to Mukesh Ambani, as reports came in.

The letter, delivered by an unidentified person to Ambani’s personal staff in a sealed envelope at his Maker Chambers office on February 24, also said IM would damage his 27-storey mansion ‘Antilia’ on Altamount Road, a police officer said on condition of anonymity.

The handwritten letter, claimed to have been penned by an IM operative, said the organisation wanted the release of its operative Danish and, if he was not set free, the home-grown terror group would cause harm to Ambani.

Police suspect the letter referred to Mohammed Danish Ansari, a native of Darbhanga in Bihar, who was arrested in January by NIA for sheltering Bhatkal brothers before they reportedly escaped to Pakistan three years back.

After receiving the letter, a senior officer of RIL met city Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh to apprise him of the development, the officer said.

Police would ask for CCTV footage from the security staff of Ambani’s office to find out whether any images of the person, who had delivered the letter, were captured.

When contacted, a spokesman for RIL refused to comment as the matter was under investigation.

In this fortified Jihadi process, life threat to a labour or farmer coming to a Hindu pilgrimage or a multi billioner business  Barron, Mukesh Ambani are equally detrimental  to the safety, security, prosperity and peace of the individual and the society at large. Now, the Right to live is threatened by the Terrorism in India, especially by the Jihadi Terrorism. Islamic Terrorism is destroying the Global peace as an authenticated humane paranoia.

Then, what is the solution to get rid off this Islamic Terror or brutal Jihad? The Answer is simple but difficult. Simple to say, but difficult to do. Annihilation of Islamic Terror by uprooting it from barbaric Quranic teaching and the murderous activities  in Mosques and Madrasas (Islamic Seminaries). Be bold and say No to Jihadi Islam. Jihad can only be resisted and eventually finished by Anti-Jihad.

In Bharat (India), declaring Bharat as a Hindu Rashtra is the final solution to stop  and finish Jihadi brutality here and afterwards from this planet.

Indian Mujahideen hand becomes clearer in Hyderabad blasts.

By Bharti Jain, Deeptiman Tiwary & Vishwa Mohan, TNN | Feb 23, 2013 | NEW DELHI:: As investigators trawl the devastated spots in Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar for clues to Thursday’s twin blasts, a debate has begun in the home ministry over whether the terror attack could have been prevented.

According to reports reaching here, there is no breakthrough yet for the investigators. “We are still groping in the dark,” a senior home ministry official familiar with the details of the probe said. However, there was relief after it turned out that some of the CCTV cameras in the ill-fated locality were functional at the time of the explosions on Thursday evening and, therefore, might be holding pointers.

Senior sources disputed reports that the wires of CCTV cameras had been snapped four days ago.

The MHA had fewer doubts on Friday about the involvement of Indian Mujahideen in the attack. The bombs carried the signature of IM. Both the devices were packed with ammonium nitrate and shrapnel with a timer mechanism: the staple of IM bomb-makers. The use of cycles to strap bombs has also been an IM trademark since November 2007 when they attacked courts in UP.

Both bombs were designed to ensure that the impact of explosions was concentrated on one side: again a stock in trade for IM which has used boat-shaped devices earlier in order to maximize casualties.

Faced with allegations of intelligence failure in Parliament, home minister Sushilkumar Shinde pointed out that the Centre has issued a series of alerts to authorities in Hyderabad about a possible terrorist reprisal against the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.

The first advisory went out on Saturday, alerting states against the threat of United Jehad Council to launch a fresh terror campaign against India to avenge Guru’s hanging. The message was amplified by Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed.

Although the first alert was general in nature, intelligence agencies, acting on basis of intercepts, refined it to caution that Hyderabad, along with Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Hubli and certain places in Gujarat and Maharashtra, could be on the hit list of terrorists desperate to make good their threat.

This message highlighting the threat to Hyderabad was sent on February 19. The following day, Intelligence Bureau asked the states to step up vigil at places which were known to be on the radar of terrorists and had been recced.

Centre’s concern, prompted by clear inputs according to Shinde, that a terrorist strike could be in the works manifested itself again on February 20, when it repeated that Hyderabad could be among the likely targets along with other places.

The same anxiety led the government to sound the same alert anew on Thursday morning just eight hours before the bombs went off in Hyderabad, killing at least 16 and maiming many more.

Dilsukhnagar fitted the bill, having been surveyed by an IM module as recently as last year. Delhi Police had on the basis of testimonies of two alleged IM terrorists, Syed Maqbool and Imran, told Andhra authorities that the locality was recceed as recently in July last year.

Sources in the home ministry said that the emphasis on the sites which had already been reconnoitered reflected the assessment that the terrorists were under pressure to do something spectacular sooner than later and, hence, focussed on locales they were already familiar with.

Centre refrained from blaming the state government, with Shinde saying in Rajya Sabha that the calm professionalism of AP cops was worth emulating. But many in his own ministry wondered whether cops could have prevented the carnage by upping their guard in response to a series of advisories. There was also puzzlement about the reasons why they failed to do so despite the fact that terrorists had targeted the same spot in 2007.

The last attempt failed only because the device planted by IM terrorists failed to go off, sparing the locality the devastation caused by the bombs the same module led by Riyaz Bhatkal had planted at Gokul Chat Bhandar and Lumbini Park.

According to sources, one possible explanation could be the fatigue among cops over having to deal with the same kind of alerts over and over again. They said the counter-terror advisories issued in the wake of Guru’s hanging were not different from those which were sent after Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab was sent to the gallows in November.

The alerts issued after Kasab’s execution had mentioned Hyderabad along with Bangalore and Coimbatore among the vulnerable spots. Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Shinde emphasized that the Centre had strong reasons to hoist the caution sign higher after February 19 and afterwards. If this was the case, the authorities clearly failed to impress the urgency upon the men at ground zero

Sources said that the routine of having to respond to the same kind of cues repeatedly could not but lead to a dulling of response: a vulnerability which could be exploited by a terrorist group set on a particular target as has been the case with IM and Dilsukhnagar. The predominantly Hindu locality with a history of communal tension has been consistently targeted by terrorists since 1999 when they unsuccessfully planted a bomb there.

The terrorists returned again in 2002 when a bomb claimed two lives. Residents were lucky in 2007 when the bomb planted there did not go off, but the determined group had had their way on Thursday.
