Nepal forward marching again towards a Hindu State.

Why no Hindu Rashtra (country) for 1 Billion Hindus in the world?

‘Mega campaign’ for ‘Hindu Rashtra’ in Nepal launched.

Nepal Hindu Rashtra Mega MeetingUpananda Brahmachari | HENB & Agencies | Kathmandu | 6 Nov 2014::   The Campaign for a Traditional Hindu Rashtra (State) is on to vibrate the present political texture in Nepal while the country is going to  adopt its new constitution within a deadline of January 22, 2015. On Thursday (06 Nov 2014) Nepali Congress leader Khum Bahadur Khadka, who is heading a campaign to make pressure for declaring Nepal a Hindu state, said that the country could witness a religious strife if the to be promulgated constitution fails to declare the country Sanatan Hindu State.

The programme was held under the banner  ‘Mega Campaign for Reinstating Hindu Nation with Religious Freedom’, at Nepal Academy here.

Although the country was a Hindu nation as per the 1990’s constitution, the country is now a secular state under the Interim Constitution of Nepal 2007.

Addressing a programme organised to launch what Khadka and his group are calling a ‘mega campaign’, Khadka said Nepal, being a Hindu dominated country, should be declared a Hindu state with equal rights for all faiths.

He said his party made a mistake by deciding to go for secularism which the party should correct now. The traditional (Sanatana) Hindu Rashtra is a part of Social life in Nepal.

Khadka said the campaign would lobby with political forces, particularly all wings of his own party, to go for Hindu state.

Nepali Congress leaders Taranath Ranabhat, Chiranjivi Wagle, Haribol Bhattarai, Pushpa Bhusal, Laxman Ghimire, Shankar Pandey, who support the campaign, were also present at the programme.

The Nepali Congress (NC) has opted for a wait-and-see approach on the campaign for reviving the country as a Hindu state launched by its Central Working Committee members.

A faction of the party led by leader Khum Bahadur Khadka is holding a national gathering of the NC leaders and cadres on Thursday in the Capital to put pressure on the political parties and Constituent Assembly to revive Nepal as a Hindu state. The party said has that its leaders and cadres are free to advocate for any religious ideology and the party will not interfere.

“Our party believes in religious freedom and we are against declaring the country a religious state. However, everyone is free to advocate for what they believe in,” said NC Spokesperson Dilendra Badu. Nepal, historically a Hindu state, was declared secular after Jana Andolan II in the Interim Constitution, 2007.

The campaigners have called on Mahasamiti members, district chairpersons, CWC members and party office bearers to attend the gathering to be held at the Academy Hall to their express solidarity for a Hindu state.

The NC, in its election manifesto, has clearly mentioned that the party believes in religious freedom and all that all religions haven an equal status in the society.

Addressing the ceremony, a majority of campaigners said revival of Nepal as a Hindu state would be a binding force among the Nepalis. The campaign was launched under the NC banner. Speakers spent most of their time attacking Christian preachers who “lured thousands of Nepalis with money into conversion”.

Citing that the Christian population in Nepal reached 1.4 percent in 2011 from 0.4 percent in 2001, they said it was possible to do that by spending hundreds of millions to buy poor Hindus and Buddhists.

“It’s part of religious imperialism of the Western world,” charged former NC Chief Whip Laxman Prasad Ghimire, co-coordinator of the campaign. While 81 countries in the world can be Christian states and 51 Muslim, he said, Nepal with three fourths Hindu believers could well be a Hindu state.

Stating that secularism was neither a part of the 12-point understanding nor the popular demand of the 2006 uprising, the NC leaders blamed it on the “conspiracy by the Christian world”.

Mitha Ram Bishwokarma, former parliamentarian, said even MPs were kept in the dark about the plan to declare secularism. Khadka said the protest would continue unless Hindu state is enshrined as an irrevocable clause of the constitution. He warned of protests from the first week of December if the parties did not address the demand.

A 25-member committee formed last week has been made 51-member and a 501-strong central mobilisation committee has been set up to take the programme across the country.

The committee was generated for the revival for Nepal as a “Nation, Nationality and Sanatan Hindu State”. Committee members include CWC member Pushpa Bhusal, former minister and chief whip Laxman Prasad Ghimire, former Speaker of the Parliament Taranath Ranabhat, lawmaker Suwarna Juwarchan and former ministers Chiranjivi Wagle and Devendra Raj Kandel.

According to Ghimire, who is also a joint coordinator of the committee, some 300 NC leaders and cadres are expected at the gathering to show unity in reviving the Hindu identity of the country. He also went on to claim that the NC never actually accepted secularism and that a large section of the party are positive on the revival plan.

The Khadka-led committee has also formed a religious squad, Dharma Rakshyak Gorakshya Sena, to assist in the nationwide campaign. The gathering will set a future course for the campaign, said Ghimire.

On May 18, 2006, former King Gyanendra Shah resurrected “dead” parliament that not only curtailed his power but also declared the country secular. After two years, the newly elected Constituent Assembly 28 May 2008 declared the country republic by sidelining the institution of Monarchy.

The legitimacy of the decision is still being questioned.

How can a parliament dissolved by an elected government be revived, ask critics, and while giving continuity to the unconstitutional decision not only the King’s power was curtailed but also an election to the constituent assembly was declared by the same parliament to finally do away with monarchy?

Nepal Congress leader Khum Bahadur Khadka with an aim to make a heavy pressure  for declaring Nepal again a  Hindu state.

Earlier, in Kathmandu, October 31, 2014 a meeting was held between the selected Nepali Congress leaders to form ‘Sanatan Hindu Rastra Revival Committee headed by Khum Bahadur Khadka as its president and its deputy as Laxman Ghimire and General Secretary Kumar Regmi.

Tara Nath Rana Bhat, Pushpa Bhusal, Devendra Kandel and Subarna Juharchan among others are the members of the committee.

Senior Journalist Dev Prakash Tripathi has been appointed as the committee’s spokesperson.

The Mega Hindu Rashtra Meeting including a Rally in Khathmandu on November 6, 2014 is obviously leading Nepal towards it virtual destination of Hindu Rashtra.

From a source it has been revealed that some Christian missionary elements prompted by European Union countries like Switzerland and Norway and ISI prompted by Pakistan and some other Jihadi and Communist elements are hatching a conspiracy to stop the march for a Hindu Rashtra in Nepal.

As the Hindu Monarchy in Nepal has always been playing an important role in the existence of Hindu Rashtra in Nepal, the Raja-Praja (King and Citizen) reunion and interactions are also being held in these days in Nepal.

The repeated visit of a Hard-liner Hindu Prime Minister of Bharat, Narendra Modi in Nepal is also significant in the advancement of Nepal again in a Hindu state.

Interestingly, there is no Hindu Rashtra (country) for 1 Billion Hindus in the world, while Christians have 157, Muslims have  52, Buddhists have 12 and even Jews have their own one country so far.

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Hindu Existence Forum (HEF) in Bharat (India) are continuously supporting the Hindu activism in Nepal for the revival of Hindu Rashtra in Nepal within a very short span of time.

Respected Dr Chandna, Plz follw these points:

      1. From a very reliable source it has been established that in 1920 ( Before the Moplah Hindu Massacre in 1921 in Kerala & Malabar region, India) there were 29% Hindus (Buddhists, Jains & Sikhs are then considered as hindus) , Christians ( RC ,Protestants & others) were then 24% and Muslims were only 14.5% out of world’s religious population.

Even in present days if we consider the mother Hindu origin, this force is the still second largest religious strength about 21.5% ( 14.5% Hindu, 6% Buddhist, Sikh-Jains-Tribal religions 1%) above the muslim strength of 19.5%.

      2. Way out for the major declining of Hindu population in India

      Hindu Existence Solutions :

Marriage must be within age 25 for female and 30 for male Hindus.
At least THREE babies for every able rural couple and TWO babies for able urban couple.
One baby more considering the capable situation in the name of Dharma.
Strict negation and punishments for female foeticides.
Stress upon small business, self entrepreneurship, small village industries, group farming-cultivation for the maintenance of families, not relying upon services in public or private sectors.
Inter caste marriage under broad Hindu basis avoiding blood relations.
Accept and Marriage with the girls of other religions to mitigate the ill effect of Love Jihad.
Marriage without dowry and other superstitious prejudices.
Marriage to maintain divine life and the gaining the full strength of the Hindu society.

      3. Still we have the power to combat. Know the Hindu power within and eliminate the evils.

‘Indian-Hindu root religion’ is still the largest religion of world if you consider Hindus (15%) + Buddhist (7%) + Other Religions (nearly 1% most of them are Sikhs, Jains etc) + Religiously Unaffiliated (16% most of them are in China and hide their practicing Buddhist culture due a oppressive Communist Govt & others actually follow the offshoot of Hindu faiths)……… SO THERE IS AT LEAST 35% INDIA ROOTS RELIGIONISTS IN THIS WORLD LARGER THAN 32% CHRISTIANS AND 23% MUSLIMS SO FAR.
