A Hindu repercussion is upheavaling for the delay on Yakub Memon’s hanging.

Those who can’t respect Indian judiciary can go to Pakistan, Sakshi Maharaj of BJP takes on AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi’s defence of Yakub Memon, the Mumbai serial blast Master of 1993.

TEESTA RAUT | HENB | NEW DELHI | JULY 24, 2015:: BJP leader Sakshi Maharaj and MP of Unnao (UP), who has been in the news for hosting his strong Hindutva statements,now hit out at Asaduddin Owaisi’s defence of Yakub Memon, the prime accused of the serial blast terror in 1993. The Saffron Swami said that those who didn’t respect the judiciary’s decision should go to Pakistan.

Sakshi Maharaj said: “People who can’t respect Indian system and judiciary can go to Pakistan, door is open.’ Owaisi had claimed that Memon shouldn’t be hung since he ‘proved’ the involvement of Pakistan in the 1993 blasts which left 257 people dead and over 700 injured.

Earlier the Swami said that every Hindu women needed to produce at least four children. He had also said that those who engaged in religious conversions and cow slaughter should be punished with the death penalty.

Now, Sakshi Maharaj took on AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, as Owaisi alleged on Thursday that Mumbai serial blasts convict Yakub Memon is being hanged only because he belongs to a particular religion.

“The killers of Rajiv Gandhi and Beant Singh have the backing of political parties in Tamil Nadu and Punjab. Which political party is backing Yakub Memon? If they want to hang people they should not do it on the basis of religion. They cannot target religion,” said Owaisi.

“Two major political parties in Tamil Nadu are trying to prevent execution of Santhan, Murugan and Perarivalan, all convicted in Rajiv Gandhi assassination case. The government sat on their mercy petitions for many years, and ultimately their death sentences were commuted to life imprisonment” he added.

Memon, who is to be hanged on July 30, had last week filed a mercy petition to the Governor of Maharashtra.

On July 27, 2007, Memon was sentenced to death by Justice (Retd.) Kode, who was then the special judge of the court set up under Terrorists and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act in Mumbai.

However, his sentence was upheld by a Supreme Court bench headed by then Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan on March 21, 2013.

On April 9 this year, a three-member bench headed by Justice A R Dave rejected his review plea.

Indian President Pranab Mukherjee had also rejected his mercy petition. The curative petition in the Supreme Court was also turned down on Tuesday, July 21. But, Yakub again reached Supreme Court with a plea of injunction on his date of hanging as fixed on July 30. The latest petition of Yakub Memon is fixed for hearing in Supreme Court in July 27.

Now, some psuedo secular and pro Islamic forums, a section of media, one National Law University, CPIM are also opposing the execution of Yakub Memon very un-patriotically.

While the whole Nation is against the Islamic menace of Jihad, ISIS, ISI and fanatics like Yakub Memon, Dawood Ibrahim or Abdul Naser Madani, the activities and sentimental drama of pro-Yakub people in the name of Human Rights of Liberal Judiciary are really ridiculous and degenerating.

The Nationalist people of India cannot compromise with the death of 257 people and serious injury over 700 people in the serial blast in Mumbai by this culprit Muslim fanatic Yakub Memon.  Accordingly, a heavy Hindu repercussion is upheavaling in India for the delay on Yakub’s hanging.

   As per my knowledge there was no Muslim terrorism against Hindus / India. I have all evidences how the Muslim Jihadists are developed from Vadodara (Gujarat ) from 2002 Gujarat riots started from Vadodara on 27.02.2002 only.

   Now we all are suffering from Muslim Jihadist / SIMI / Indian Mujaheddin and Pakistan sponsored terrorism against India from 2002 only..Why? We are seeing all round fires and our Saffron Parivar on Jihadists / Muslim terrorist Radar to be killed from 2002 only.
   As per Mr. P.Chidanbaram in 2008.when he become UPA Home Minister after Mumbai attack on 26.11.2008;” he said that he is seeing all round Fires and 25 VVIPS are on Muslim terrorists Radar to be killed.”

   What we did from 2002 to stop Muslim terrorism against India from 2002 to 2017?
