ANI| New Delhi | Sept 18, 2017:: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday asked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to act responsibly after the latter warned right-wing groups to not play with fire. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that if Banerjee cannot behave responsibly then the Centre must mull to dismiss her government in Bengal.
“She should put out the information and if there is an attempt to disturb the peace then she should register an FIR. Why is she doing all that? Then we will take out to court. She is already attacking the Chief justice of Kolkata High Court. Mamata Banerjee is a constitutional authority and must act responsibly otherwise the Centre should think of dismissing the government,” Swamy told ANI.
Treading similar path, BJP leader Nalin Kohli said that Banerjee cannot camouflage the brittle situation of Bengal by targeting the VHP or the RSS.
“By constantly trying to blame the BJP, RSS, VHP or other organizations, Mamata Banerjee cannot shift the blame of the real situation in West Bengal. There clearly the politics of appeasement in happening. When the Maha Dashmi cannot be take place on the designated day because of Moharram, it shows that the administration is either failed or it is not able to bring about friendly relations between the two communities and both cannot celebrate it together,” Kohli said.
Banerjee on Saturday warned the BJP and its affiliate organisations such as RSS, Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad over playing dirty politics during Durga Puja, asking them “not to play with fire”.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday said that the RSS, Bajrang Dal and VHP should not try to disturb peace in the state during the coming Durga Puja and warned that they should not play with fire.
Stating that her government did not put any curb on celebration of Vijaya Dashami rituals, Banerjee said, “There is misinformation campaign by certain outfits that we are stopping Vijaya Dashami celebrations at puja pandals and households.”
“What we had said is on the day of ekadashi on October one there will be no immersions. Muharram, which is an occasion of mourning by the Muslim community, falls on the same date. Immersion will resume as usual from October two to four,” she told reporters at the state secretariat.
“Women will put sindoor on each other and Vijaya Dashami rituals will be observed as usual. Those having no inkling about Durga Puja and Kali Puja celebrations in Bengal are spreading all sorts of rumours,” she said.
Banerjee said that her government was determined to maintain peace and harmony during the coming Durga Puja festival.
The RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal should not try to disturb peace and play with fire, she said, adding that Durga Puja had been traditionally celebrated with amity in Bengal where lakhs of people hit the streets.
“If someone tries to disrupt peace, the administration will take stern action,” she said.
Banerjee said the “BJP should not do politics using CBI, ED and foment riots“.

Mamata’s “Aurangzebic dictate” against Hindus will be a waterloo for her: RSS.
ANI | Mumbai | Sept 17, 2017:: After West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its affiliate organisations against ‘playing with fire’ during Durga Puja celebrations and Muharram, the saffron brigade on Sunday said that her “Aurangzebic dictate” against the Hindu festivals, cultures and religious right of the Hindus would prove to be a waterloo for her.
Speaking to ANI, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) ideologue Rakesh Sinha said that with the direction Mamata is heading it is an end to her political career.
“It is not the RSS and its allied organizations that are playing with the fire. It is she who is doing this. Her “Tuglaqtic order or the “Aurangzebic dictate” against the Hindu festivals, cultures, religious right of the Hindus would prove waterloo for her. The direction she is heading towards is an end to her political career. She is surrounded by Jihadi elements,” he added.
He further said it is the Jihadis who are ruling the Bengal and Mamata’s objective to make Bengal an Islamic state is now completely exposed.
BJP leader Rahul Sinha said that people should first make immersion of such a party before the immersion of Durga idol which is trying to do communal politics.
“It might interest Mamata Banerjee to play with the fire but not the RSS. She has put false allegation on Bajrang Dal. I challenge Mamata Banerjee that she has put a ban on Durga visarjan (immersion) because of Moharram, can she do the other way round for Moharram? Can she push Moharram a day back because of Durga Puja? Does she have the guts to do that? If in Mumbai there can be Ganesh possession and Moharram together the why can’t it be in Bengal. It means that she is doing communal politics,” he added.
