Upendra Bharti | HENB | Panaji | June 1, 2018:: Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Sanatan Sanstha (SS) will organise 7th All India Hindu Convention (Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Adhiveshan) from June 2 to 9 at ‘Shri Ramnath Temple’, Ponda, in South Goa.
Addressing a press conference in the city, National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Dr Charudatta Pingale said more than 650 representatives of more than 180 organisations Hindu organisations from 19 States of India and Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh would be attending the Convention. In the Convention, Action Plan and Programme would be finalised on the various problems such as protection of Hindus, protection of temples, protection of cows protection of culture, protection of history, stopping religious conversion, saving Hindu girls from Love jihad, rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus etc along with issues such as organisation of youth, unity of Saints and finally establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’ in Bharat within a time frame of 2023-2025.
Along with these issues, discussions would also be held on the protection of Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, he said.
”For last four years, BJP, the party with Hindutva ideology is in power in the Centre and most of the States. However, the Government has failed to take any firm stand on the issues concerning Hindus and pending for past many years such as a ban on cow slaughter, ban on religious conversions, building the Shriram Temple at Ayodhya etc. Therefore, the Convention will now decide on the direction and action for the devout Hindus and Hindu organisations that they should take the lead and ensure that the proclamation of the ‘Hindu Nation’ reaches the people by adopting constitutional means,” he said.
The Convention will be attended by many dignitaries including former Rajguru of Nepal and President of ‘Rashtriya Dharmasabha’ there Madhav Bhattarai; retired Sri Lankan officer in United Nations office, Maravanpulavu Sachithananthan; President of ‘Bangladesh Minority Watch’, Advocate Rabindra Ghosh; Swami Mukund Dasaji Maharaj from Madhya Pradesh; Paripurnanand Swami from Telangana; Swami Samvit Somagiri Maharaj from Rajasthan; Prof. Rameshwar Mishra, Director of ‘Dharmapala Shodhpeetha’; Advocate Harishankar Jain, President, ‘Hindu Front for Justice’; BJP MLA T Raja Singh from Telangana; Arjun Sampath, President of ‘Hindu Makkal Katchi’ (Hindu Janata Dal); National Secretary of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’, Advocate Sanjiv Punalekar and Upananda Brahmachari, Editor, ‘Hindu Existence Website’, among others, he added.
From sources it is known that the first three days of Hindu Adhiveshan (i.e. 2 – 4 June) are fixed for Advocates forum, next four days (5 – 8 June) are fixed to discuss upon various Hindu issues and the last day of the convention (i.e. 9th June) is fixed for Sadhna Shivir (Spiritual Camp).
Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Sanatan Sanstha (SS) are trying hard to unite the like minded Hindu organisations and Forums to establish a “Cultural, Constitutional and Sovereign Hindu Rashtra” in Bharat within 2025+, the sources said.
