Bangladeshi Muslim youth with fake Indian identity arrested from ISKCON temple in Vrindavan.

Racket unearthed that the Temple town Vrindavan has been made now as a hub of illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators who are taking shelters in Hindu temples including ISKCON. Many of such persons are Muslims and they may be connected with terrorist activities!

Rupesh Das | HENB | Vrindavan | Nov 26, 2018:: International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) is now checking their Sevak, Brahmachari and Saint order whether any fake Muslim Bangladeshi infiltrators have been able to enter in the society on the basis of fake documents and identity.

A Bangladeshi youth, who was living as a Krishna devotee at the  temple in Vrindavan was arrested by the local police on Thursday last on charges of illegally entering and staying in India. He has been found in possession of fake identity documents including Aadhaar, Passport and PAN Cards etc.

According to police, 35­ year ­old youth, identified as Falgun Vikas Vaidh alias Firhad Hakim Baidya, entered India in 2004 and came to Vrindavan in 2010. Earlier he had stayed at Mayapur and Ujjain. The suspect told the police that he had entered India after giving a bribe of Rs 500 to a middleman for crossing the border.

The suspect is a resident of ‘Char Bakalia’ adjacent to Chitgaon in Bangladesh and has been living in India with a fake name of Pavitra Das. His fake birth certificate from West Bengal has also been recovered from his possession.

Sub-­Inspector in Vrindavan police post, Vipin Gautam told the media that the police had been receiving information about a number of illegal Bangladeshis living in Vrindavan disguised as Krishna devotees. Many of them are Muslims.

The suspect has been booked under section 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating), 471 (using as genuine a forged) of IPC and section 14 of Foreigners Act 1946. The police are now investigating his links with other suspected Bangladeshis living in the district.

He confessed to buying fake identity documents to establish their nationalities as Indians, said police.

This is not the first time when Bangladeshi youths have been arrested from the temple town. Over 50 Bangladeshis, who had been staying in Vrindavan illegally have been arrested by the Mathura police in the recent past.

On October 8, Sixteen Bangladeshi were arrested with valid Aadhaar and voter cards, which they had procured by submitting fake documents to government offices in order to “legalise” their stay in India. On September 12, two Bangladeshi youths were arrested by the Local Intelligence Unit of UP police from ISKCON temple.

On July 1, Mathura police arrested thirteen illegal Bangladeshis, including five women and four children. They were too found in possession of valid Aadhar and voter cards. On April 12, 23 Bangladeshi were arrested without any valid passport and other relevant documents.

It is alarming that the racket unearthed that the Temple town Vridavan has been made now  as a hub of illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators who are taking shelters in Hindu temples including ISKCON. Many of such persons are Muslims!

Earlier, some Muslims were identified as fake Hindu saints in many Hindu pilgrimage in India who made their disguise to harm Hindu Dharma with a very disturbing design. Police suspects that such persons may be connected with Jihadi activities of a sleeper cell.
