Upendra Bharti | HENB | Kumbhnagri Prayagraj | Jan 27, 2019:: The hearing in the most awaited and sensational Ayodhya case has been deferred again for an unspecified date by the Supreme Court Registry.
News agency ANI reported on Sunday that the case will not be heard on January 29 due to the non-availability of one of the judges from the five-judge constitution bench.
“Ayodhya case won’t be taken up for hearing by the 5-judge constitution bench of Supreme Court on January 29 due to the non-availability of Justice SA Bobde, ” ANI reported.
This clearly indicates SC is working under pressure of Congressi perpetrators who have been urging to defer the case after the General Election to be held in the middle of this year. SC is creating another ‘Sabarimala Situation’ as the highest judiciary is neglecting the Ayodhya sentiment of 1 billion Hindus of the country in a very dangerous way. This third consecutive deferment of the Ayodhya hearing in the last couple of months is provoking the majority people not to follow court orders when they are not sincere or to find an importance to hear this case at an early date. In the changed situation, apex court and the hugest judiciary of the country need massive reforms and it must be answerable to the public and parliament.
Hearing of the socially and politically sensitive case of Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land title dispute in Ayodhya was adjourned earlier after Justice UU Lalit recused himself from the case on January 10.
Lalit had recused himself from the case after a senior advocate Rajeev Dhavan, appearing for a Muslim party had told the bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi that Justice Lalit had appeared for former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh in 1994.
The court had then directed its registry to go through all the records relating to the Ayodhya case which are available with it and submit a report by January 29 as to how much time it would require for translating the documents and the case material which are in Persian, Arabic, Urdu and Gurmukhi languages.
But, negligence of CJI and the judicial discrimination to the Hindus for giving adequate importance on Ayodhya issue have created unrest among the Hindus overall.
Yoga Guru Ramdev already opined, ‘Centre should take initiative for building Ram Mandir‘+.
Hearing this deferment of Ayodhya Case for an indefinite period the Seers, Sadhus and Devotees assemble in the Prayagraj Kumb Mela got infuriated and perhaps they are all going to take the decision of start Ram Temple on coming Ram Navmi through a resolution to bev taken in the VHP Dharma Sansad on 1 February setting aside the ant-Hindu and pro-congressi stand of the apex court so far exposed now clear and well. The united Hindu voice from Prayag Kumbh Mela clearly condemns the ‘Clear Judicial menace to humiliate Hindu sentiment for Ayodhya Ram Temple.
