Upendra Bharti | HENB | Lucknow | Nov 2, 2019:: In another forward operation, the Uttar Pradesh anti-terrorism squad (ATS) along with its Gujarat counterpart arrested a person from Kanpur for providing the pistol used in the murder of Hindu Samaj Party leader Kamlesh Tiwari.

The weapon provider in Kamlesh Tiwari murder case was identified as Yusuf Khan.

Former Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha leader Kamlesh Tiwari was shot dead at his residence in Lucknow on October 18.

“On October 18, the president of Hindu Samaj Party Kamlesh Tiwari was murdered by two persons. The prime accused in the case, Ashfaq, alias Moinuddin, and Fareed Pathan have been arrested and sent to jail. Yusuf Khan, who provided the pistol, which was used in the murder, has been arrested from Kanpur in a joint operation by the Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat ATS,” the Uttar Pradesh ATS said in a statement, adding that detailed interrogation was on.

Two mobile phones had also been recovered from the accused, the ATS said.

Four days after Tiwari was shot and hacked both to death, three Jihadi people were arrested from Samlaji Town in Gujarat-Rajasthan border in Kamlesh Tiwari murder case. The accused were identified as  Ashfakuddin Shaikh alias Mainuddin, Faizan Pathan and Maulana Mohsin Sheikh.

The shooters, however, have been identified as Farid-ud-din Pathan and Ashfakuddin Shaikh.

The accused during the interrogation have confessed their connection with  Kamlesh Tiwari murder. They had confessed all after an interrogation that they had planned Tiwari’s murder for his 2015 comments on Prophet Muhammad’s sexuality (polygamy, sodomy and pedophile) which they considered was ‘blasphemous’.

UP DGP, OP Singh said earlier, “A joint team of UP and Gujarat Police had detained 3 persons to interrogate them. Their names are Maulana Mohsin Sheikh, Faizan, & Khurshid Ahmed Pathan. Two other accused were also detained but released later, they had been under rigorous monitoring.”

The gruesome murder of the president of  Hindu Samaj Party at his home in Khurshed Bagh in Lucknow has created outrage with demands for swift justice and allegations of police inaction.

Kamlesh Tiwari was brutally murdered at his home at Khursheda Bagh in Lucknow on Friday afternoon on Oct 18.

As per a report of Hindi daily news paper ‘Amar Ujala’ based on SIT inputs, the Kamlesh Tiwari Murder case has its suspected link with some Muslim operators under an International Jihadi Gangster Dawood Ibrahim’s network spread in Surat in Gujarat, Nagpur in Maharashtra and Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh.

   The Hindu cultural identities like Ram, Krishna, durga and all other identities are being criticized by these Islamized Hindus from time to time. But the Hindu community has never got offended by those criticism. But these followers of the butcher cult get go much get offended by any criticism of that mohammad. That means, that butcher cult of Arabian tribals is too much vulnerable and weak. With slightest criticism, they fear that their tribal uncivilized cult be weakened. This is the reason why they revolt if others criticize that cult.
