Upendra Bharti | HENB | Gangasagar | January 15, 2019:: The Shankarcharya of Govardhan Math Puri, Swami Nischalananda Saraswati, on Monday, expressed his utter dissatisfaction over the recent Ayodhya Judgement and said that “if the land is gifted to Muslims in Ayodhya, it will encourage terrorism in the name of teaching, training and worshipping at the allotted space leading to formation of a piece of Pakistan.”
The Puri Shankarcharya, during his visit to the Gangasagar Mela, also said that if the land in Ayodhya is given to Muslims, the members of the community from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Arab countries will give donation to form a new Mecca in Ayodhya even if the minority community in India does not want to do it whatsoever.
“In the name of (Arabic) teaching, training and worship; (Jihadi) terrorism will be propagated from the mew mosqe at the given land. When the path has not been cleared for the construction of the Ram temple even, the way of throwing India into the pit of terrorism is ready,” opined Swami Nischalananda Saraswati.
“The forefathers of (Indian) Muslims were Hindus and they were converted to other religions by encouraging terrorism. Now, if the Muslims accept the offered land, it will be proved that they are supporters of the people who violated humanity and govern by encouraging terrorism (against their forefathers). It will further stain the history of Muslims,” Puri Shankaracharya added.
Lambasting against the Central government and the Supreme Court, for the Ayodhya judgement, the Shankaracharya said, “If the Indian government or the Supreme Court gifts the land to the Muslims, they will also prove to be supporters of those who governed this land by violating humanism and dividing humanity. Tomorrow anyone can claim rights on the land of Somnath Temple by the dint of the judgement has been given on Ayodhya and that will easily be used for Mathura and Kashi. It will mean that Uttar Pradesh, which is the land of the birth of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, will have three new Pakistans automatically.”
Criticizing the Ayodhya verdict of Supreme Court, the Shankarcharya of Puri asked, “After independence, several Muslims have been appointed on high ranks as presidents, chief minters and ministers in India. Will this generosity of Hindus be taken as their proof of weakness? Have the countries of Arab, Pakistan and Bangladesh shown such bigheartedness for the Hindus? In the name of peace, harmony, bigheartedness, secularism and unity etc.; land of Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura will be given to the Muslims. How this be called bigheartedness of the secular?
“Will Hindus not be let to live peacefully anywhere despite observing humanism and harmony? Even after the partition of India, Ayodhya and Mathura are being snatched away from us. What sort of justice in court of law is this?” Shakaracharya expressed his grave concern.
He further said, “I urge the members of the minority community, that whatever may be the judgement of the apex court or the government, they must not get their names stained and labelled as the followers of a terrorist like Babar. It is the responsibility of the Muslim community to declare before the world that, they cannot be supporters of any terrorist who has ruled by violating humanism.”
In a secondary support to the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the Shankarcharya said, “If any Hindu feels insecure in any Muslim, Christian or any other religion-ruled country, he or she should be sent to India, Nepal and Bhutan, by declaring these countries as Hindu nations. Also, if a Muslim living in a Muslim–ruled country desires to leave his country, he or she should be sent to some other Muslim country with all human rights facilitated to him or her.”
“Many things are due to happen, but first of all, India, Nepal and Bhutan will be declared as Hindu countries. Anyone living within limits of humanity will be allowed to continue to reside here. However, if any Hindu is insulted anywhere in the world, he will get shelter in India, Nepal and Bhutan,” Puri Shankaracharya exhorted before his disciples and present media persons.
During his Makar Sankranti visit in Gangasagar, Puri Shankaracharya performed Sagar Arati on Tuesday and Sahi Snan on Wednesday with his followers with spiritual and splendid grandeur.
Sankaracharya returned to Kolkata and halted in the city on Wednesday to proceed for his next programme at Jamalpur (Bihar) on Thrusday.
