Amit GabaUpendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | February 22. 2020:: Today some  BJP workers in Delhi complained at Rajouri Garden Police station against  AIMIM leader Waris Pathan’s controversial ‘anti-Hindu’ and ‘communal’ remarks made in an anti-CAA rally.

Addressing an anti-Citizenship Amendment Act rally at Gulbarga (Kalaburagi) in North Karnataka on February 15, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul- Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader reportedly alleged that 15 crore Muslims can prove to be heavy on the other 100 crore.

In that meeting Pathan also urged a Muslim Solidarity to snatch the Islamic Freedom as apprehended.

A local Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) leader Amit Gaba and his associates alleged in a written compliant to the police on Saturday that  Waris Pathan’s remarks hurt their religious sentiment and went detrimental to communal harmony in the society.

From a Retweet of Amit Gaba,  it is assumed that the complaint has been turned as an FIR for a legal action against Pathan under appropriate sections under IPC and Cr Pc.

On Friday, addressing a press conference at the Delhi BJP’s Central office, party spokesperson Sambit Patra said Pathan’s remarks shows the conspiracy going on in the name of protest against the CAA.

“I want to ask all the so-called liberals, who have been opposing CAA, why are they silent on his remarks,” Patra asked.

It also vindicates that ladies who are sitting in Shaheen Bagh are just being used as a shield to further the cause of hatred, Patra added.

On Thursday, another Youth leader of BJP, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga challenged AIMIM leader Waris Pathan for a one-on-one fight with a Sikh after the latter said that 15 crores Muslims can dominate 100 crore Hindus+.Bagga, who had unsuccessfully contested from Delhi’s Hari Nagar constituency, tagged Pathan in his tweet and told him to meet at the time and place of his choosing otherwise accept that he is impotent.

On this issue, Hindu interlocutor and Hindu Existence Website Editor, Upananda Brahmachari tweeted and also told HENB, “BJP’s Sambit Patra or Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga must leave the war of words and put forth some right action.”

Brahmachari also questioned why the BJP led Karnataka Govt did not take any action against Waris Pathan, immediate after his communal and subversive speech delivered in Gulbarga.

Any way, Bengaluru City police arrested Amulya Leona, a student of a city based private college and native of Koppa in Chikkamagalur, after she repeatedly shouted “Pakistan Zindabad” slogan at an anti-CAA protest in Freedom Park on Thursday (Feb 20), even the organizers prevented her do so.

The protest organisers and speakers including AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi have distanced themselves from Leona saying they were unaware of her intentions. Following the incident, the police produced Leona before the magistrate on Thursday night and she was remanded to 14 days of judicial custody. CM Yediyurappa said, the student activist Amulya had Naxal links; Cong, JD(S) also condemned the pro-Pak sloganeering.

On the controversy over his statement so far erupted, Pathan defended himself saying that whatever he said was within the ambit of the Indian Constitution. He further accused the media of twisting and misquoting his statement.

From other source, it is derived later that an FIR was also registered by Kalaburagi police against AIMIM leader Waris Pathan for his ‘15 kodod hai magar 100 ke upar bhari hai [15 crore (Muslims) can be heavy on 100 crore (Hindus)]’ remark made at an anti-CAA rally in Gulbarga (Kalaburagi) on February 15.

 

“Now, Owaisi-Pathan gang in an alliance with communist and other selective secular‘s hypocrite mindset is quite exposed.  With their ‘Chinke lenge Azadi’, ‘Jinnahwali Azadi’, ‘Pakistan Zindabad’, ‘La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah’, ’15 kodod hai magar 100 ke upar bhari hai’…. agenda; they want to Save India from CAA,  NRC and NPR as a hidden agenda to destroy Indian in many Shaheen Bagh in order to create many Mini Pakistan with their false allegiance to Indian Constitution,” Upananda Brahmachari told HENB.

Bhrahmachari also conveys his thanks to Times Now, Republic TV, India TV and NewsX who have finally come to the Nationalistic end to expose the anti-National and communal elements in Indian politics in the context of anti-CAA rallies at Shaheen Bagh and some other few places.
