Hindu Deaf & Dumb Dalit Woman Raped By One Muslim Perv Masudur Rahaman in WB’s Gazole in Lockdown.

J Choudhury | HENB | Malda | Sept 12, 2020:: Taking the adevantage of complete  lock-down  loneliness on Friday, a Muslim sex maniac named Masudur Rahaman  (35 yrs) raped a young Hindu woman named Sushila Halder (name changed) while she went to nearby filed for cutting grass to fed her cattle.

Sushila is a 22 yrs old housewife belong to Malo community (Scheduled caste in WB) and also an almost deaf and dumb woman.

The rape was done in a bestiality while Sushila went around 10 am to nearby filed at Paharbhita from her house at Jorgachi village under Gazole PS in Malda District.

Masudur knew that Sushila used to come in the field for cutting grass for her cattle and he was waiting for her in the lonely filed behind a bush. As  a complete lock-down was declared on Sept 11 in West Bengal, Masudur took the advantage of loneliness of the field and he knew that the victim would not be able to rise an alarm even by shouting and crying loudly as she was almost deaf and dumb.

Masudur grabbed Sushila from behind and raped repeatedly. Sushila tried to resist Masudur but failed to check the rape. When Masudur tried to strangulate Sushila after rape and even tried to push her face into muddy water and slurry in the filed, Sushila managed to escape anyway from the scene.

Acquiring some courage anyway, a profusely bleeding Sushila reached the house of Masudur and narrated (through body language) her ordeal to Masudur’s wife Sohagi Khatun. But, Sohagi washed the mud in the body and specially the lower part of Sushila for removing the semen of Masudur, if traced there anyway. Taking the side of her rapist husband, Sohagi thrashed again Sushila on spot and handed over the victim lady to her parental house.

Sushila broke down to her father and hearing all these the Hindu neighbours of Sushila thronged by this time to lodge a heavy protest to Gazole Police station unitedly.

Seeing the large scale Hindu protests, the Gazole and Malda Police took the cognizance of the complaint of Victim’s father, Subal Halder  and arrested Sohagi (wife of the rapist for trying to destroy the rape evidences) and arrested Masudur  in the evening.

Police sources confirmed the medical test of Sushila and promised to the protesters to file charge sheet against the culprits within limited period including custodial trial.

Public vehemently condemned this Islamic rape in the Lock-down in WB but praised for prompt police action.

গাজোলে ঘাস কাটতে যাওয়া মুখ বধির দলিত গৃহবধূকে লকডাউন এ ধর্ষণ মাসিদুর রহমান এর। হিন্দু বিক্ষোভের মুখে পুলিশি তৎপরতায় গ্রেপ্তার মাসিদুর ও তার স্ত্রী সোহাগী।

গতকাল জোড়গাছী গ্রাম (মদনাহার পাড়া), গাজোল থানা, জেলা মালদা, রাজ্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এক দলিত (মালো হালদার সম্প্রদায়ভুক্ত) ২২ বর্ষীয়া বিবাহিতা গৃহ-বধূ ,যে প্রায় বোবা-কালা (কথা বলতে প্রায় অসমর্থ) কে লকডাউনের নির্জনতার সুযোগ নিয়ে বলপূর্বক ধর্ষণ করে মাসিদুর রহমান (৩৫বর্ষীয়) নামে এক মুসলিম দুর্বৃত্ত |

পুরো ঘটনাটি হোলো,গতকাল ১১|০৯|২০২০ আনুমানিক সকাল ১০ টা নাগাদ সুশীলা হালদার (নাম পরিবর্তিত) তার বাড়ির পাশেই অবস্থিত পাহাড়িভিটা মাঠে নিত্যদিনের মত ঘাস কাটতে যায় | সেই মাঠেই ঘাপটি মেরে বসেছিল মাসিদূর রহমান |

লকডাউন,নির্জনতা এবং মেয়েটির শারীরিক অসমর্থতা, কথা বলা বা চিৎকার করার অসুবিধার সুযোগ নিয়ে বলপূর্বক ধর্ষন করে মাসিদুর রহামান | অতপর ধর্ষনের পর মেয়েটিকে গলা টিপে মেরে ফেলার চেষ্টা করে | তাতে সক্ষম না হতে পেরে ধানের জমিতে জল-কাদায় মেয়েটির নাকমুখ চেপে ধরে,যাতে শ্বাসরোধ হয়ে মেয়েটি মারা যায় | কিন্তু পূর্ব হতেই মেয়েটি আপ্রান চেষ্টা করে দুর্বৃত্ত মাসিদূর রহমানের হাত থেকে বাঁচার | ধর্ষণ হওয়া থেকে নিজেকে বাঁচাতে না পারলেও নিজের প্রাণ কোনক্রমে বাঁচাতে সক্ষম হয় সুশীলা |

তৎক্ষনাৎ কাদা-মাটি লাগানো অবস্থাতেই মেয়েটি দুর্বৃত্ত মাসিদূর রহামানের বাড়িতে যায় প্রতিকারের আশায় | কিন্তু মাসিদূর রহমানের স্ত্রী সোহাগী খাতুন (৩০ বর্ষীয়া) সমস্ত বিবরণ শোনার পর প্রমান লোপাটের মানসে সুশীলা হালদারের নিম্নাঙ্গে জল ঢেলে দেয় এবং মেয়েটিকে পুরো স্নান করিয়ে দেয় যাতে কাদামাটি ও মাসিদূর রহামানের বীর্য সুশীলা হালদারের শরীরে না লেগে থাকে | অতপর সোহাগী খাতুন সুশীলা হালদারকে মারধর করে একই গ্রামে অবস্থিত শীলা হালদারের বাবা সুবল হালদারের বাড়িতে দিয়ে আসে |

মেয়ে বাড়ি পৌছে পুরো ঘটনা তার ভাষা ও ভঙ্গিমায় বাড়ির মানুষকে বলে | তৎপর গ্রামের মানুষ শোনে | প্রতিকারের আশায় এবং আসামীকে ধরার মানসে সমগ্র হিন্দু গ্রামবাসী ধর্ষক মাসিদূর রহামানের বাড়ি ধাওয়া করে | গাজোল পুলিশ ও মালদা জেলা পুলিশ পুরো ঘটনা কোনক্রমে জানতে পেরে দ্রুত ঘটনাস্থলে ছুটে আসে | মাসিদূর রহমানের স্ত্রীকে তৎক্ষনাৎ গ্রেপ্তার করে এবং সন্ধ্যার পূর্বেই মূল অভিযুক্ত মাসিদূরকেও গ্রেপ্তার করে |

সুশীলা হালদারের মেডিক্যাল গতকালকেই করানো হয়েছে | নির্যাতিতা ও ধর্ষিতা সুশীলার বাবা মূল অভিযোগকারী হিসেবে ধর্ষক মাসিদূর রহমান ও ধর্ষকের স্ত্রী সোহাগী খাতুনের বিরুদ্ধে থানায় অভিযোগ করেছেন | পুলিশ ঘটনার গুরুত্ব, স্থানীয় উত্তেজক পরিস্থিতি, হিন্দু জনমানসে ব্যাপক ক্ষোভ প্রভৃতি কে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে যাতে ধর্ষক ও ধর্ষকের স্ত্রীর কাস্টোডিয়াল ট্রায়াল হয় তার জন্য দ্রুত চার্জশীট আদালতে দাখিল করবে বলে কথা দিয়েছে |
