Enough is enough… Such extra-ordinary judges  sitting in the Supreme Court must stop their pseudo-secular experiments.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Haridwar | Sept 23, 2022:: It is difficult to assess how the rogue mentality has infiltrated into the judicial system of India only to satiate its secular perversion at the cost of destroying national culture and heritage of India in the name of upholding the dullness of diversity and demeaning the Hindu identity of this holy land.

When the whole world is seeing that the women in Iran burn headscarves publicly in anti-hijab protests after moral police there took away life of 22 yr old Masha Amini for not doing hijab properly, the Indian Supreme court wants to use Hijab to promote diversity in a very ridiculous way. It is also difficult to apprehend  whether the bench of justices Hemant Gupta and Sudhanshu Dhulia will ask non muslim girls to wear Hijab and consume beef stake to show cultural sensitivity in their way of radical jurisprudence coming soon.

On Wednesday, justices Hemant Gupta and Sudhanshu Dhulia Supreme Court observed in the continued hearing the Karnataka hijab ban cases that “allowing girl students to wear hijab to educational institutions may also be viewed as an opportunity for children at an impressionable age to learn about diversity that India is all about…”

The bench observed further, “while uniformity in dress code could be the prime argument of the Karnataka government , it cannot be ignored that allowing diversity in a classroom can make children culturally sensitive”.

“One can also say, this is an opportunity of being exposed to diversity. We have students from all cultures, religions…look at diversity of the country, be culturally sensitive towards them,” remarked the bench.

What a radical judgment is about to come by these judges Gupta and Dhulia turning down all the uniform formulations-norms-justifications maintained in most of the schools and colleges worldwide.

One critique in the social media commented that these judges should come to their court rooms wearing Loongi and Faze-Topi instead of wearing their black gown and formal robes to promote their highly discussed ‘cultural diversity’.

Such experiments of pseudo-secularism in the sphere of adjudication will obviously promote the Jihad prosperity in the system of Indian judiciary.

Such erroneous step to induce Hijab in the schoolrooms by the judiciary will help a chaos further for pressing other religious symbols and dresses as a mess in the education campuses and it should be allowed anyway.

Some Judges in the Supreme Court at the verge of retirement are trying to earn some limelight anyway. They don’t feel the danger of promoting jihad in any form. Such extra-ordinary judges sitting in the Supreme Court must stop their pseudo-secular experiments to ruin the real theme of ‘unity in diversity’ in Indian context.
