Assam: 3 Swedish being deported to Stockholm for visa violation in converting Hindu people.

Three Swedish national  apprehended for Converting Hindus in Christianity in Assam. Being deported to Stockholm after  paying fine of USD 500 each.

Three Swedish PrachersJyoti Barua | HENB | Guwahati | Oct 27, 2022:: In Assam three Swedish national viz. Hannah Mikaela Bloom, Marcus Arne Henrik Bloom, Susanna Elisabeth Hakanason were arrested at Naharkatia by Dibrugarh Police for violating visa norms by indulging in Christian conversions. The Swedish people came to India under tourist visa but they were preaching Christian religion among the Hindus as reported by a Legal Activism Group named, ‘Legal Rights Observatory’.

As soon as the perpetration was apprehended, the matter was reported to Dibruagarh Police and drawn into the notice of Assam CM Himanta Biswa, strict action was regulated to stop the conversion poly immediately.

One foreign national cannot participate into political activities or religious activities coming India with a tourist visa. But, many missionaries networks in India intentionally break the regulations involving foreign tourists in individual or mass conversion to Christianity.

It is  divulged that Assam CM  have sensitized the Police to stop such illegal activities to convert tribal and Hindu people by foreign national with tourist visa. He ordered the police to see ‘Visa violation connected to Conversion Rackets’ in strict measures.

As per latest inputs, it is known that the three accused  Swedish ‘Merchants of Religion’ Marcus, Hanna and  Susanna are being deported after paying fine of USD 500 each for Visa violation to Stockholm by Qatar Airways.

Assam Police  have also started procedure with Home Ministry of India through proper channel to ban their future entry of these three accused in this country.
..
The Central Govt must take strict measures to stop such illegal activities by foreign nationals coming to India with tourist visa but taking part in Political activism, Religious preaching/conversion and other things contradictory to the law of the land.
