Notice to Lord Hanuman by Indian Railways in Morena to remove encroachments within 7 days.

Railway issued notice to Bajrangbali for a matter of land encroachment in Gwalior Sabalgarh Sheopur Broadgauge line expansion. 

More than two hundred Mazars are sitting at the railway stations with platform tickets and another three hundred Mazars and Namaj Ghars are existing in Railway lands, but notice has been issued only to Bajrangbali….

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Morena | Feb 9, 2023:: A notice has been given to Lord Bajrangbali by the Railway Department (North Central Railway Zone) in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. According to the notice, Shri Bajrangbali ji has made illegal encroachment by building a house on the land of the Railway Department, so the direction is issued to remove the temple- house within seven days. Otherwise the Railways authority will take coercive action with recovering the expenses whatsoever. At present, this strange notice of the Railways is being discussed everywhere in social media.

The surprising thing is that in this notice, Railways has also asked to remove the encroachment within seven days, calling Bajrangbali itself as an offender of encroachment. Along with this, it has also been warned that if the encroachment is not removed, the Railways will take coercive action and the expenses of JCB etc. will be recovered from Bajrangbali.

The matter alarming in that sense, more than hundred Mazars are sitting at the railway stations with platform tickets and another two hundred Mazars and Namaj Ghars (mosques) are existing in Railway lands, but notice has been issued to Bajrangbali only.

Presently the work of Gwalior-Sheopur broad gauge line is going on and a temple of Lord Hanuman is coming in the middle of the line in Sabalgarh tehsil of Morena district in Madhya Pradesh, a state run by BJP. It is being told that this temple is on the railway land, so the railway department has issued this strange notice to Lord Hanuman himself. In this notice, describing Lord Hanuman as a person to make encroachment on railway land by building a house.

This railway notice has been issued on behalf of Jaura Alapur, Senior Section Engineer of Jhansi Railway Division, in the name of Bajrang Bali located in Sabalgarh on 8th February. To get more details of the notice, Manoj Mathur, Public Relations Officer of Jhansi Railway Division was contacted. He said that this was a normal process to remove encroachment from railway land. When he was asked why the notice was given only to Hanuman ji, he said to give more information after talking to the officials.

It is to mention that both the ruling party in Madhya Pradesh and the authority of Railway Board concerned are under the control of Bharatiya Janata Party.
