Hindu lawyers demand worship rights in Tajmahal as a Hindu Temple.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 27, 2015

Islamic bullying on Hindu Temples challenged. Actually, it was captured by Shah Jahan to make a tomb….

Hindu lawyers are going to Allahabad High Court for filing a PIL on the rights of Hindu prayer at Tajmahal as an ancient Shiva Temple, ‘Tejo Mahalaya’.

Tajmahal - Shiva TempleUpananda Brahmachari | HENB | AGRA | March 27, 2015:: Six lawyers in Agra, headed by veteran lawyer and Hindu ideologue Sri Hari Shankar  Jain  moved the Civil Court in Agra with the prayer to declare Taj Mahal a Shiva temple. The lawyers have made Lord Agreshwar Mahadev a party in their suit to claim the ownership of Taj Mahal. Sri Jain was also an advocate for the Hindu parties in Ayodhya Ramajanmabhoomi case also.

Lawyer Jain and his advocate friends had sought court’s direction to allow Hindus to start worship in Taj Mahal which they claimed is actually a Shiva temple. It also sought the removal of all the graves from the premise of Taj Mahal including the demand of worship of Lord Shiva by the Hindus in the designated seat of Shiva Khestra (place of Shiva). The suit demanded that the monument’s ownership be transferred to Hindus and Muslims be restrained from offering prayers there.

The suit claimed ownership for the building complex along with a building (claimed to be a masjid) towards the west and a replica building in the east, along with the garden, western, eastern and southern gates situated within a boundary wall over Khasra No. 12  measuring 77 bighas and four biswas.

The suit claimed the entire temple was the seat of Lord Agreshwar Mahadev Naagnatheshwar since time immemorial, and that the property belonged to the deity. It said: “The property in suit is not a burial ground and has never been so in the past. There exists no real grave in the entire suit property. The use of the suit property for purposes other than Hindu ‘pooja’ and worship of the deity is unlawful and has become unconstitutional since the enforcement of the Constitution. The deity is a perpetual minor under Hindu law. The property once vested in the deity continues to be the deity’s property and even the King could not have taken or transferred the possession of HIS property.”

But, the designated Court has dismissed the lawsuit claiming that Taj Mahal was a Hindu temple and its ownership should be transferred to the Hindu community. Lawyer for the plaintiffs Rajesh Kulshreshtra said that the court refused to entertain the petition and dismissed it on Thursday.

Now, petitioners of the case are going to Allahabad High Court for Justice. “We will now approach the Allahabad High Court and we are confident our PIL will be admitted on merit there,” Kulshreshtra said. The case is now tagged with a revelation of Hindu History of Tajmahal, believed as a Shiva Temple ‘Tejomahalaya’ a school of Historians and the restoration of Hindu Rights on Tajmahal.

The legend Indologist, History Revisionist and Hindu Philosopher, Shri  Purushottam Nagesh Oak presented the truth of Hindu History of Tajmahal, claiming it as a Shiva Temple with its original name – Tejo Mahalaya in his famous book, ‘The Tajmahal- A Temple Place‘.

In this book P N Oak claims that the Taj Mahal was originally a Shiva temple and a Rajput palace named Tejo Mahalaya seized by Shah Jahan and adopted as a tomb. He says that Mahal is a word to describe a royal palace and not a tomb and after seizure by Shah Jahan, the name was changed to Taj Mahal.

The Tajmahal, Oak says, is a “typical illustration of how all historic buildings and townships from Kashmir to Cape Comorin though of Hindu origin have been ascribed to this or that Muslim ruler or courtier”. He goes on to propose Hindu origins for the tombs of Humayun, Akbar and Itmiad-u-Dallah and “all historic buildings” in India as well as the Vatican, the Kaaba and Stonehenge.

The other reputed researcher and Vedic scholar on this topic Shri  Stephen Knapp annotated the matter with high definition and scholastic deliberations in many places. In the compilation, “Taj Mahal: Was it a Vedic Temple? The Photographic Evidences”. Knapp pointed out, “Taj Mahal, which is considered one of the great wonders of the world, was built as the preeminent expression of a man’s love for a wife. That it was built by emperor Shah Jahan in commemoration of his wife Mumtaz. However, is this a true story? So, in our continuous effort to get to the truth, we have acquired some very important documents and information. Regardless of what anyone thinks, there is some thoughtful information that indicates that the Taj Mahal was never built by Shah Jahan. Some say the Taj Mahal pre-dates Shah Jahan by several centuries and was originally built as a Hindu or Vedic temple/palace complex, and that Shah Jahan merely acquired it from its previous owner, the Hindu King Jai Singh. This is not unlike the many other buildings that were acquired by the Muslim invaders to be used for their own purposes. The point to consider is how much more of India’s history has been distorted if the background of such a grand building is so inaccurate.”

However, the matter has been created a stir in the secular arena of politics under a growing pressure of the saffron counterpart from all sides of Hindu exploration.

Hindu Groups of USA to Hold “Grand Rally” in demand of Diwali holiday in NYC public schools.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 26, 2015

Multiple Hindu Groups of NYC to Hold “Grand Rally” in demand of Hindu Holiday Diwali in public schools.

11081184_10206525593604537_2110288710503265038_nHENB | New York | April 25, 20015:: In demand for Hindu Holidays in New York City schools, multiple Hindu groups in NYC will hold a ‘Grand Rally’ in front of City Hall, i.e. in front of NYC  Mayor’s Office on Friday, 10th April 2015 at 12 noon.

Hindu community leaders in the US have been expressing their disappointment over a decision by the city administration here of excluding Diwali from its list of school holidays. New York City mayor Bill de Blasio on March 4,  announced that the city is adding the Muslim holy days of Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha as holidays in its public school calendar as “respect for one of the great faiths of this earth” and as an “acknowledgment that in a strong society all faiths needed to be respected”.

The announcement was made New York City the largest school district in the nation to take this action. The mayor, however, excluded Diwali from the public school holiday calendar, despite growing calls by the Hindu community to observe the festival given that hundreds of thousands of Indians living in the area celebrate it. Leaders at the advocacy organisation Hindu American Foundation (HAF) expressed deep disappointment with de Blasio’s decision to exclude Diwali from the 2015-16 public school calendars.

Now, the aggrieved Hindu community group leaders have arrived at a decision to make protest over the issue of excluding Hindu Diwali from list of school holidays in NYC. Mainly Bangladeshi Hindu groups living in NYC, have taken the initiatives to hold the rally with all other active Hindu groups in NYC.

In a press communication, Sri Sitangshu Guha, a key person of the present event conveyed HENB that, “NYC schools are closed that day (the Grand Rally day on 10th April 2015)  and we are expecting a huge gathering in front of the city hall, as it is the legitimate demand of the Hindus of this great diversified city. Organizers are trying to contact everybody, including Indians, Nepalese, Guyanese and all others to support and join the rally. It is also informed that, all organizations can join with their banner etc. “

Earlier, HAF’s NYC-based Senior Director Sheetal Shah communicated to the press, “While the addition of two Muslim holidays is commendable, the Mayor’s decision to exclude Diwali, a festival that is celebrated by thousands of Hindu, Jain, and Sikhs in NYC is beyond disappointing.”

Last year, HAF had joined hands with a broad-based Diwali Coalition of almost 40 organisations and NYC temples that had urged the Mayor to include Diwali alongside two proposed Muslim holidays and the Lunar New Year. Hindu organizations belong to the Diwali Coalition created a petition last year urging Mayor Bill de Blasio to recognize Diwali as an official school holiday. So far, the petition has nearly 2,000 signatures.

Press ReleaseA four members delegation of the Hindu community met New York Department of Education representatives last year about the issue. They were told Hindu students can request the day off as an optional holiday under the city’s religious accommodation guidelines. Students would not be marked as absent but they would still miss classes. But, such optional provision could not satisfy the petitioner anyway.

Outside of New York City, a handful of school districts with large Hindu populations have officially recognized Diwali. In February, the Glen Rock district in Bergen County, New Jersey, voted to have the major Hindu holiday on its school calendar. In South Brunswick, New Jersey, the holiday has been on the school calendar since 2011. The Passaic School District, also in New Jersey, added Diwali to its calendar in 2005. Similar appeals have been made in some California school districts with growing Hindu populations.

But, present City Mayor of NYC, Mr. Bill de Blasio is believed to be close to a fundamental Muslim organisation CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) which is in the backdrop of sanctioning  two additional Muslim holidays for sealing the Hindu holiday of Diwali in a very derogatory and manipulating measure.  This somehow amounts an Islamisation of NYC in a very peevish way.

Upananda Brahmachari, Chairperson of Hindu Existence Forum condemned the mannerism of NYC Mayor for favoring the Muslim citizens by depriving the Hindus of NYC in the present context. ‘This is a clear violation Hindu Religious Rights of Hindus in USA and deprivation too’, said Brahmachari.

Hindu Existence Forum appeals the NYC Mayor to reconsider his vested decision and include Diwali in the holiday list of NYC schools.

VHP will campaign to fight untouchability to make One United Hindu Society.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 22, 2015

VHP starts new campaign to end evils of caste bias, untouchability, discrimination to form Resurgent Hindu Society based on Social Equality.

Dr P TUpananda Brahmachari | HENB | New Delhi | March 22, 2015:: After its glaring “ghar wapsi” campaign, seen by many as a strategy for Hindu consolidation, came under criticism of the secular media and politicos, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) lunches it new agenda to propagate its views on ‘Samarasata‘ (social equality). Retrieving a resolution passed during the 1969 “Udupi conclave” of saints, which said “Hindava  sahodaraha sarve (All Hindus are brothers), Na Hindu Patito Bhavet (no Hindu untouchables)/ Mama Diksha Hindu Raksha (to rescue Hindus is initiation), Mama Mantra Samanata (equality is our hymns)”, senior VHP leader Dr Pravin Togadia on Saturday said the organisation will propagate a nationwide campaign in 6 lakh villages against “untouchability”. The Sangh Parivar is of the view that the ostracism of people belonging to the so-called “lower caste” is one of the main reasons for religious conversion, contrary to its philanthropic ideology. The Parivar’s “ghar wapsi” campaign is aimed at bringing back to Hinduism those who converted to faiths in Christianity and Islam.

Now,  Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) said it was asking Hindu families to reach out to all castes, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, forest and hill people, as part of its ‘Hindu Mitra Parivar’ programme.  Measures would include “making friends with families of other castes, sharing happy and sad moments, visiting each other’s houses, sharing meals, helping them in educational, medical. legal and entrepreneurial help, encouraging the young to take healthy family photos, selfies and sharing them via WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media”.

“The VHP will ensure people from all castes get to drink the same water wherever there is a common water source, that no Hindu is barred from entering any temple, that there is a single crematorium for all Hindus, irrespective of caste,” Dr Togadia said.

Asked whether this campaign was to stop the conversion of Hindus to other religions, Togadia said: “Even if there was no conversion in the country…and if untouchability was still there, we would have still worked to eradicate it.”

Asking him about the report card of the present Modi Govt, Dr Togadia, who reportedly doesn’t share a good rapport with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, replied he has been “too busy” with his work to assess the performance of the BJP government at the Centre. On the issue of beef ban in some states, he said in the name of personal freedom, one cannot disrespect the tradition and culture of the country or else there could be reactions. Dr Togadia also reminded that 25 states of India has their own legal provision to prohibit cow slaughter in their states. It is now the time for the Central Govt. to enforce a central law to ban both Cow slaughter and beef with all strictures.

On the recent developments in J&K after forming a BJP-PDP Govt there,  Mr Togadia said: “Massarat Aalam has been released. Terror attacks are rising. The nation is watching… The Jammu and Kashmir chief minister, with his actions, has compromised national interest.” He, however, declined to comment on the BJP’s decision to ally with the PDP but insisted that “national interest and national security should not be compromised anyway”.

The Hindutva firebrand leader, Dr Togadia  also batted for the abrogation of Article 370, a long-time demand of the BJP, saying that the VHP remains committed to it and will struggle for a terror free and prosperous India by making a Hindu Rashtra in India.

Dr Togadia has been banned thrice in recent to attend his public programme in connection with Golden Jubilee Celebration of VHP in Bengaluru (Karnataka), Kandhmal (Odisha) and Udupi (Karnataka).

BJP’s soft Hindutva at the Centre attacked by SS and VHP leaders.

HENB | New Delhi | March 16, 2015:: A senior leader of Shiv Sena, a constituent of the BJP-led NDA at the Centre, today accused the Narendra Modi government of “compromising” on Hindutva issues and termed BJP’s coalition with PDP in Kashmir as “treason”, while a VHP leader, a vital component of Sangha Parivar, criticized PM Modi for his reluctance over Hindutva issues.

Shri Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena MP, spokesman of party and the Editor of Party mouthpiece Saamana, said the only solution to the Kashmir problem was to abrogate Article 370 that has been a “noose” around the country’s neck since its inception.

He was speaking at a seminar on “Kashmir: Problem and Solution” organised by a forum ‘We the Citizens’ here at Constitution Club on Monday, 16th March.

“The responsibility to find the solution to the Kashmir problem lies not with the Parliament or the Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir. It is is with us and it requires courage.  Abrogate article 370 that has been a noose around the country’s neck for the last 60 years,” he said.

“Abrogating Article 370 won’t lead to snapping ties with India. If any political leader makes any such comment then he has no right to continue in his post,” he said.

Accusing the Modi government of going soft on Hindutva, he said having a Congress government at the Centre was a better proposition.

“During the polls you spoke of Ram Mandir, Article 370, finishing Pakistan off, Uniform Civil Code but what happened after the polls? The first compromise is always with hindutva to run government.

“Even having Congress was better it seems. At least they used to fear when we used to stare at them,” Raut said.

On the land acquisition bill, Raut said if the bill was being pushed by the government for development, then it should implement it in Kashmir first.

“Let Ambanis, Adanis and the Tatas to go there. Why take our land only? Is that because we won’t raise our hands and they have guns? Go buy a piece of land there if you want to show courage,” he said.

Raut said BJP had even distanced itself from the Babri Masjid demolition accusing “Shiv Sainiks” for the act. “At that time Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray had said I am proud of the Shiv Sainiks if they did so.”

Raking up the ‘ghar vapsi’ (home coming) issue he said, “Start ghar vapsi in the Kashmir valley with the thousands of Kashmiri Pandits first.”

Veteran VHP leader Acharya Dharmendra, who also spoke, mocked Modi for “shying away” from uttering the word “Hindu” even once after coming to power.

“You keep on talking about Gandhi so much so that even Congress worker would not take his name so many times,” he said.

He also made a strong attack on Gandhi and Muslims, blaming them for the Kashmir issue.

HinduwadisHe dared Modi to erect the statue of Vallabhbhai Patel at Srinagar’s Lal Chowk instead of building it in Gujarat.  Taking on both Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat he said, “They seem to have forgotten that Hindustan is 100 per cent for Hindus.”

“I don’t believe with their definition of a Hindu when they say that whoever has taken birth in this country is a Hindu…For us only those are Hindus who believe that they are the children of bharatmata,” he said.

Prof. Bhim Singh, the President of Panthers Party and and expert on Kashmir issues said, “since a political section in the country and a particular leadership has been exploiting the people in favour of Article 370 whereas another section, political hawks, just for electoral gains have been blackmailing the provisions in Article 370. The need and necessity of the hour is to amend this Article as the Parliament is sovereign body in this regard and enjoys sovereign power to amend any provision of the Constitution”.

“I would like to draw the attention of the so-called defenders of Article 370 in the present form about the validity of the provisions of this Article after the Monarchy was abolished? I strongly feel that in the opinion of international jurisprudence and law the provisions of Article 370, a temporary one, became infructuous after the termination (Maharaja Hari Singh) Monarchy”, Prof Singh added.

RSS Highest Policy making body ABPS concludes its 3 days meet in Nagpur passing several Hindutva Resolutions.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 16, 2015

RSS 3-days ABPS meet concludes at Nagpur passing resolutions on elementary education in mother language, International Yoga Day, special care on migrated Hindus, Ram Temple and Cow protection.

rssHENB | Nagpur | 15 March 2015:: Akhil Bharatiya Pritinidhi Sabha (ABPS), the highest policy formulating body of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS), on Sunday made a strong issue for elementary education to be in mother language or in state languages recognized in the Constitution. This is necessary for natural learning and to enrich cultural moorings, as ABPS opines.

The three days (13- 15 March) conclave of ABPS concludes today after passing resolutions on elementary education in mother language, International Yoga Day, special care on migrated Hindus and Cow protection.

ABPS also announced its RSS National Office bearers for 2015-2016 season with few changes including electing Shri Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi as Sarakaryavah (General Secretary) for the next three years.

RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat inaugurated RSS 3-day annual meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS), highest body for policy formulation and decision making of Rashtreeya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at its HQ at Reshimbagh of Nagpur on Friday morning.

More than 1400 Social workers of different walks of life from nook and corners of the country will be participating in the meeting.

RSS Sarakaryavah Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi presented the annual report (Prativedan)- 2015 in the very beginning of the conclave on Friday morning.

In this report the present organisation status has been presented with an increasing graph.

Present Status of Sangha Work:-

We had started working on an expansion plan according to the deliberations made in the Akhil Bharteeya Pratinidhi Sabha held at Nagpur in 2012. After three years of continuous efforts satisfactory results have come forward. In comparison to 2012 there has been an increase of 5161 Sthan (place) and 10413 Shakhas (unit). In the same way there has been an increase in the number of Saptahik Milan and Sangh Mandali. According to the report compiled at present there are 51330 Shakhas at 33222 Sthan. 12847 Saptahik Milan and 9008 Sangh Mandali. The number of Shakhas of young students is 6077. We have reached to a total of 55010 Sthan.

DSC_0172 (1)In the sangh shiksha varga conducted last year after March, in the Pratham Varsha Samanya and Vishesh, 15332 Swayamsevaks from 9609 Sthan participated in 59 Varga. For the Dwitiya Varsha Samanya and Vishesh Varga 3531 Swayamsevaks from 2902 Sthan participated in 16 Varga.  In the Tritiya Varsha 709 Swayamsevaks participated from 657 Sthan. In this period in the Prathmik Varga of various Prants there was a good number of representations of trainees from the villages too. In all there were 80409 trainees from 23812 Shakhas,”, the report says.

ABPS passed two resolutions respectively as uploaded in its one affiliate website Samvada.org.

RSS ABPS Resolution-1; RSS welcomes the International Yoga Day.

This resolution refers, “The proclamation by the 69th General Assembly of United Nations to observe June 21st of every year as the International Yoga Day gives countless cheers and immense pride to all the Bharatiyas, people of Bhartiya origin and millions of Yoga practitioners across the globe. It becomes all the more delighting that the proposal for an International Yoga Day moved by the Honourable Prime Minister of Bharat in his UNGA speech on 27thSeptember 2014 received an unprecedented response. Nepal supported it immediately and 175 member states co-sponsored the resolution which was adopted within a short span of less than three months on 11thDecember 2014, by consensus without vote.

The ABPS urges the union and state governments to carry forward this initiative by introducing Yoga as a part of curriculum in education, supporting research in Yoga and make all possible efforts for promoting Yoga in social life.

The Pratinidhi Sabha appeals to all the countrymen including swayamsevaks, people of Bharatiya origin and Yoga followers to endeavor earnestly for spreading Yoga to make the globe happy, healthy and sustainable.”

RSS ABPS passes Resolution-2 : ‘Elementary Education in Mother Language’.

The second resolution renders, “Language is not only the medium of communication but it is also a carrier of culture and value system. Bharat is a multilingual country. All the Bharatiya languages equally reflect national and cultural pride of our country. Although it is a merit to be multilingual but it is scientifically expedient to impart education in mother language for developing the personality. A student educated in mother language can easily grasp other languages as well. A person having elementary education in a foreign language, gets alienated from his surroundings, traditions, culture and values of life, at the same time one also loses his identity, remaining ignorant of ancient knowledge, science and literature.”

RSS MarchThe other Hindutva issues of  importance come in a communicative paper of resolution which include, care on migrated Hindus, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple issue, Indian culture-tradition-thoughts-and-essential-life-style-of-Indians, Goraksha etc. The view of RSS  on these issues was communicated through a press conference on Sunday.

“There is only country India for Hindus all over the world. If helpless Hindus are coming to India, Government should help and give all facilities to them including security”, Shri Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi clarified to the press.

Addressing on Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi Temple issue, Bhaiyyaji pointed out that, Ram Mandir should be built at the earliest. But, the matter is under jurisdiction of Supreme Court and the result is yet to come. Therefore, there is no point in taking any movement in this connection immediately. We have to honor judiciary.

On the “Goraksha” issue Bhaiyyaji said, RSS stand is clear and we are firm on our stand. There should be security for Gowansh. Government should make strict law and it should be implemented strictly. Whatever may be the government, we can’t change our view in this regard, Bhaiyyaji Joshi added.

After Maharashtra, Haryana imposes complete ban on beef.

Following Maharashtra, beef sale banned in Haryana

Vande Gomataram

WHITE AND GREEN REVOLUTION IN HARYANA.

HENB | Chandigarh | March 14, 2015:: India is pioneering against Halal slaughter and beef while the other countries like UK, US and Australia fail to do so. After Maharashtra, beef sale banned in Indian state Haryana. The BJP is no power in Haryana with absolute majority in its assembly body.

The Haryana government will impose a complete ban on the sale of beef in any form in the state, a minister said on Saturday.

“The ban covers canned beef also, which was legal during the tenure of previous (Congress) state government. The state government is engaged in framing a stringent law to clamp a complete ban on cow slaughter that will be presented in the (ongoing) budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha,” agriculture and animal husbandry minister OP Dhankar said.

The BJP government in Haryana, headed by chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar, has a majority in the assembly and the proposed bill is all set to be made into law.

Dhankar said that the Gau Sanrakshan Avam Gau Samwardhan” law, which is being framed after studying the related laws in different states, would be more stringent.

“It would have provision of 10 years’ imprisonment if found guilty of cow slaughter. Action would also be taken against the driver of the vehicle carrying beef and the vehicle would be impounded,” he said.

Dhankar clarified that there was no move to book people under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code for cow slaughter.

Beef Ban in Haryana“The news, being telecast by some TV channels, that under the new law a case would be registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against the person found guilty of cow slaughter is wrong. There will be no such provision in the law. The law would only aim at the protection and promotion of cows,” he said.

There are about three lakh cows in 400 “gaushalas” (cow sheds) across the state. Apart from this, about 1.5 lakh are stray cows and 1 lakh cows are being reared by people in their houses.

“There is a proposal to set up cow reserves for these 1.5 lakh stray cows for which land is being identified. Cow reserves or sanctuaries would be set up in any district of the state adjoining Rajasthan,” he added.

There was also a proposal to provide subsidy to the tune of 50 per cent to the farmers for setting up small dairy and mini-dairy units for indigenous cows, he said.

Similarly, 25 per cent subsidy would be given for setting up big dairy units, he added.

Welcome to a Model Cow Slaughter Prohibition Bill in India.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 13, 2015

PMO trying to implement ban on cow-slaughter through a ‘Model Bill’ all over the country.

cowUpananda Brahmachari | HENB | New Delhi | March 12, 2015:: The then Prime Ministerial candidate of BJP Shri Narendra Modi had criticized Congress during Parliamentary election campaigns on the issue of ‘pink revolution’. He had declared in his speeches while canvassing for elections that export of beef would be stopped on his coming to power. Accordingly that announcement Modi Government is now thinking about introducing a Model Act or Bill (by ordinance or separate legislation) to ban illegal cow-slaughter and beef trade throughout the country. The Act is in force more stringently in States of Maharashtra and Gujarat and the Prime Minister’s office has sought advice from Law Department on implementation of this Act, all over the country.

After recent development in Maharashtra imposed a ban on the slaughter of bulls and bullocks getting it approval from President of India, the Central Government has now sought opinion of the Law Ministry if it can circulate laws enacted by some states on banning cow slaughter to other states as a ‘Model Bill’ for their consideration to have a similar legislation in the land of India, where cow is not only worshiped as Goddess by majority Hindus, ‘prohibiting the slaughter of cows and calves and other milch and draught cattle’ is specifically captured in the directive principal of the state of state policy as enshrined in Indian.  Moreover, the constitution makers gave this dictum to ensure the ‘Organisation of agriculture and animal husbandry’. [Vide Article 48 of Constitution of India].

As per report, an official communication to the Law Ministry, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO),  referring to Article 48 of the Constitution,  states that “the state shall endeavour to organise agriculture and animal husbandry on modern and scientific lines and shall, in particular, take steps for preserving and improving the breeds, and prohibiting the slaughter of cows and calves and other milch and draught cattle”.

The PMO has asked the Law Ministry to examine and advice whether the Acts enacted by few states can be circulated as Model Bill to other states so that they can exercise their choice of consideration to introduce similar enactments.

Several states such as Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana and Gujarat have banned cow slaughter far ago.

In 2005, the Supreme Court had upheld the validity of a law enacted by the Gujarat Government prohibiting cow slaughter.

A central legislation banning cow slaughter has been in demand for long and the matter has been raised in the Lok Sabha several times in last two decades. BJP member Yogi Adityanath in July last year had introduced the Ban on Cow Slaughter Bill, 2014 while his colleague Hansraj Gangaram Ahir introduced Cow Protection Authority Act, 2014 as Private Members’ Bills.

Meanwhile, citing past precedents where laws on various matters were circulated among the states as model bill, sources in the government said there was no bar on the Centre to send such a Bill to states.

A draft model bill on flood zone protection, conservation and regulation of groundwater are some of the measures that have been sent to states recently by the Ministry of Water Resources and Planing Commission and these have been used by various state government to enact their own laws. The ‘Model Cow Slaughter Prohibition Bill’ is coming up in the same line of action.

In most of the Indian states there is prohibition of Cow Slaughter. But, it is not implemented yet for the only cause of 'Muslim appeasement'.

In most of the Indian states there is prohibition of Cow Slaughter. But, it is not implemented yet for the only cause of ‘Muslim appeasement’.

Most of the Indian States have already banned Cow slaughter. Actually, in 85% areas of the Indian states have its own regulatory laws in force to prohibit the rampant cow slaughter [See Illustration: Cow Slaughter Ban Across in India] except Kerala, Sikim, West Bengal, Tripura, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh. So those Secular, Congress, Communist and Islamic forces now brandishing their swords of protest are just going against the law of the land and the Constitution of India violatively and violently must come under cognizable offences.  Most of the non-BJP Govt in Indian states are just ignoring the ‘Prohibitory Cow Slaughter’ laws in a very reluctant way eyeing to sense of Halal cherished by the Muslims. While BJP run state govts are trying the stricts implementation of laws or the draw it under constitutional provisions the Islamic agents in ever parties in India is pouring fuel to the fire.

The development in the current situation must be analysed in a very justified way as below:

1. Presently, people from opposition parties (Secular, Congress, Communist and Islamic ) are raising objection to passing of this Act in Maharashtra. They are violating the law of the lands only to appease the Muslims.

2. Similar opposition was faced when the Act was first implemented in Gujarat in 2005. But, the oppositions were forced to lick the dust under strictness and under strict regulation in Gujarat, the loss of interests of Muslim people haven’t found anywhere in that state.

3. The matter was taken to Supreme Court and it had supported Gujarat Government in banning cow-slaughter. In various verdicts, the Supreme Court of India passed their clear opinions in favour banning Cow slaughter in several times.

4. The Central Government is of the opinion that nobody should oppose implementation of this Act throughout the country.

5. Leftists, Congress, Trinamool Congress etc. are against passing of such law for votes of  Muslim and Christian minorities.

6. The pollution created by cow slaughter is also very detrimental to the Indian Prime Minister Dream Project: Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The caracas, blood, slurry, remains of slaughter create a very filthy atmosphere everywhere in slaughter areas. In most of the process of localized Halal in India made in unscientific way and in a very unhygienic manner. The remains create unbearable odour and sometimes the Muslim miscreants throw those in  the outskirts of Hindu locality. Banning cow slaughter will help the vision of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to a great extent.

Cow is revered by Hindus and there is no beef in Vedas in fact [Read Part -I and Part -II]. Some anti Hindu elements are trying to push beef into Hindu society. Anyway, the present decision of the Central Government would be helpful for regaining its  pro-Hindu image that has been badly affected for coalition with PDF in Kashmir and inclusion of various anti-Hindu personalities in BJP, as experts opine.  Moreover, the Vegan Movement (Worldwide vegetarian eating habit) is being supported even today in this country; therefore, senior leaders of BJP feel that large number of population would support implementation of this Act.

In the spate opting anti Hindu line of ‘Cow-slaughter’ by Non-BJP front to appease the Muslim vote bank or the minorities as such, the  majority Hindu’s rattled repercussion may not be averted to ‘ban Cow slaughter’ in India.

Speakers at VHP Samajotsava at Udupi stress on protecting Hindus, take digs at CM

Posted by hinduexistence on March 11, 2015

VHP strongly condemns ban on Togadia, pledged for Hindu Unity at mega Hindu Samajotsav at Udupi, Karnataka.

Udupi Samajotsava VHPHENB | Udupi | March 10, 2015:: The land of Krishna once again became place of inspiration for Vishwa Hindu Parishad karyakarta’s as huge gathering turned out to witness mega Hindu Samajotsav at MGM Grounds in Udupi on Monday evening.

VHP Chief Dr Pravin Togadia supposed to address the Hindu Samajotsav, but Udupi district administration had imposed a week long ban on him from entering Udupi.

Prashant Hartalkar, Inchagege of Vishwa Vibhag of VHP delivered the key note address. VHP Zonal organising secretary Gopal, VHP golden jubilee committee’s Pejawar Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji, Dr Mohan Alva, Prof MB Puranik, several other socio-religious leaders and thousands of citizens attended the mega event.

VHP leaders unanimously condemned ban on Dr Pravin Togadia. A spectacular shobhayatra was held prior to Hindu Samajotsav ceremony.

Tens of thousands of people gathered at MGM grounds here on Sunday March 9 to witness the Virat Hindu Samajotsava organized by VHP as part of its golden jubilee celebrations.

Addressing the gathering, Hartalkar took a dig at the state government and chief minister Siddaramaiah over the ban on Togadia and said, “I am thankful to the district president of VHP Suprasad Shetty for giving me this opportunity, but more than that, I should thank the chief minister of Karnataka, as Dr Pravinbhai Togadia was supposed to come, but now I have got the opportunity in his place. May god give him (CM) some sense.

Cannot change Hindu people’s beliefs with swords, politics and schemes: Prashant Hartalkar

“You cannot change people’s beliefs with swords, politics and schemes. The CM should have at least come and witnessed this immense faith here and respected it,” Prashant Hartalkar said.

Referring to the Congress party, he said, “You are not there in the entire country, you are left only in Karnataka, so at least you should manage yourself here. You have lost your heart and mind. You have become pauper.

“Doctor (Pravin Togadia) was supposed to come here but unfortunately the compounder has come,” he quipped.

Praising Udupi for its religious sanctity, he said, “VHP began in Udupi, so without taking the name of Udupi my speech is incomplete. VHP has completed 50 years and it has guaranteed the safety of Hindus across the world. No Hindu is lonely – all Hindus in the world are one and united. This awareness has been created by VHP throughout the world. This organization is scientifically built with the blessings of saints and true ideology.”

Quoting from Bhagavad Geeta, he said, “If you protect dharma, dharma will protect you. A father should follow pitr dharma and mother, matr dharma. If father fails to follow pitr dharma, he will be in old age home. If mother fails to follow her matr dharma, her daughter will fall prey to love Jihad. Hence we need to follow our dharma.”

Stressing on the need to preserve Hindu religion and traditions, he said, “About 250 years ago, several Hindus were taken to other countries as slaves. They were without families and money, still they went from being zeroes to heroes. They recited bhajans and Hanuman Chalisa every evening and that practice is still alive in those countries. Even today Ramayana is told in Bali in their language. The PM of Mauritius is a Hindu. It is because we preserved our culture and tradition, and because keertanas and bhajans were recited in our childhoods, the practice continues even today.”

Lauding the VHP further, he said, “VHP is well organized and there is no problem on any front. Many reformers came to this world but they could not succeed in their mission because there was a necessity of organizaion, but VHP has done that with team work from the past 50 years.

“When I went to Pakistan where there are 27 lac Hindus, I saw that the Hindus there have no right to cremate the dead according to Hindu faith. Some do it secretly with fear. Here (in India) Muslims are demanding various facilities and complaining that they did not get this and that, but it is painful to see the condition of the Hindus in Pakistan. When there is right of cremation in the entire world, Pakistan has not given this right to Hindus there. Where can those Hindus go? They are looking at us because we are their elder brothers,” he said.

“When I was in Bangladesh for 16 days, I saw 148 temples being destroyed and Hindus being raped and murdered. Where they will go and who will be responsible for them? We, the Hindus of Bharat, are responsible for them. Let us morally support them. We have to prove our capability and face reality. Nothing will come from mere shouting. The entire Hindu community of the world has expectations from us,” he said.

“When there was economic crisis in America, the entire Europe was shaken but India did not feel its impact. It is because of our culture, because of our ladies who manage household banking. Indian culture is strongly rooted, it begins from family. When a good Hindu comes from a good family, our culture will be protected. We should think about this. We should not become orthodox but progressive Hindus,” he exhorted.

“Conversion, corruption, terrorism, cow slaughter and untouchability are five evils to this nation”.

“Minorities should raise voice against conversion and terrorism”: Pejawar Swamiji

Udupi 2Sri Vishweshateertha Swamji of Pejawar Math termed the Virat Hindu Samajotsava as ‘Vishwa Roopa Darshana’ in Udupi and said, “We are not against anyone nor are we communal. But we are believers in love.”

“VHP is protecting the culture of this nation and the sanatana dharma. Minorities need not fear, no one will face injustice. Conversion and terrorist actvities should stop and minorities should raise their voice against these issues. When this happens, there will be peace and harmony in society. When conversion takes place, there will also be reconversion, and this is what leads to conflict. You are free to follow your faith but do not interfere in other’s faiths. “There should be no attempt to convert anyone, and minority communities need to speak out against this. Peace and harmony can be maintained if there is no conversion and terrorist activities. Minority leaders should guide their communities in the right path and give them good message. We should all make efforts to build a peaceful society,” he said.

Citing an example from the Ramayana, he said, “Youth should be like Ram and Laxman and fight against terrorism and conversion, which have caused problems to the entire nation.

“We condemn conversion in the name of service – it should not be done. We demand the government to bring law against conversion. The government has given so many facilities to the minorities – we are not saying do not give, but along with them, give the same facilities to the majority community too. Do not discriminate.”

On the issue of cow slaughter, he said, “See the presence of ‘Gau Mata’ in humans and agriculture. It gives milk from birth to death. The Karnataka government should ban cow slaughter as done in Maharashtra.”

He also gave call to end untouchability and said, “The society should become free from untouchability. It is insult to Hindu Samaj – there is no such practice in any other faith.”

He concluded by declaring, “Conversion, corruption, terrorism, cow slaughter and untouchability are evils to this nation and we should all join hands to abolish them.”

‘Karnataka CM fears losing his chair, he is supporting PFI’

Udupi 3Organizing secretary of VHP south province Gopalji said, “We are celebrating 50 years of VHP and already in 18 places, about 3,000 to one lac people have gathered for each of the Hindu Samajotsavas. Out of the 18, Dr Pravin Togadia has addressed eight Samajotsavas, but every programme was held peacefully. But from February 8, his programmes have been banned because the CM fears losing his chair.”

He also criticized Dr Vishal, the DC of Udupi for imposing the ban on Togadia and said, “I have met Dr Vishal, and know him from the Yadgir incident. He is anti-Ram and narrow-minded. The state government gave permission to the rally of PFI whose activists cheered for Pakistan and allowed them to go up till 7 pm, but they want Hindu Samajotsava to end by 5.30 pm. Why is the CM supporting PFI?

“In VHP there are several Togadias. VHP does not exist because of only Togadia’s name – it is in the hearts of youth, and no one can stop the VHP wave – neither the CM nor his mother (Sonia Gandhi). VHP has created awareness among Hindus. It is great community that has worked for the development of humanity and treats the entire world as family. Hindus never invaded holding swords in one hand and the holy book in other, or by offering service. We love the entire world.”

Speaking on conversion issue, he said, “Muslims converted forcibly and Christians in the name of service. Conversion should be stopped or there should be law against conversion, if not Ghar Wapsi will continue.

“Ours is a great community which has provided education to women. But elsewhere, girls are shot when they go to school – is this culture or perversion of culture? If such girls want to come to Hindu religion, be ready to welcome them. Hindu population will not decline, this is era of Hindu development.

“Among Muslims, some women feel that they cannot be inside burkha any longer. No girl wants to hide her face. Such Muslim girls feel that if they marry a Hindu, they will have their husband lifelong (as against polygamy).

“Christians converted Hindus by luring them with service. People are talking of the service offered by Christians but there also Hindu Maths which provide free education without converting anyone. Hence we are not ready to accept the service of Mother Teresa. VHP is providing education in the name of Ekal Vidyalaya to 20 lac students in rural areas.”

He also warned the Hindus against love Jihad and asked them to be ‘careful’, and declared that Ram Mandir will be built and some day Pakistan will be rejoined to India.

Chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation Dr Mohan Alva said, “Culture, values and patriotism have been given to us by our forefathers. Everyone should look into our past and contemplate on this. As per our expectastions, the country has got a leader like Narenda Modi. PM Modi is our dream come true.”

He also spoke on terrorism and said, “Our country has shattered because of terrorism. Is it wrong to say that terrorism is wrong?”

On the issue of conversion he said, “I have seen conversion. As I am running educational institutions I have adopted many children but never converted any student, but I have seen children from Manipur and Siddhi and Koraga communities getting converted and coming here. Is it wrong to ask that conversion should stop?”

On cow slaughter he said, “We cannot compare cow to other animals. The central government should ban cow slaughter and fulfill our wishes. Let us support the government in this.

“There is a global challenge today. Culture and folk traditions are being twisted. Only truth should be taught in schools,” he said.

Nagraj Shetty, former minister, Suresh Shetty Gurme, Lalaji R Mendon, former MLA of Kaup, Sunil Kumar, MLA Karkala, Vilas Nayak, BJP leader, Deviprasad Shetty, Geethanjali Suvarna, ZP member, Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, Katpady Shankar Poojary, former president of ZP, Shyamala S Kunder, secretary, State BJP, Rajesh Kumar Katapady, Mattu Manohar Shetty, Jerry Vincent Dias and others were present.

Ban PFI, not Hindu Leaders. Muthalik hits out at PFI saying it ‘anti-national’ and ‘anti-social’.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 9, 2015

Togadia banned in Udupi. Is Karanataka Pakistan?

Muthalik banned in Goa. Is Goa Afghanistan?

Sri Rama Sene chief Muthalik hits out at PFI, to organize ‘Bhatkal Chalo’ rally.

Press meet at Kamakshi temple at Laxmeendranagara. March 8, 2015.

Umesh Marpalli | DMN | Udupi |  Mar 8, 2015::  Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik on Sunday March 8 hit out at Popular Front of India (PFI) and alleged that the state government had given permission for PFI’s Shivamogga’s rally despite prior intelligence reports about the possibility of clashes.

Addressing a press meet at Kamakshi temple at Laxmeendranagara here enroute to a programme in Karkala, Muthalik said, “The Congress government is responsible for the clashes in Shivamogga during PFI rally. The rally should not have been allowed, but the DC and the SP came under pressure from the government and gave permission for the rally.

“There were intelligence reports about the chances of clashes erupting during the PFI rally, but despite this, the government gave permission,” he alleged.

Hitting out at the PFI, he said, “PFI is an anti-national and anti-social body. The chief minister of Kerala has given information to the centre that PFI has links with SIMI. In Kerala PFI activists cut the hand of a teacher and in Mysuru they kidnapped and murdered students. In Belgaum, during their rally, PFI activists chanted ‘Pakistan zindabad’ and ‘RSS murdabad’. Thirteen PFI activists were arrested for this.

“When this is the situation, the Congress government should not have given permission for PFI rally in Shivamogga. I strongly condemn this,” he said.

He also condemned the week-long ban on the entry of VHP chief Pravin Togadia into Udupi and said that it reflected the ‘Hitler policy’ of the state government.

“It is not right to ban leaders to prevent clashes. There were clashes in Shivamogga and Gangolli but instead of arresting people responsible for those incidents, the government is banning leaders. It is unconstitutional,” he said.

Muthalik also called for a central probe into Bhatkal town and said, “Bhatkal should be investigated by the centre. After the recent Bengaluru blast three persons were arrested from Bhatkal and explosives were seized. It looks like Bhatkal has links with Pakistan.

“In 1992 when there were communal clashes, 17 Hindus were killed in Bhatkal and curfew was imposed there for three months. The Congress government was in power at that time. Justice Jagannath Shetty Commission was formed and after three years of investigation, it submitted its report to the government. The BJP which was in opposition had urged for action but the Congress government did not respond. After BJP government came to power in the state, I met Dr V S Acharya who was the home minister then, and urged him to take action on the report, but he too did not. Nobody was interested in the security of the state, only politics was important for them,” he said.

Announcing his plans to create awareness on the Bhatkal issue, he said, “In the last week of April I will take a ‘Bhatkal Chalo’ rally from Bengaluru on the theme ‘wipe out terrorism, save India’. Bhatkal has turned into mini Pakistan – weapons are brought from Pakistan and stocked in Bhatkal. It is dangerous. I want to create awareness on this and alert the nation.”

When reporters asked if he would be attending the VHP Hindu Samajotsava programme in Udupi on March 9, he said he has another programme to end at the same time and hence will not be free.

Referring again to the ban on Togadia, he said, “When Pravin Togadia’s entry was banned, BJP leader Eshwarappa had asked if Karnataka was in Pakistan. In Goa the BJP government has banned Sri Rama Sene – I want to ask if Goa is in Afghanistan. Our outfit is not there in Goa and we cannot protest there. Is the BJP government in Goa afraid that if we are active there, we will protest against the drug mafia and immoral activities happening there?”

He welcomed the ban on beef in Maharashtra and congratulated its government. He also welcomed the move to revoke reservation to Muslims in Maharashtra. “The centre should bring a law to ban cow slaughter. It will help the economy and enable the farmers to have better livelihoods.”

Constitutional Hindu Rashtra is a practical solution for the protection of Hindus in Bharat: VHP.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 2, 2015

VHP Delhi

“Nothing wrong in ‘ghar wapsi, what is wrong in coming back?” : Jain Muni  Tarun Sagar.

A constitutional amendment making India a “Hindu rashtra” would be a good solution to protect the Hindus: Dr. Praveen Togadia.

Muslims and Christians in the country should admit that their ancestors were Hindus: Dr. Subramanian Swamy.

VHP Golden JubileeHENB | Indraprasth (Delhi) | 1 March 2015::   On the occasion of its Golden Jubilee celebrations, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, organised Virat Hindu Sammelan – Mega Hindu Gathering on Sunday, March 01, 2015, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium New Delhi.

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad today waded into the controversy relating to religious conversions, saying there is nothing wrong in its ‘ghar wapsi’ programme and called for a law to check “forced” conversions.

The VHP said Parliament should pass a law on forced religious conversions and maintained that while conversions were wrong, there is nothing wrong in ‘ghar wapsi’ or reconversion back to Hinduism.

Addressing a congregation here to mark VHP’s golden jubilee, VHP’s International Working President Pravin Togadia said Congress President Sonia Gandhi and SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav should ensure passage of a bill in Parliament to prevent religious conversions.

“Let there be no conversions, but say yes to ghar wapsi,” he said addressing the gathering.

Claiming that Hindus were not safe in India, he said if we are not careful, then states like Assam, West Bengal and Kerala will be “devoid” of any Hindu population.

Togadia also slammed US President Barack Obama for his recent “religious intolerance” remarks, saying “we do not require sermons” as they have failed to prevent an attack on a temple there. He, however, did not name the US President.

Togadia said Art. 25 of the Constitution lays down that a person has freedom of conscience and can engage in free profession, practice and propagation of religion.

The VHP leader’s remarks came days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in Lok Sabha that “nobody has the right to discriminate on the basis of religion… No one has the right to take law into his hands”.

Referring to the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Togadia said VHP is celebrating a festival today to marks its anniversary as there is still no Ram Temple there.

We will have festivities once there is a Ram temple, once four lakh Kashmiri Hindus return to the Valley trampling on the chests of jihadis,” he said.

He said that to protect the interests of Hindu, a constitutional amendment making India a “Hindu rashtra” would be a good solution.

Addressing the gathering, VHP’s International President G Raghava Reddy said there was a need to maintain the Hindu population at 80 per cent in the country.

“While Christians have monetary sources for conversions and Muslims have force of population, the Hindus should do a course on unity,” he said.

He alleged that Christians get Rs 40,000 crore annually for conversion activities.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said Muslims and Christians in the country should admit that their ancestors were Hindus.

He also said he will work for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya by seeking a judicial pronouncement in its favour.

Jagatguru Shankrachayra Vasudevanand Saraswati sought to play down the controversy surrounding Sai Baba as some remarks were made against him by certain Hindu religious leaders. He said Sai Baba was a Hindu and a Brahmin and his name should not be dragged into any controversy.

He said that the 2014 Lok Sabha election results show that Hindus had united to vote for BJP.

On the issue of conversions, he said that while it was a crime to convert people, reconversion of those who had earlier converted to other religions was “welcome”.

Tarun Sagar, a Jain monk, spoke on similar lines, saying that while he opposes conversions, “what is wrong in coming back?”

Present: Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati ji Maharaj, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Satyamitranand Giri ji Maharaj, Gita Manishi Swami Gyananand ji Maharaj, Pujya Sant Tarun Sagar ji Maharaj, Buddhist Saint Lama Tyogdan Rimpoche ji Maharaj from Ladakh, Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj from Vishwajagriti Mission along with Joint General secretary-RSS, Suresh Soni, VHP veteran Ashok Singhal, President Raghav Reddy, working president Dr. Pravin  Togadia, vice president Rajmata Chandrakanta ji, Organising Gen sec, Dinesh Chandra, Dr. Subramanian Swami and the national convener of Bajrang Dal shri Rajesh Pandey, were present in the  the mega gathering.

As there is no Temple in Mecca or in the Vatican City, Alike no Mosque is possible in Ayodhya too.

No mosque possible in Ayodhya: Yogi Adityanath

DC Correspondent | Lucknow | Feb 27, 2015:: BJP MP form Gorakhpur, Mahant Yogi Adityanath has ruled out the proposal for an out-of-court settlement with regard to the Ayodhya issue.

He said that just as there could not be a temple in Mecca or in the Vatican City, there was no possibility of a mosque in Ayodhya. He said that Ayodhya, the land of Sanatan Dharma, was a sacred city since it is the birthplace of Lord Ram.

Adityanath was responding to questions on the proposal for a dual shrine at the dispute site in Ayodhya. “Hashim Ansari (main litigant in the case) and Mahant Gyan Das (Akhara Parishad head) are making statements they should not be making.

They should first understand the sentiments of millions of Hindus before making such uncalled for statements,” he said.

Priyangi Agarwal | TNN | Bareilly | Feb 25, 2015:: Reacting to the proposed out-of-court settlement of the disputed site at Ayodhya between Hashim Ansari, main litigant in the case, and Mahant Gyan Das, akhara parishad head, BJP MP from Gorakhpur Yogi Adityanath rubbished the suggestion of constructing both a mosque and a temple in the disputed site.

Speaking with reporters in Shahjahanpur, where he was attending a sant sammelan – meeting of ascetics — Adityanath said, “Just as a temple cannot come up in Mecca-Medina or Vatican City, Ayodhya cannot have a mosque.” He said Ayodhya, the land of Sanatan Dharma, is a sacred city, the birthplace of Lord Ram.

“Hashim Ansari and Mahant Gyan Das are making statements they should not be making. If they want to construct both a temple and a mosque in Ayodhya, why have they proposed a high partition wall? They agree that there should be a 100-foot-high wall between the temple and mosque, when they should be concentrating on removing walls between the two.”

He asserted that the Allahabad high court had approved that the disputed site was the birthplace of Lord Ram. In a verdict later stayed by the Supreme Court, the Allahabad high court had ruled in September 2010 that the nearly 70-acre disputed plot would be divided in three, with a third going to Ram Lalla, represented by the Hindu Mahasabha, a third to the Sunni Wakf Board and a third to the Nirmohi Akhara.

In May 2011, a bench of the Supreme Court stayed the HC ruling, observing that it was strange, as no party had sought a division of the site.

On Wednesday, Adityanath said, “When the high court approved that the disputed place is the birth place of Lord Ram, there should be preparation for constructing a grand temple of Lord Ram. The high court accepted that there was no mosque.”

Main litigant in the matter, Hashim Ansari, on Monday had discussed with akhara parishad chief Mahant Gyan Das a proposal for the resolution of the Ayodhya dispute, out of court. The proposal reportedly was that the disputed premises would accommodate both a mosque and a temple, with a partition wall that was 100 feet high between the two.

Adityanath also defended the controversial remarks of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, who said that Mother Teresa’s service to the poor was just a cover for conversion. Yogi Adityanath said Mother Teresa’s group was still practicing conversion through aid for the poor. “What people associated with Mother Teresa do is ‘sauda’ (deal) – not ‘seva’ (service). It is a conversion campaign,” Adityanath said.

An Open Letter to Narendra Modi about Delhi Defeat & United Hindu Electorate.

Posted by hinduexistence on February 17, 2015

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PM MODI ABOUT THE DELHI DEFEAT & A UNITED HINDU ELECTORATE.

Dear Mr Prime Minister,

Hindu Lights.First let me tell you that many a times, I felt that some Divine Force was inspiring you – the way Sri Aurobindo said that Churchill was guided by Him to fight the Nazis…

But then, I have to say, as someone who travels extensively in India & has spent a lot of time in Delhi for the last 40 years (I have interviewed 7 Indian PM’s), that nothing much has changed. Your ministers are still as unreachable as the Congress ones, functioning in the same system with four layers of secretaries. Even if you have an important work – there is no way you can meet one of your ministers unless you have some pull. Your MP’s, as the Congress ones before them, once they come to Delhi, with their cars, bungalows, countless aides, and so many sycophants coming for favours, quickly lose sight of why they were elected. You need to send them BACK to their constituencies the way Mao Tse Tung sent back all his cadres to the countryside. Delhi is a microcosm of India and you seem to have lost there some of the Hindu electorate who voted for you UNITEDLY, from the Dalit to the businessmen. Some of us had seen this coming for a few months already.

You need to have around you people who will tell you what the mood of the people is – without ANY FEAR – for I have seen, even with gurus, that their followers always want to please them, flatter them and thus shield them from the truth. It is something inherent to the Hindu psyche. If this had been done, maybe we could have told you that the middle class and lower class Hindus who voted for you, want a change at the grass root level. They are not concerned about Obama and nuclear energy, or the way you are skillfully loosening the Chinese encircling grip, or the remarkable unifying of intelligence and their agencies you are doing with Mr Doval, but about the daily problems and the constant bribes that are asked by petty bureaucrats and policemen. I myself experience this in Maharashtra as I am asked bribes for getting permissions for a Museum, which is free, dedicated to Shivaji Maharaj and a sewa project!

Also they do not understand why you were so fiery and outspoken while campaigning – and now that you are elected, you do not seem any more to be promoting their Hindu causes. They cannot fathom, for instance in their simple minds, why you are being so friendly to Sonia Gandhi, who wanted you in prison or even dead – and why you are keeping away from those who supported you in your darkest hours, when nobody thought that you would become PM. These old friends of yours are still keeping quiet, out of respect for your work, but I know many who are bitter. The common Hindu man does not comprehend either why no one in your Government stands by reconversions of Christians or Muslims to Hinduism. During the last Tsunami, at least 10% of the Tamil Nadu fishermen were converted by Christian missionaries, using financial baits, such as free boats. I was there and SAW it. Or why when one of yours says that Hindus must produce more children, he is booed down. We know that Muslims produce seven to eight children per couple and in some areas of India they are now in majority and will NOT vote for you. It is true that there have been vandalizing of churches in Delhi, whether intentional, or just by some common thieves. But this is an old trick of Indian Christians to evoke sympathy from Obama and C° and bring pressure & discredit upon you. You should know better than that: Christians have been the aggressors in this country & the Pope still thinks that India is a fair target for mass conversions.

We understand that you must be the Prime Minister of all Indians and that you have to rise above sectarism, but there has to be in the public a perception that you are the PRIME MINISTER OF HINDUS BECAUSE IT IS THEY WHO VOTED FOR YOU – not the Muslims – whatever Ram Madhav told you before the Kashmir elections, which is going to be another thorn in your heel (and if you do not remove article 370 soon, most Hindus will lose faith in your government). To cultivate the Muslims, thinking that they will like you in the end, as Mr Vajpayee did, under the influence of the nice but misguided Suddeendhra Kulkarni, is not only a waste of time, but also may ALIENATE YOU HINDU VOTERS, whom you are going to need in four years again and at different state elections. Let the Muslims of India know that they possess the same rights as any Hindus, Sikhs or Christians, which they actually have, including total freedom of worship, that Hindus have neither in Bangladesh, Pakistan or Saudi Arabia, but do not go out of your way to please them. When the common man of Delhi sees that you received Aamir Khan, whose film PK, is a deliberate insult to all Hindu gurus & Hindus, they think something is not right. Also they do not understand why so many Hindu gurus and activists such as sadhvi Pragya and Colonel Purohit, whose innocence has been proved, are still languishing in jail. Congress had no qualms in favouring their people and flouting all decent rules. This isn’t about ethics, but if your aim is just, dharmic, and I believe it is, it does not matter what means are used.

Francois GautierThe Congress got elected and elected again with mostly the Muslims votes, till Kejriwal came, You need to CULTIVATE THE HINDU ELECTORATE Sir, by making gestures, even if you let your people do them and stand back. And that has to be done QUICKLY. If they are convinced that you are working for them, you will have the two or even three terms you need to achieve a real Renaissance of India. Democracy is a beautiful but skewed system, easy to hijack by adharmic forces. To realise all the great things you have undertaken, YOU NEED A UNIFIED HINDU VOTE.

The trap now is to listen to the Media which says that your party lost in Delhi because of ‘communal’ reasons – vandalizing of churches, statements by your people about reconversions, or your so-called ten lakh suit. This will prod you and your government to go more secular, let go of more of the pledges you made for the Hindu cause during your campaign, the same way the Vajpayee Government veered away gradually from its Hindu ideals – and lost the elections to Sonia Gandhi.

But think of it like that: you got elected in May last year with a massive mandate BECAUSE of your dedicated, sincere and fiery HINDU promises. There is no reason why it should not work the same way now that you have the power. You need to stick by what your pledged Sir – whatever the Media, Obama, your bureaucrats or the Foreign Press says…

RSS ‘Chintan Shivir’ in Kanpur to activate Shakhas for making a practical Hindu Rashtra.

Posted by hinduexistence on February 15, 2015

RSS ‘Chintan Shivir’ in Kanpur likely to strengthen ‘Sakha’ upto grass root level for making a viable Hindu Rashtra in Bharat.

RSS UP

Sangha Shakhas are the main strength of Hindu Society to make a Practical Hindu Rashtra in Bharat within 2025.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | 14 Feb 2015:: Though the politicized media crews want to highlight BJP’s recent debacle in the Delhi polls and the future organisational strategy for next Uttar Pradesh Election in 2017 in the agenda  of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS)‘s three-day  Rashtra Raksha Chintan Shivir on and form Sunday in Kanpur, the largest cadre based org of the world, RSS is likely to concentrate upon the grass root level ofshakhas (1 hour daily field activities on physical and social culture) mechanism more powerful and more meaningful.

Alike last year of holding Chintan Shivir (a brainstorming session) here in ‘Awadh Prant‘, the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) is gearing up for this important session, this year also in Kanpur.

The three-day meeting, starting on February 15, will chalk out the organisation’s future strategy. The RSS chief, Dr Mohan Bhagwat, will interact with top leaders of its affiliate groups such as the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), the Bajrang Dal,  Durga Vahini, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and Bhartiya Majdoor Sangh (BMS), VHP Awadh region secretary Bihari Mishra told the journalists here.

“It’s a pre-decided meeting in which all the active members of the RSS in eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh, right from Gorakhpur to Kanpur (Awadh Prant), will be participating for better co-ordination,  social interaction and not for any political purpose” a RSS key functionary told HENB.

But, what will be the key points of these three day long discussion? Answering to this question, the RSS padahikary (office bearer) clarified that “making a viable Hindu Rashtra in Bharat is our agenda, whatever is required for this Practical Hindu Rashtra, we have to do it with all sacrifice and devotion to the Nation. In this Hindu Rashtra, Hindus will be free from any threat of poverty, Jihad or any evil means. Hindus will live in that Rashtra with full might and right.”

Struck by the question, whether the Akhilesh Govt is doing good for the Hindus, the strong retaliations erupt as Hindus are no more safe in Uttar Pradesh and its a new challenge or the Hindus to see the matters related to this state viz. 1.  construction of Ram Janma Bhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, 2. growing menace of Love Jihad, 3. vitiating communal situation and Muslim appeasement, 4. unchecked cow slaughter in the land of Ram and Krishna and 5. reassessing the scope of Gharwapsi (homecoming-reconversion) in Uttar Pradesh.

This meet of RSS in Kanpur actually is designed to  focus  on ‘shakhas‘ being organised by the RSS, the RSS key person said, adding, “If shakhas are strong then there is no need to search for the active workers to solve any problem. So, our focus will be on the youth and how to get them associated directly with the RSS and its nation building programme”

RSS Sarsanghachalak (Chief) Dr. Mohan Bhagwat would address on 15 Feb at Railway Ground, Nirala Nagar, at 2 pm before more than 20,000 RSS workers and lay out future plans for the organisation. According to SP Kanpur (rural), Mr.  Surendra Tiwari, elborate security arrangements have been made for Bhagwat’s visit.

As per source, RSS is to hold its Akhil Bhartiya Pratinidhi Sabha (Central Representative Body) in Nagpur on 15-17 March, 2015 to chalk out its annual strategy for 2105 and to elect its new Saha-Sara-karyavah (Assistant General Secretary) for next three years. Some 2000 Vibhag (cluster of 2-3 RSS districts) and higher office-bearers will attend that highest meet of RSS.

Report: ‘RSS works to Unite Hindu Society': Sarasanghachalak Bhagwat at ‘Rashtra Raksha Sangam’, Kanpur

‘Rashtra Raksha Sangam’, Kanpur

“The work of RSS is to unite the Hindu society and make it fearless, self-reliant and selfless, and the one which is ready to live and die for the country. It has to be brought into practice. What is the meaning of RSS shakhaa? We come together and forget everything else. Only ‘bhagwa (saffron) flag’ is in front of us and that is the symbol of pride,” said Bhagwat. Read full report here.

Modi must restrain butchers in BJP and bring ordinance to stop Cow slaughter & beef export.

Posted by hinduexistence on February 13, 2015

Maharashtra CM Fadnvais assures protection to beef traders, the then Goa CM Parrikar restarted cow slaughter house there………… They just like it. What’s your problem?

PM Modi must restrain these BJP Cow abattoirs immediately and bring Ordinance to stop Cow slaughter and beef export. Remember what did you tell in Election campaigns. We think you are not a liar!

We love Cow slaughter. What's your problemUpananda Brahmachari | HENB | Mumbai | 12 Feb 2015::  It is shocking to know that Maharashtra (MHA) CM Fadnvais  has assured protection to beef traders in Maharashtra who have been on strike for the past few days. The CM has said on Wednesday (11 Feb) that the rule of law will be followed and no one will be allowed to harass cattle traders and abattoir owners in the state.

So far, beef traders and cattle traders had been complaining against harassment being meted out to them alleged by right-wing groups, while the various Go Raksha Dal (cow protection and animal lover groups) continuously urged the police and administration to check all illegal cow transport and beef trading violating existing laws of the state in force. It is said that for the tussle between ‘cow protectors’ and ‘beef eaters’, beef has not been available in nearly 75 major towns and villages of Maharashtra, with traders going on a strike. Beef is also not available in Deonar abattoir, which has the largest markets supplying nearly 100,000 kg of beef to Mumbai and adjacent every day. Most of the slaughter houses in Mumbai went dry due to non supply of cattle.

At last, the great Hinduvadi, strong RSS man, Nagpur Orange,  MHA CM Fadnvais took the side of the illegal cattle (mostly Indian breed cow) transporters and the illegal slaughter house owners only to appease the minority people, eyeing to Muslim Vote Bank Politics. Yes, it is done by a ‘Party with Difference’.

My friends, Advocate Deodas Shinde from Sangli, Sri Chapalgaonkar (Ex Session Judge) from Aurangabad and Sri Nargolkar (Veteran Savarkar Expert) from Pune, all are saying that the BJP Govt in Maharashtra is very much reluctant to see any interest of Hindus and are in every mood to help the ‘beef eaters’ and to thrash the ‘cow savers’.

Actually, it is not the only story of MHA, the same BJP run Govt of Goa is helping cow slaughter  and sustaining the lifeline of illegal state run abattoir and taking stern steps against the cow savers of MHA and cow protectors of Goa. The allegations have also been surfaced that the Goa and MHA operators of BJP are taking huge money from the Muslims and Christians to continue slaughter of cows and buffaloes with out any hazards!

This is very much embarrassing to see that the BJP Govt in Central and in the States in power are flouting the assurance of its Election manifesto of 2014. BJP is gradually deviating from its stand of so called cow protection.

Swami to ModiIn its Election manifesto 2014 (part: LEAP FORWARD – IX, section: Cultural Heritage, point: Cow and its Progeny), BJP clearly stated that, “Necessary legal framework to protect Cow and its Progeny” and “National Cattle Development Board” and the party including its PM face Narendra Modi said several times, BJP would save the huge loss of Indian Breed Cow causing curse to the agriculture, health and overall prosperity in the country.

So, BJP manifesto defined the “cow and its progeny” as integral to India’s cultural heritage — appealing to the party’s core constituency of Hindus who abhor eating beef.

Not only that the big mouth Narendra Modi accused the Congress-led UPA government several times during election campaign for promoting “pink revolution” by subsidizing slaughterhouses that butcher cows and other animals, without seeing the provisions related to animal cruelty or the prohibition of slaughter rules  already existing in different states.

“Lal Bahadur Shastri used to talk of ‘green revolution’ but they are encouraging ‘pink revolution’ by promoting meat exports. They are giving subsidy to set up slaughterhouses… cows and other animals are getting slaughtered,” the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate told an election rally in Khandwa on Nov 23, 2013.

But, what is doing these MHA and Goan PM by promoting both illegal cow slaughter and beef export?

I have written several times (openly and through personal mails) to the Central and different State Govts, met Governors and statesmen  to stop illegal cow slaughter and  save the huge animal resource without yielding desirable  change.  My appeals may taste the dust in the waste paper bin or take rest in the trash, but what’s the fate of appeal of Dr. Subramanian Swamy’s letter to PM to Ban Cow Slaughter.

On 13th Sept, 2014, BJP stalwart and Hindu think tank Dr Swamy wrote  PM Modi and his party colleague, “I draw your kind attention to the speech you gave to the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Jain Traders’ Organisation as Gujarat CM on Oct 28, 2012 condemning the Union Govt (then UPA II) or promoting beef export and worse the Union Government providing subsidy even while levying duty on cotton export.  In your Lok Sabha speeches too you made fun on the then Union Government for wanting not a green revolution or a white revolution but to promote a “pink revolution, and vowed that you will enact a law banning cow slaughter”.

Dr Swamy urged further: “I also draw your attention to Article 48 of the Indian Constitution read with Article 37 (which mandated) it as a principal off governance) enabling the prohibition of the slaughter of cows and other milch cattle.

There are also a number of supreme Court Judgements which enable the Govt to immediately put a ban on slaughter of cows .

Please consider issuing an Ordinance immediately to ban the slaughter of cows and have every slaughter house in the country inspected by a special police to be set up for this purpose”.

illegal-beefBut, without considering the request of Dr. Subramanian Swamy alongside the million appeals from the various  Go-raksha (save Cow) organisations, the BJP counterparts of Maharashtra or Goa are rampantly allowing Cow slaughter and beef export with the high blessings of a ‘Hindutva Poster Boy’ Narendra Modi, the PM of India. Mind the RSS silence about this matter. RSS approved the PM candidature of Modi  on four agenda of it. 1. Construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. 2. Introduction of Uniform Civil Code. 3. Repealing Article 370 on Kashmir and  4.  Protection of cows. All the four conditions are dumped by BJP and RSS is most probably very happy with the induction of Ram Madhav in BJP central committee to pace the complete secularization BJP as soon as possible through Gandy worship and development mantra.

The double speak of BJP in the matter of Go-raksha (Cow protection)  is really conspicuous and intolerable.  On the one hand they are eye washing by setting up  Rashtriya Gokul Mission under Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, which envisages funding “integrated cattle welfare centers” called “Gokul Grams” to protect local cows from being cross-bred into different varieties and save them form abattoirs (*ensures full life span as indicating, ‘After death the cow will be sold to produce various products’, no other sell provision for slaughtering at any point) and propagating the thoughts of “Gopal Ratna” and “Kamdhenu” awards; the same Govt is making strategy out of tabled mission as, “The scheme would also focus on upkeep of cattle after they are part of milk producing phase, when they can be utilized for meat”. (vide YOJANA, Sept, 2014).

As now MHA CM Devendra Fadnvais ensures cattle trading, Cow slaughter and beef marketing as it done earlier by the then  Goa CM, Monohar Parrikar, at this point we may expect another Champion Narendra Modi, the PM India to fire on all the judgments of Hon’ble Courts and regulations to feed beefs to his Muslim brothers and sisters who only live on that food!

With much irritation and  anguish I am to refer a news link here where it is evident that a BJP vehicle was engaged in illegal beef transportation in Gujarat. I tried to get further authentication of this report without result but saw no denial of that matter from the party as such.

Corers  of Hindus are supporting BJP as a Nationalist Hindu political party. They also want the development agenda of BJP, but not at the cost of evading all Hindu sentiments and Hindu interests.

PM Modi must restrain MHA CM Devendra Fadnvais and the Goa Govt from their dangerous intention to kill Cows and beef exporting and also bring such Ordinance immediately to stop cow slaughter and beef exporting from this land of Gopal Hrishna Bhagawan and Lord Sri Ram.
