Sarabjit’s Singh body will be handed over to Indian authorities in Lahore at around 3.30pm IST, reported Times Now. The body will then be lifted to Amritsar, after which it will be transported to Sarabjit’s village of Bhikhiwind.
Earlier reports stated that a BSF air ambulance could be used to bring back Sarabjit Singh’s body to Amritsar.

LAHORE | 2 May 2013 | HE News Bureau:: Sarabjit Singh, the Indian death row convict who was was brutally assaulted by jail inmates, died at Lahore’s Jinnah hospital late on Wednesday night.
The head of medical board supervising Sarabjit’s treatment confirmed his death.
Sarabjit Singh’s death occurred at 1 am (Pakistani time), the head of the medical board said.
Sarabjit Singh, 49, sustained several injuries, including a fractured skull, when six prisoners attacked him on April 26 after Friday Prayer in Pakistan’s Kot Lakhpat Jail. He was seriously hit on the head with bricks.
He had been on ventilator life support since then.
Late on Wednesday night his condition was described as “serious and critical” by the external affairs ministry.
As Sarabjit’s condition deteriorated, Pakistan announced that it was “positively considering” India’s request to repatriate him.
Earlier, India had strongly asked Pakistan to immediately release Sarabjit for best available treatment after he slipped into a “non-reversible” coma at the Lahore hospital, saying this is not the time for invoking “legal and bureaucratic reasons”.
Sarabjit was languishing in Pakistan jail since 1990.
Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer crossed Indian Border ignorantly and suspected and caught by Pakistan authority as spy after a blast in Lahore, Multan and some other places in 1989-90.
Singh had been attacked by some fanatic Islamic prisoners at Kot Lakhpat Jail after Friday prayer in Lahore last week on 26th April and was seriously injured by stabbing with sharp metal sheets, iron rods,blades and bricks to kill him as an revenge of recent hanging of two terrorists, viz, Ajmal Amir Kasab and Afzal Guru in India.
Sarabjit was also threatened at first after the hanging of Amir Ajmal Kasab for his leading connection with 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack. But, due to the indulgence of the Jail authority, the fanatic Muslim prisoners of the Kot Lakhpat Jail hatched another plan to kill Sarabjit Islamically inside the jail relating their unbearable intolerance affected after the hanging of Afzal Guru, who attacked Indian Parliament in 2001.
Just three days before the heinous Islamic attack inside a prison in Pakistan by Muslim zealots upon a non Islamic convict, Amer Aftab and Mudassar, two fellow prisoner threatened Sarabjit for dire consequences. But, the Muslim jailor and wardens took no precaution for that. As a result, within some days under the leadership of Aftab and Mudassar, Sarbjit was stabbed, mutilated, thrashed and hit dangerously on skull by six fellow Muslim prisoners with raising slogans ~ “Naraye Taqbeer, Allha ho Akbar. Pakistan Zindabad. India Murdabad. Hindu-Sikh kutto ko khatam karo khatam karo”. (The only mighty slogan- Allah is Great. Long Live Pakistan. Go to hell India. Finish all Hindu-Sikh dogs for ever.)

Sarabjit lost his battle for life after four days in Jinnah Hospital where he was admitted for an absurd recovery. And thus. the Allah, Mohammad and Quran follower beastly Momins (Muslims) accomplished the violent Jihad by killing an Hindu-Sikh infidel named Sarabjit Singh under a scheme of Prison Jihad.
This is not the first case of brutal Islamic attack upon Indian Prisoners in Pakistan Jail. One Chamel Singh was also murdered in same Kot Lakhpat Jail by co-prisoners as planned by Pakistani Intelligence Agency ISI on 15th January last. Chamel Singh was arrested by Pakistan agencies on the charge of spying for India and convicted for 5 years imprisonment. But, the Punjabi-Sikh Chamel Singh was severely beaten up by water pipe made of iron, inside the jail by the ISI operators, just before the completion of the imprisonment term of 5 years by the convict. Chamel Singh succumbed to injury within an improper medical treatment.
Security around the hospital has been tightened. The officials from the Jinnah hospital initially tried to prevent the news from leaking out but the doctors confirmed his demise at 1 am.
In light of Sarabjit’s worsening condition, India had earlier contacted Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan to request consular access which had been granted.
According to the prosecution, Sarabjit had illegally crossed into Pakistan from Kasur on August 29, 1990.
He was arrested on charges of conducting four bomb blasts in Faisalabad, Multan and Lahore in 1989-90. His counsel claimed it was a case of mistaken identity.
Singh’s security was tightened after the recent execution in India of Afzal Guru, who was convicted of involvement in the 2001 terror attack on the parliament. But, it is now proved as a fake and fishy measures.
Singh’s mercy petitions were rejected by courts and former President Pervez Musharraf.
The outgoing PPP-led government put off Singh’s execution for an indefinite period in 2008.

New Delhi | 8 April 2013 | IANS :: Fear of deportation looms large over a group of 479 Pakistani Hindu refugees as their visas expire Monday but they are firmly set against returning to Pakistan, saying they will prefer to die than go back.
“We don’t know what will happen to us but what we do know is that if we are deported, it will be our bodies not us. We will die but not return to Pakistan,” Dharamveer, a farmer from Pakistan, told IANS.

He is one among the asylum-seekers who crossed over to India through Jodhpur in Rajasthan March 9 on the pretext of visting Maha Kumbh in Allahabad. The group reached Delhi March 10 and took refuge in a 28-room building owned by Nahar Singh in Brijwasan area in south Delhi.
“Hindus are not safe there. Daughters are abducted and forced to convert. We can’t perform even funeral by setting bodies afire on pyre as Pakistanis ask us to bury the corpses,” said Dharmveer, who fled Hyderabad town in Pakistan’s Sindh province with his wife and four children.
“What we want is Indian citizenship so that at least we can die here peacefully,” he said.
The group comprises 83 women, 86 men and 311 children – of whom one died a few days ago.
Nahar Singh, an ex-soldier, is looking after these refugees. He had also sheltered 146 Pakistani Hindu refugees in 2011.

Asked how he was managing the funds, he said that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and various NGOs were helping them.

Hindus protest after woman forcefully converted to Islam in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD | TOI | 30 MARCH 2013:: Members of Pakistan’s minority Hindu community staged a protest in southern Sindh province after a Hindu woman converted to Islam and married a Muslim man, according to a media report on Saturday.
The protest and a “wave of anger” within the minority community led to the postponement of polls for the Hindu panchayat in Jacobabad on Friday.
Reports from Jhanjhri Street area of Jacobabad said Ganga, the daughter of gold trader Ashok Kumar, married Asif Ali, son of another gold trader Bahadur Ali Surhio, at Amrot Sharif Dargah after converting to Islam, the Dawn reported.
Ganga changed her name to Aasia. The woman’s parents and several relatives rushed to the shrine after learning about the conversion but the marriage had already been registered.
They returned to Jacobabad and lodged an FIR that alleged Ganga was kidnapped by Asif Ali, his father, a brother named Abid Ali, and another man identified as Miran Bukhsh. Asif Ali was not at his residence but his father, brother and Miran Bukhsh were arrested.
The Hindu community of Jacobabad took to the streets and organised a protest against the “kidnapping” of the woman. Angry groups of local residents called for a strike and postponement of the Hindu panchayat polls till the matter was settled.
Heated arguments over the polls created an ugly situation and police had to be called in to restore order.
Incumbent panchayat chief Harpal Das Chabria told several hundred voters and their candidates that kidnapping of Hindu girls and their “forced conversion” had increased for some time.
He appealed to authorities to check the trend and provide protection to Hindus in Sindh.
A rally was organised from Janta Hall in Jacobabad against the alleged kidnapping. People marched to the local press club, shouting slogans for Ganga’s reunion with her family.
Hindu leaders warned that if their demand was not met, the community would observe a strike across the city and start an agitation.
Some Hindus alleged Sarafa association president Samiullah Surhio was involved in the alleged kidnapping.
However, Surhio told the media that he had nothing to do with the matter.
The Hindu community in Sindh has been up in arms since last year over the alleged abduction and forced conversion of several women.
A Baloch Hindu doctor shot dead again in south-west Pakistan by skull capped gunmen.
QUETTA | Thursday 13th December 2012 | News Agencies :: A well-known Hindu doctor was shot and killed by unidentified gunmen in the restive Mastung district of Balochistan province of south-west Pakistan today, police said. Mastung district of Balochistan, is about 25 kilometres south of Quetta.
Dr. Lakshmi Chand was going home when two gunmen riding a motorcycle fired at him in Mastung town, police officials said. The violent incident remain still clueless and the assailants are suspected as fanatic Islamist.
Dr. Chand was killed instantly and the skull-capped gunmen fled from the spot. Police sent the body for an autopsy and registered a case.
The motive for the killing could not be immediately ascertained.
Members of the minority Hindu community in Balochistan have been targeted by criminal gangs and extremists in recent months.
Several middle class Hindus, mostly petty traders, have been kidnapped for ransom. Daily wager poor Hindus are not paid timely and sometimes treated as bonded labour. Hindu women are abducted and raped.
About one year ago (8th Nov 2011) four Hindu doctors were murdered at their clinics in Sindh province. Eleven Muslim people were held then for the brutal murder.
Experts say that Hindus in Pakistan are being brutally killed as Kafir due to fanatic incitements from the Muslim clergies out of hate preaching of Quran. The incitements are dangerous like these: The Koran defines the kafir and says that the kafir is:

(Abbas Kassar) A 6 years old Hindu girl Wijenti Meghwar, student of class 1 who was raped in Ghulam Nabi Shah town while playing in street yesterday was lying on death bed at civil hospital Mirpurkhas that also on intervention of PPP minister Mardan Ali Shah otherwise the doctors at Mirpurkhas civil hospital had refused to admit her and had asked for police letter from Ghulam Nabi Shah police station of Umerkot district.
But it was irony that concerned police has not registered case so far and instead of arresting the culprit involved in heinous crime of raping an infant child girl, has arrested a man whom father of girl describes as not related to crime. The relatives Iserdas, Sangeeta and others have complained that doctors at Mirpurkhas civil hospital were indifferent to her treatment.
The rape victim girl first was taken to Umerkot district hospital where there was no doctor on duty and then took her to Mirpurkhas which is on distance of 76 kilometers which cause enormous bleeding. Relatives say her condition has deteriorated due to bleeding and that the medical staff at Mirpurkhas civil hospital was giving less attention towards her recovery.
After coming to know about rape of a young child girl local PPP leader Mir Ali Raza Talpur, Fatima Baloch and Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party leaders Mehar Banglani and Nind Lal Malhi visited Mirpurkhas hospital to inquire about health of girl and warned of strong protest if accused was not arrested immediately.
The parents of girl told that the footprints of accused led to an Otaq of a powerful local Wadera as well as stiffer dogs also identified that spot, yet to mess up the matter and to save landlord, police has arrested a man named Naval to cool down the issue.
The incident has sent a wave of terror among minorities whose girls have given up to go to schools or even out of their homes. It was amazing to note that doctors who are called as Messihas (life savers) did refuse to attend the bleeding girl and asked parents to bring police letter until they were asked by Pir Madaan Ali Shah the provincial minister of Sindh.
The citizens of town Ghulam Nabi Shah were shocked on rape incident and closed down their shops to mark protest against the inhuman act of violence against a minor girl of minority Hindu community. The citizens of town Ghulam Nabi Shah led by Sardar Bhayo, Kanjee Mal and Mustaf Mehr held protest demonstration in front of local press club.
Meanwhile minority MNA Khatoomal Jeewan also talked to relatives of girl and on his direction SSP Umerkot Riaz Soomro rushed to civil hospital Mirpurkhas and inquired about the health of victim girl. He assured the parents that accused will be arrested without any fail.
It may be recalled that the life of minorities in Pakistan including Hindus, Christians and Sikhs and others have been made miserabale and Pakistan has turned difficult for minorities to live. Thousands of Hindus have migrated to India which they consider safer than Pakistan. The rape and abduction of Hindu girls is common in Pakistan especially in Sindh where the rulers have shut their eyes to such crimes against humanity. KARACHI | December 05, 2012 :: Workers of various political parties and people of religious minorities on Tuesday staged protest demonstration against the sexually assault five year old girl at a village in Umerkot.
A large number of Menghar community, political workers and civil society activists assembled outside the Karachi Press Club and chanted slogans for arrest of people involved in the sexual assault of a minor girl, Vejenti Menghwar, resident of Ghulam Nabi Shah Village. According to the protesters, minor Vejenti Menghwar was sexually assaulted and thrown at a deserted place in unconscious condition in Ghulam Nabi Shah Village on Sunday, but police had failed to arrest the culprits even after three days.
They alleged that Hashim Mangrio, a relative of an influential personality of the area, committed the crime, but he was still roaming free due to partisan role of police.
Hareef Chandio, Ghulam Qambar Hajano and Rasheed Sadhayo of Awami Jamhori Party, Zohra Akbar and Nasir Mansoor of Labour Education Foundation, Saeeda Gopan of Sindh Aurat Tanzeem, Sundar Phul Menghwar of Sindh Academic Foundation were also among the protesters.

100-year-old Hindu temple demolished in Karachi, angry Hindus ask Pakistan Govt to arrange tickets to India as their safe Home.
KARACHI | Dec. 2nd 2012 :: In a hectic operation with all Islamic enthusiasm to vandalize an ‘infidel place of worship’, a Pakistani Muslim builder agency demolished a century-old Hindu temple in Soldier Bazaar in Karachi on Saturday morning while the Sindh High Court was hearing a petition seeking a stay order.
Apart from razing down the pre-partition Shri Rama Pir Mandir, the private builder also demolished four or five Hindu houses located next to it. Over 40 people of Hindu faith has become homeless as a result.
“They destroyed our mandir and humiliated our gods,” said an angry Prakash, pointing towards the huge debris of concrete, stones and walls of the temple. The demolishing team did place the statues of four Hindu deities on the side but the residents accused them of taking away their gold jewellery and crowns.
Pointing to bruises on his arms, another man identified as Lakshman said, “They hit me with their guns when I tried to stop them. I told them to kill me instead of destroying our holy place.“
A woman named Banwri said the demolition team arrived at around 11 am while she was preparing breakfast.
She rushed outside when she heard the sound of a bulldozer and was given instructions to move her bed, cupboard and other essential items outside her home.
“I watched my house go down in just minutes and I couldn’t do anything,” she said.
Banwri said that during the demolition, the area was cordoned off by police and paramilitary Pakistan Rangers.
Outsiders were not allowed to enter the area, she added.
Saveeta was among the 40-odd people who lost their homes. With her husband away from Karachi, she said she and her three children would spend the nights in the open.
The area around the temple had 150 Hindu residents and some four families lived in each of the houses that were demolished, according to an elderly resident named Kaali Das.
“People were living in cramped houses, separated only by curtains. Over here, we live like animals,” he said.
Angered by the demolition, the Hindus demanded that the Pak government should arrange tickets to India for them. “If you don’t want us, we will go to India,” screamed a woman.
Following the demolition, the Pakistan Hindu Council organised a protest outside the Karachi Press Club on Sunday afternoon.
They protested the demolition by the builder and the lack of action on the part of authorities.
Pak President Asif Ali Zardari took note of reports of the demolition of the temple in Karachi and sought a report on the incident from concerned authorities, presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar said.
Zardari reiterated the governments commitment to continue safeguarding the rights of minorities as enshrined in the Constitution to ensure that no discrimination was made to any community in any manner.
Actually big talks and assurance like these from Pak authorities to the dying Hindu People of Pakistan do not carry any meaning. Under a definite conspiracy, the 16% strength of Hindu populace in 1947 in Pakistan has come down to a crying 1.86% now as a prominent symbol of last days for Pakistani Hindus anyway. Each and every day the dignity and the Rights of living of Hindus in Pakistan is narrowing in a vanishing point.
India should take direct initiatives to liberate Sindh as a Free State to ensure that land as a place of Free Thinkers, Secular People, Universal Brotherhood and the sanctuary of Pak Hindus. Unless there will be no Hindu in Pakistan after the next ten years.
In Bharat (India), the Shiva Sena and other Hindu Organisations are protesting over these issues of rampant persecution over Pakistani Hindu Citizens time and again by both the Pakistani Muslim Citizens and the various Pak authorities & other Talibani organisations.

BJP activists burn Pakistan flag in protest to Rama Pir Temple at Karachi.
TNN | Dec 4, 2012, 02.58 PM IST :: KANPUR: Activists of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) burnt the national flag of Pakistan at Parade crossing protesting against demolition of Ram Pir temple. The temple was demolished in Pakistan on Sunday.
On the occasion, Surendra Maithani, district convener of the BJP and legislator Salil Vishnoi said the Pakistan police and Army had been inflicting atrocities on the Hindu minority in Pakistan demolition of temple there was a glaring example. After this a flag of the neighbouring country was burnt by the BJP members who demanded Central Government to cancel the India-Pakistan cricket series scheduled to begin from January. The activists also said Pakistani nationals should not be given VISA for coming to India to see cricket matches.
Surendra Maithani said if Pakistan was not given a befitting reply, the activists of BJP will hit the streets in protest and said that Kanpur unit of BJP will write to Pakistan embassy to register their protest.

KARACHI: The police and representatives of the Hindu community gave contradicting statements over the issue of minority persecution in Pakistan during a meeting of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Human Rights held on Friday.
During the meeting presided over by Committee Chairman Riaz Fatyana, the police maintained that minorities in Pakistan get equal rights and there was no Hindu migration from Sindh, while representatives from the Hindu community thought otherwise.
Additional Inspector-General (AIG) Falak Khursheed said, “Pakistan is a country where every citizen reserves the right to live his life the way he wants. Minorities especially Hindus girls are never pressurised to accept Islam or to convert their religion.”
He said that only three families had migrated to India while 200-300 other people had gone for a pilgrimage to their holy places this year.
On the other hand, minority MNA Dr Araish Kumar from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa said that the AIG was misguiding the committee by presenting wrong figures. He said that around 12 cases of forced conversions were reported in Tando Allahyar in past one month, while 7,000 Hindus had migrated to India in the past three years.
Mangla Sharma from Pakistan Hindu Council said that over 0.1 million Hindus from Sindh have migrated to India. She reiterated that the government has avoided providing 5% quota of jobs at government departments to minorities.
After a long discussion, the committee recommended that district-level special cells, with representatives from police, home department, civil society and Hindu community, be established to protect minority rights.
The committee further advised the Sindh government to lodge cases under the “Anti Terrorism Act” against those who attack temples and other worship places for minorities in Pakistan, and directed the home department and the provincial government to set up “safe houses” where kidnapped girls can be kept for around one month before being moved to any court.
The officials of the law department were also directed to prepare a draft on Hindu Personal Law with the input on Hindu community leaders.

Don’t demolish 200-year-old Hindu temple: Pakistani court.
Islamabad | IANS | September 16, 2012 :: A court in Pakistan has restrained authorities in the port city of Karachi from demolishing a Hindu temple believed to have been constructed 200 years ago, a media report said.
According to the Dawn newspaper, the Sindh High Court restrained the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and other respondents from demolishing the Shri Laxmi Narayan Mandir at the Native Jetty Bridge.
A bench led by Chief Justice Mushir Alam asked a court official to inspect the temple and submit a report.
A constitutional petition was recently filed by Kailash Wishram, who lives in the residential quarters in the temple premises, saying that a private company in collaboration with the KPT had started some construction work, blocking access to seawater from the temple.
The petition said the construction threatened the place of worship and also the right of the minority community at large.
The secretary of ports and shipping ministry, the KPT chairman and the private firm that ran a food court under the bridge were named respondents.
The petitioner said the temple was constructed much before the partition of the subcontinent, and for a long time Hindus have been performing religious rituals there.
It said access to seawater was one of the essential things to perform worship.
The Pakistan Hindu Council says the temple was constructed 200 years ago and many Hindu festivals are celebrated there.
It is also a sacred place for performing funerals and other religious rituals by the sea.
The court ordered that the temple, its staircase, boundary wall and corridors originally constructed may not be demolished.
BJP Demands Citizenship for People Displaced From Pak.
KHANDWA (MP) | SEP 12, 2012 | Source: Outlook India :: Condemning the alleged atrocities and forcible conversion of Hindus in Pakistan, the Madhya Pradesh BJP executive committee today adopted a resolution demanding not to send back displaced persons to the neighbouring country and allowing them to stay in India.
The resolution, moved by BJP’s Indore district unit president Shankar Lalwani after the two-day meeting of the committee ended her today, demanded granting citizenship to the displaced persons by amending rules and also that they should not be forced to go back to Pakistan where they were facing problems.
It said the attitude of Pakistan towards the minority community was not secular and incidents of kidnapping, loot, rape and forcible religious conversion were a routine feature.
In view of the above conditions, the committee adopted a resolution that the rules for granting citizenship to such persons who stayed back in Pakistan after partition should be relaxed and they should not be sent back to there, against their wishes.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has assured that nobody would be sent back to Pakistan from Madhya Pradesh and he will take up the issue with the Centre, Lalwani said.
Instead of seven-year rule for availing citizenship, such persons, especially from Pakistan, should be granted it after six-months of stay in the country, as was the case prior to 1965.
Over 10,000 such persons in Madhya Pradesh and about 35,000 in India were staying even after expiry of their visa and since they do not want to back to Pakistan, they should not be forced to go back, he stressed.

Reports are in the air that Sarabjit Singh, the most highlighted convict in Pak Jail had been converted to Islam and was now known as Sarfaraz and another Indian prisoner on death row in Pakistan, Kirpal Singh, had also been converted to Islam and had given a new name Mohammed Din.
Surjeet Singh who was freed recently by Pakistan and who was fellow of Sarabjit Singh in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Jail claimed that Sarabjit had been converted to Islam and was now known as Sarfaraz.
Speaking to mediapersons at the information centre of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee after paying obeisance at Golden Temple, Surjeet said: “Sarabjit Singh andKirpal Singh have converted to Islam. They probably did so in hope of getting mercy. But no mercy was granted to them. Pakistan authorities do not grant mercy to even their own nationals.”
When contacted, Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur denied that Sarabjit had converted to Islam. “This is not true at all. Sarabjit was a Gursikh, is a Gursikh and will remain a Gursikh. He has kept photos of Sikh gurus in jail and a Sikh religious book. He regularly recites from that book,” she said.
Dalbir added that during her visit to Pakistani jail to meet Sarabjit, she did heard people calling Kirpal Singh by a Muslim name. “But this is not the case with Sarabjit. Had he converted, he would have some Muslim name,” she said. “When I went to meet him in Pakistan, he was either addressed as Sarabjit or Manjit.”
When informed that Surjeet had claimed that Sarabjit had changed his name to “Sarfaraz” after “converting to Islam”, Dalbir insisted: “No way, Sarabjit remains Sarabjit and a Sikh and has not changed his name or converted to Islam.”
Dalbir also took exception to Surjeet’s statement that Sarabjit was hale and hearty in jail. “How can a person lodged in solitary confinement be happy? If this was the case, why will prisoners seek release?” she asked.
Meanwhile, Surjeet claimed that if things fell in place, he would ensure that Sarabjit was back home in three months. “Seven to eight MLAs of Pakistan are my very good friends. Even Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari is my good friend. I have had breakfast with Zardari. And I will ensure Sarabjit’s release,” Surjeet said, alleging that the Pakistani media and the ISI were against Sarabjit’s release.
“It has to be done at the presidential level. If ISI comes to know about any effort for Sarabjit’s release, the agency will never allow it to happen,” he added. Saying that his and Sarabjit’s cases were entirely different, Surjeet added: “The case of Sarabjit, who faces charges of terrorism, is entirely different from mine. Neither India nor Pakistan would like to release terrorists.”
As per report, Hindu and Sikh prisoners are considered as the slaves of the Muslim Prisoners in Pak Jails with an exception of some political and classified prisoners of bilateral relation with the other states.

Peshawar | May 21, 2012 :: Unidentified men stormed a at least 160 years Hindu temple of Guru Gorakhnath and Lord Shiva in Peshawar on Sunday evening, police said.
But, the old temple of Nath Tradition has been vandalized with all Islamic impetus and and desecrated by Muslim menace. The Idols of Shiva and Nath Gurus were destroyed, holy books are set on fire, human excreta were thrown and so on. All in the name of Mohammad, Islam and Allah as these vicious entities are always to instill terror into the mind of idol worshiper and to destroy all existence of non Muslims.

According to the police, the attackers burnt images and took away idols from the temple in the Gorghathri area, and fled the scene after the incident, reports the Daily Times.
No immediate claim of responsibility was made, they said.
The custodian of the temple said it was the third such attack. He said when he arrived at the temple, he saw around eight men burning images and sacred books.
Members of Hindu community expressing concern over the incident, have demanded immediate action against the miscreants.
Again to say that in a brazen act of vandalism, unidentified men sneaked into a Hindu temple in the capital city of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday (20-05-2012), smashed a holy figurine and burnt down scriptures and images of deities.
“We opened the temple around 6pm and found all holy scriptures and images burnt down. A statuette of Lord Shiva was also smashed to pieces,” Ramesh Lal, a priest at Guru Gorakhnath temple, told The News Agencies
The temple is situated in the Gorgathri neighbourhood inside the walled city.

Peshawar, which is believed to be one of the oldest living cities of South Asia, houses dozens of monuments and structures from the Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh and British eras.
The priest said that the community had reported the incident to the local police who gave them the customary cold-shoulder.
“Vandals smashed a statuette of Lord Shiva to pieces and burnt down the holy Gita as well as several images of our deities,” Lal said. The temple, according to him, did not have armed guards because the government pays scant attention to the security needs of a Hindu place of worship.
According to Lal, the 160-year-old temple was named after a Hindu pontiff Guru Goraknath. The local Hindu community had abandoned the temple following the 1947 partition of the subcontinent. For decades no ritual was undertaken within the temple ground until the Peshawar High Court handed over its custody to the Hindu community a few months ago.
“This desecration and vandalism has hurt the religious sentiments of our community. Lack of cooperation from police and administration has added insult to the injury,” Lal said and added that the police were reluctant to concede that the temple had holy images and figurines.
“When the temple was reopened [after the PHC verdict] after almost six decades, we imported a figurine from India which cost us hundreds of thousands of rupees,” Lal claimed.
Haroon Sarblal, a representative of the Hindu community, condemned the incident as ‘unacceptable’. He called upon the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government to arrest the vandals and provide security guards for the temple.
“If the government wants the Hindu community to remain calm, it should arrest the vandals and punish them accordingly,” Sarblal told The News Agencies.
These acts of vandalism and desecration are a deliberate attempt to create communal tension in the city, he said. However, he vowed that the Hindu community would remain calm and record its protest peacefully.
No group has claimed responsibility for the vandalism – but past attacks on the shrines of Muslim Sufi saints and spiritual figures have been blamed on Taliban insurgents.

The families hailed from Golarchi in Badin, Raju Khanani in Tando Mohammad Khan, Shaikh Bhirkyo in Hyderabad and Thano Bula Khan in Jamshoro division. Qari Abdul Majeed converted the 37 men and 33 women and gave them new names.

Hinglaj Hindu Temple committee chairman kidnapped in Balochistan by suspected Islamists in the eve of Yearly Pilgrimage.

The chairman of the committee that manages the famous Hinglaj Mata temple in Balochistan province of southwest Pakistan has been kidnapped just two days before the beginning of the shrine’s annual pilgrimage, according to a media report today.
Maharaj Ganga Ram Motiyani was abducted at Lasbela in Balochistan by two men in police uniform.
His followers organised a protest outside the Karachi Press Club yesterday and demanded that the government take steps for his recovery.
“Motiyani’s kidnapping appears to be a conspiracy against Hindus since he was kidnapped two days before the gathering.
“He has not been kidnapped for ransom because he is a poor man,” Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, patron of the Pakistan Hindu Council and a former member of the Sindh Assembly, was quoted as saying by The Express Tribune daily.
Thousands of Hindus, including yatris from India, travel to the cave temple of Hinglaj Mata for a pilgrimage in April.
According to Hindu beliefs, Lord Vishnu cut the body of Sati with his flaming disc into 50 pieces, which fell to the earth. Sati’s head fell at Hinglaj.
Hindu leader Chandar Turshani said two men in police uniform arrived at Motiyani’s shop at 8.30 pm and said a senior police official wanted to meet him.
“We contacted the area police station within half an hour but he was not there,” Turshani said.
“When we spoke to Motiyani on his phone, he said that he was being taken to meet a major,” Turshani alleged.
Motiyani’s family lost contact with him after an hour.”The provincial and district governments have assured us that he will be rescued but we are clueless about why Motiyani was taken and what condition he is in,” said Turshani.

ISLAMABAD: Hindu girls are being forcibly kept in various madrassas in Sindh and are later forced to marry Muslims, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA Dr Azra Fazl told the National Assembly on Thursday. She was speaking on issue ofFaryal Shah (Rinkle Kumari)who was allegedly abducted and forced to marry and convert to Islam earlier this month in Sindh.
While speaking on the point of order, Fazl said that Hindus are facing a lot of challenges in Sindh. She stressed the need for legislation to protect minority rights and to end forced conversions.
Fazl, who is also the sister of President Asif Ali Zardari, highlighted the issue in the parliament at a time when her brother received a sharply-worded letter from California Congressman Brad Sherman urging him to take action to ensure the return of Faryal to her family, pursuant to reports that she had been abducted with the help of a PPP lawmaker.
Nafeesa Shah, another MNA from Sindh also endorsed her colleague’s idea and said that the parliament should introduce legislation on “forced conversions”. Various non-Muslims were being forced to accept Islam as being reported by the media, she observed.
“Protection of the minorities should be ensured as enshrined in the Constitution,” Shah added.
Majority of lawmakers including Lal Chand and Mehish Kumar representing minorities in the parliament expressed concerns over the kidnapping and forced conversions of Hindu girls. They said it was the right of every person to accept any religion but nobody can be forced in this regard.
MNA Justice (retd) Fakhar-un-Nisa stressed on the implementation of laws when it comes to solve the issue of minorities. “Minorities’ rights should be protected at all cost.”

Giving a policy statement on floor of the House, Minister of State for Interfaith Harmony and Minorities Affairs Akram Masih Gill said that the present government has taken unprecedented steps for the uplift and empowerment of minorities. “Parliament should enact a law to avoid forced conversions,” he remarked.

LAHORE: As many as 74 per cent of minority women living in Pakistan faced sexual harassment during 2010 and 2011, respectively, while 43 per cent complained about facing religious discrimination at workplaces, educational institutions and neighborhoods.
“Moreover, 27 per cent minority women (Christian and Hindu) faced discrimination in admissions to educational institutions and were forced to take Islamic studies for absence of any alternative subject,” National Commission for Justice and Peace (NCJP) Executive Director Peter Jacob disclosed this while launching a study titled ‘Life on the Margins’ conducted by the commission with rights activists, media and people from various walks of life at a local hotel on Wednesday.
The research, which was based on interviews of minority women, was led by Jennifer Jag Jivan and Mr Jacob while it was assessed by three prominent minority women, MNA Asiya Nasir, Ernestine C. Pinto and Pushpa Kumari, with the coordination of Sobia John.
Giving a briefing, Mr Jacob said the study looked into social, political and economic conditions of the minority women with the help of a baseline survey conducted in 26 districts of Punjab and Sindh, the two provinces where 95 per cent of minorities in the country lived.
“As many as 1,000 Hindu and Christian women were interviewed – the two communities forming 92 per cent of the entire minority population in Pakistan,” he added.
He said the study reviewed the literature available on minority women. Issues such as legal disparity, review of personal laws concerning minorities, religious and gender biases, forced conversions, lack of policy focus and segregated data were part of this study that affected everyday life of the minority women, he said. Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Dr Araish Kumar added to the conversation by saying that the minorities were being forced to read Islamic studies in Pakistan.
“Our students are being forced to read subject Islamiat in the government schools,” Kumar said adding, “If they refuse to study Islamic studies, they are struck off by the school administration.”

The Hindu community of Hyderabad celebrated Holi on Thursday.
Thousands gathered at the Acme Water Park to revel in the religious festival of painting people in powdered and watery colours.
“It’s an exhilarating experience,” exclaimed Dr Harichand Lal of the Hyderabad Hindu Panchayat, who organised the event with a monetary contribution from his community. He said many Hindu families from different parts of the province had come.
Although the event was celebrated at several different places in the city the Panchayat put up the biggest show of the day at the park. Small groups of young men roamed around in bikes and on foot, however, the main celebrations were restricted to their places of worship. Dr Lal said the Panchayat has been organising Holi regularly but the turnout was greater than any time before. Read details…..

On Thursday, as I made my way deep into the neighbourhood behind the train station at Drigh colony, I could hear music blaring from speakers. Once I reached the narrow lane, I saw people of all ages. Initially I hadn’t planned on taking part myself, as I had just planned to document it, but once I got my shots, I ended up joining in on the fun. ISLAMABAD |March 5, 2012 : As Allah is almighty, so abundantly gives the rights to abduct, rape, forcefully marry the Hindu BKG (Beautiful Kaffir Girls) by his Muslim followers as and when required. A total of 23 Hindus have been abducted in Balochistan province over the past few couple of days, forcing members of the minority community to migrate to other parts of Pakistan, an official has said.
Incidents of kidnapping for ransom and other heinous crimes have increased, Balochistan Home Secretary Naseebullah Bazai said.
Seventy people were abducted from Quetta Division alone during the past three months, he said.
Bazai told Dawn News channel that 53 of the 70 abducted people had been recovered while the others were yet to be traced.
He added that 23 members of the Hindu community were kidnapped from the province over a period of several months.
The rise in kidnappings had forced the Hindu community to migrate from Balochistan to other parts of the country, Bazai said.
An anti-kidnapping force had been formed to curb such incidents, he said.
Balochistan and Sindh provinces have sizeable Hindu populations.
Over the past few years, dozens of Hindus, most of them petty traders, have been kidnapped for ransom in Balochistan.
Several cases of forced conversion of Hindus have also been reported from Sindh.

Karachi | March 5, 2012 : As Allah’s Rule is there, who damn care for the attractive daughters of filthy Hindu Kaffirs, if are not tasted by an Islamic tongue? There is no protector for the Religious rights of Hindus in Pakistan in the cases of ‘Forced Conversions’ of Hindu Girls in Pakistan. Hindus in Pakistan have demanded immediate action against forcedconversions of Hindu girls in Pakistan. The leaders of the Pakistan Hindu Council appealed to the Pakistan government at a press conference on Thursday, to take action against forced conversions of Hindu girls to Islam in rural Sindh.
“Give us our Rinkle back. Give us the daughter of Sindh back,” demanded the relatives of the 17-year-old Hindu girl who was allegedly kidnapped, forced to convert and married to a Muslim boy last month.
Rinkle Kumari’s relatives came from Mirpur Mathelo in Ghotki district and staged a protest outside the Karachi press club on Sunday. Christians and Sikhs came out in support.

The protesters wore black armbands and held aloft well-written handmade posters saying ‘Where should we go?’ and ‘Send Rinkle to a Karachi women’s shelter’. They kept up a chant demanding her ‘release’. One of her maternal uncles, Raj Kumar, said furiously, “Pakistan Peoples Party MNA Mian Abdul Haq and his men abducted our daughter at gunpoint. We want justice.”
The family claims that Rinkle was kidnapped from her home in Mirpur Mathelo by Haq’s men on the night of February 24. She was then taken to Bharchundi Sharif, where Naveed Shah, a supporter of the politician, forced her to convert to Islam and married her, albeit without her consent, they say.
On February 25, the family says, Rinkle refused to go back with the kidnappers while recording her statement in court. But, they say, the court ignored her statement and decided in favour of the other party when it announced its decision two days later.
“We were not allowed to attend the proceedings when the judgment was passed,” said Kumar. “The judge conducted the hearing an hour before the official court timings and he passed the judgment in only half an hour.”
Enraged youngsters from Rinkle’s hometown demanded justice and said that she should be presented before a court again or be sent to a darul aman till a court takes a decision. They said that the chief justice of Pakistan should take suo motu notice in this case.
Another relative, Ravi Kumar, said that videos were uploaded on YouTube in which Haq’s men were seen to be celebrating by firing in the air. He said that the forced conversion of Hindu girls was common in Sindh’s countryside, with around 20 cases being reported every month.
Another supporter, Daya Ram, said that initially the police was not even ready to register an FIR. It was only after a two-hour protest on the Super Highway that the police relented and registered a case.
Pak Hindus protest. Islamic neighbours posed most dangerous everywhere. Some blunt headed Hindus still find good in Islam. It does not in vary in Pakistan, Bangladesh or India. Islam is always cruel and gruesome.
While parliamentarians from the ruling party did not pay heed to the protest, a Muttahida Qaumi Movement parliamentarian, Munawar Lal, came to show his support to the family. He said that he would walk out of the Sindh Assembly if Rinkle is not returned to her family. “We are tired of picking the bodies of our children, and seeing our women being taken away by criminals,” he declared as people behind him shouted ‘Nai chalay gee, nai chalay gee, ghunda gardhi nai chalay gee.’ It won’t be tolerated, this won’t be tolerated, this hooliganism won’t be tolerated.
“Is this the same Pakistan that Quaid-e-Azam and our people struggled for?” he asked.
Ramesh Kumar, the father of a 28-year-old doctor, Lata Kumari, who was kidnapped last week from DHA’s Phase II, was at the protest. Lata was on her way to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan.
The patron of Pakistan Hindu Council, Ramesh Kumar stressed that Hindus were peace-loving people. “But sadly these conversions, kidnappings and extortions every day make our lives miserable.”
Sardar Ramesh Singh pitched in by saying that no religion allowed their followers to convert others by force. “Even Islam does not allow it. Then, how can its followers indulge in such wrongdoing?”
From source, it is ascertained that only Sindh Province of Pakistan witnessed such case of abduction of Hindu-Sikh traders, spiritual leaders, house-wives, teen girls and others and cases of forceful conversion to Islam exceeding a limit of 350 registered in the different police stations in Sindh during 2011. And taking together with Balochistan and Sindh, such abduction, conversion and forced marriage have already crossed a mark of 100 in just two months in 2012. Getting redressal or justice from competent authority for the minorities in Pakistan including pity Hindus is an impossible fact as mandated by Almighty Allah.
Forced abductions and Islamic conversions of Hindus in Balochistan and Sindh put Hindus a serious persecution in Pakistan. When the persecuted Hindus from the troubled areas seek migration in another place or province of convenience, they face another threat and persecution by another band of Jihadis want to put Quranic ordeal to the kaffirs afresh. The Hindus of Pakistan in many places in Thars, Balochistan and other provinces leads a life of gypsies haunted by the Islamic persecutors. This fate of Pakistani Hindus cannot be denied anymore.
