The act has created an uproar amongst the opposition demanding for action to be taken against him. This communal Islamist, Shafiqur Rahman Barq is belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), a party established under the ideologies of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, known as the maker of Indian Constitution.

Shafiqur defended his act in a TV interview (CNN-IBN)  and said that he isn’t even sorry for his act and he feels he hasn’t done anything wrong. The Muslim MP said, “I won’t apologise to anyone. I respect the National Anthem, not the national song Vande Mataram. Vande Mataram is an ode to motherland. Muslims like me bend only before Allah, not before any other god or motherland.”

The speaker of the house Meira Kumar demanded for an explanation and asserted that such blatant disrespect for the National song should not be repeated.

“Members have no right to insult the National Song especially when they have taken oath. The Speaker has taken the right move by naming the MP. He has insulted Parliament,” BJP  leader Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters outside Parliament . BJP demands firm action against the communal MP belonging to Bajujan Samaj Party. But the reaction from BSP is still unavailable.

On the other hand, “India is a democracy, there is secularism here. Under secularism when there are 30 crore Muslims living in the country you have to be considerate towards their emotions as well,” a communal Barq said.

“I request that Muslims not be compelled to sing this song since it is against the Sharia.. the song tells people to bow before Bharat Mata and as it not to bow down to Allah, we will not sing it”,  he said.

Strangely enough, despite the opposition by some Muslim leaders to some of the words of the song, no other Muslim MP chose to express their opposition to the song in a similar manner.

However, Burq is no stranger to strange behaviour in Parliament when the occasion has demanded it. In the past, specifically December 2012, Burq waved a black flag in Parliament to protest against the Babri Masjid demolition.

A day after he walked out of Lok Sabha during the rendition of Vande Mataram, BSP MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq struck a defiant note saying he could not sing the song in view of his religious belief.

“I absent myself when Vande Mataram is played to avoid any awkward situation but here I was present when it was being played” – Barq said, indicating that he was caught in a situation that he normally ducks.

An angry Speaker Meira Kumar ticked off Barq for walking out during the national song when Parliament was being adjourned sine die on Wednesday. “One honourable member walked out when Vande Mataram was being played. I take very serious view of this. I would want to know why this was done. This should never be done again,” Kumar said.

Asked in a TV interview on Thursday how other Muslim MPs were present during the song, Barq parried the query saying that was a different matter but he couldn’t do the same.

With the issue having the potential of flaring into a political controversy, it remains to be seen how the BSP leadership reacts.

The BJP was quick to launch an offensive, calling Barq’s walkout “Taliban-like conduct”, adding that such leaders did not have the right to be parliamentarians or even citizens of the country.

“Every session of Parliament, which is the temple of democracy, starts with the national anthem and ends with the rendition of the national song Vande Mataram. This has been the practice since Independence. Unfortunately, the national song has been dishonoured,” BJP vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.

“By boycotting the national song, he has insulted the Constitution and its norms. Those who hate Vande Mataram not only have no right to be a part of Parliament but also have no right to live in this country,” Naqvi added.

ATTACK ON HINDU MAKKAL KATCHI AND HINDU MUNNANI BY THE ISLAMISTSUpananda Brahmachari, Kumar Chellappan & Aron Patriot | Chennai | April 20, 2013::  Normal life in four western districts of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur and Erode in Tamil Nadu came to a standstill on Friday following a dawn-to-dusk hartal (Bandh) called by various Hindu outfits. The strike was in protest against continued attacks on temples and leaders of Hindu organisations by various outfits masquerading as political parties.

What stood out this time was the decision of various Hindu Mutt heads to join the agitation. This is the first time Hindu monks came out openly supporting a hartal. Shops remained closed and public transport came to a grinding halt in all the districts. Pollachi, the agricultural town in Coimbatore saw pelting of stones at buses.

“Since November 2012, we have been seeing attacks on leaders of various Hindu outfits by workers and hired gangs of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), both representing hardline Islamic views,” said RSS spokesman J Sri Ram. He said the last fortnight saw many Hindu households coming under attack by the members and activists of these parties.

Last week saw the house of Arjun Sampath, leader of Hindu Makkal Katchi coming under attack. A petrol bomb was thrown at the residence of Sampath who had a providential escape. “I questioned the action of a SDPI councillor who damaged the portion of a 1000-year-old temple in Coimbatore. The SDPI ward member asked that the temple festival should not be held without the concurrence of the Coimbatore corporation authorities,” said Sampath.

Former Coimbatore MP and BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan said Hindus are selectively assaulted by the Islamic outfits. “A marriage hall where a wedding reception was in progress was attacked by SDPI workers. The police looked the other way when a complaint was filed,” said Radhakrishnan. He disclosed that Coimbatore district alone saw 23 love jehads during the last two years.

“Incidents of teenaged Hindu girls eloping with their boyfriends and get converted to Islam are on the rise in these districts. Though we are trying to counsel the young girls, they are yet to understand the  nuances involved in these inter-faith marriages,” said Swamy Kumara Guruparar of Koumara Mutt. Swamy, an apolitical person, blamed a section of the minorities for the attacks on Hindu leaders and households. “They have unleashed a reign of terror in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

REPORTS OF ATTACKS UPON HINDUS BY ISLAMISTS IN TAMILNADU

The house of H Raja too came under the attack by some militant organisations. “Muslim Manithaneya Katchi, a political outfit floated by Islamic militants, is an ally of the AIADMK Government. Its leader Jawaharullah is a member of Tamil Nadu Assembly and wield enormous power in southern districts,” said Sampath.

He said the Islamic outfits have been encouraged by the Government’s move to ask the director of the movie Tuppakki to delete certain scenes. “Even the Viswaroopam row ended up with these organisations having the last laugh. The Government itself is helpless in handling these organisations,” he said.

Swamy Marudachala Adikalar of Perur Elayapattam, said the Islamic militancy in the region dates back to the early 70s. “We maintained silence all these years. The time has come to speak out openly since more and more activists and leaders of Hindu organisations are coming under attack,” said the Swamy.

Both Radhakrishnan and Sampath pointed out those colonies with Islamic names are mushrooming all over the textile city. “Billal Nagar and Ahmed Nagar sprang up overnight. The earlier name of these entities was Kruparajan Koil Street. One need not elaborate how they sprang up,” said Sampath.

According to Radhakrishnan, there is lack of coordination between police and intelligence department. “There is no understanding  and cohesion  between them. Isn’t it surprising to note that nobody has been arrested till date for these attacks?” asked Radhakrishnan.

To make the government take action against Jihadi outfits and such attackers of Hindus Hindu Munnani had successfully observed a warning Bandh  in Coimbatore, Ooty and Tirupur, Erode and some other places against both the Political Islamists and  Anti Hindu Political Parties in Tamil Nadu and Deccan.

Indian Mujahideen hand becomes clearer in Hyderabad blasts.

By Bharti Jain, Deeptiman Tiwary & Vishwa Mohan, TNN | Feb 23, 2013 | NEW DELHI:: As investigators trawl the devastated spots in Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar for clues to Thursday’s twin blasts, a debate has begun in the home ministry over whether the terror attack could have been prevented.

According to reports reaching here, there is no breakthrough yet for the investigators. “We are still groping in the dark,” a senior home ministry official familiar with the details of the probe said. However, there was relief after it turned out that some of the CCTV cameras in the ill-fated locality were functional at the time of the explosions on Thursday evening and, therefore, might be holding pointers.

Senior sources disputed reports that the wires of CCTV cameras had been snapped four days ago.

The MHA had fewer doubts on Friday about the involvement of Indian Mujahideen in the attack. The bombs carried the signature of IM. Both the devices were packed with ammonium nitrate and shrapnel with a timer mechanism: the staple of IM bomb-makers. The use of cycles to strap bombs has also been an IM trademark since November 2007 when they attacked courts in UP.

Both bombs were designed to ensure that the impact of explosions was concentrated on one side: again a stock in trade for IM which has used boat-shaped devices earlier in order to maximize casualties.

Faced with allegations of intelligence failure in Parliament, home minister Sushilkumar Shinde pointed out that the Centre has issued a series of alerts to authorities in Hyderabad about a possible terrorist reprisal against the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.

The first advisory went out on Saturday, alerting states against the threat of United Jehad Council to launch a fresh terror campaign against India to avenge Guru’s hanging. The message was amplified by Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed.

Although the first alert was general in nature, intelligence agencies, acting on basis of intercepts, refined it to caution that Hyderabad, along with Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Hubli and certain places in Gujarat and Maharashtra, could be on the hit list of terrorists desperate to make good their threat.

This message highlighting the threat to Hyderabad was sent on February 19. The following day, Intelligence Bureau asked the states to step up vigil at places which were known to be on the radar of terrorists and had been recced.

Centre’s concern, prompted by clear inputs according to Shinde, that a terrorist strike could be in the works manifested itself again on February 20, when it repeated that Hyderabad could be among the likely targets along with other places.

The same anxiety led the government to sound the same alert anew on Thursday morning just eight hours before the bombs went off in Hyderabad, killing at least 16 and maiming many more.

Dilsukhnagar fitted the bill, having been surveyed by an IM module as recently as last year. Delhi Police had on the basis of testimonies of two alleged IM terrorists, Syed Maqbool and Imran, told Andhra authorities that the locality was recceed as recently in July last year.

Sources in the home ministry said that the emphasis on the sites which had already been reconnoitered reflected the assessment that the terrorists were under pressure to do something spectacular sooner than later and, hence, focussed on locales they were already familiar with.

Centre refrained from blaming the state government, with Shinde saying in Rajya Sabha that the calm professionalism of AP cops was worth emulating. But many in his own ministry wondered whether cops could have prevented the carnage by upping their guard in response to a series of advisories. There was also puzzlement about the reasons why they failed to do so despite the fact that terrorists had targeted the same spot in 2007.

The last attempt failed only because the device planted by IM terrorists failed to go off, sparing the locality the devastation caused by the bombs the same module led by Riyaz Bhatkal had planted at Gokul Chat Bhandar and Lumbini Park.

According to sources, one possible explanation could be the fatigue among cops over having to deal with the same kind of alerts over and over again. They said the counter-terror advisories issued in the wake of Guru’s hanging were not different from those which were sent after Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab was sent to the gallows in November.

The alerts issued after Kasab’s execution had mentioned Hyderabad along with Bangalore and Coimbatore among the vulnerable spots. Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Shinde emphasized that the Centre had strong reasons to hoist the caution sign higher after February 19 and afterwards. If this was the case, the authorities clearly failed to impress the urgency upon the men at ground zero

Sources said that the routine of having to respond to the same kind of cues repeatedly could not but lead to a dulling of response: a vulnerability which could be exploited by a terrorist group set on a particular target as has been the case with IM and Dilsukhnagar. The predominantly Hindu locality with a history of communal tension has been consistently targeted by terrorists since 1999 when they unsuccessfully planted a bomb there.

The terrorists returned again in 2002 when a bomb claimed two lives. Residents were lucky in 2007 when the bomb planted there did not go off, but the determined group had had their way on Thursday.

Rajat Pandit | TNN | Jan 15, 2013 | New Delhi :: India on Monday demonstrated its renewed resolve to fight fire with fire along the volatile Line of Control, directing all its battalion commanders on the fiercely-contested boundary to retaliate with all their might if the Pakistani Army provokes them by violating the ceasefire or pushing militants into J&K.

“I expect all my commanders on the LoC to be aggressive and offensive in face of provocation and fire…No passivity is expected from them. Their response has to be measured and for effect,” said a tough-talking General Bikram Singh, a day ahead of Army Day celebrations.

The fact that the Army chief issued an unequivocal warning to Pakistan to cease and desist from misadventures along the border is a confirmation there is going to be no immediate de-escalation of tension, especially as a defiant Pakistan refused to own up to the beheading of an Indian soldier and mutilation of another’s body by its elite SSG commandos on January 8.

Speaking around the same time that Pakistan brushed aside India’s charges at the brigadier-level flag meeting at the Chakkan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district, Gen Singh accused Islamabad of resorting to “outright lies”.

Pakistani Army’s cross-border raid on January 8 was a “premeditated and pre-planned” operation that would have needed at least 10 days of preparation and reconnaissance, he said. The Indian jawan’s beheading was a “gruesome, most unpardonable act” that went against the “basic ethics” of soldering and tenets of the Geneva Convention, he added. >>Read details in TOI.

Indian Army Chief warns Pakistan, says will choose the time and place to retaliate.

New Delhi | Jan 15, 2013 :: Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh hit out strongly at Pakistan over the killing of two Indian soldiers and continuous ceasefire violation. He warned Pakistan that the Indian Army will retaliate to Pakistan’s attack. “I have given very categorical directions to the Northern Command. When we are provoked we shall respond immediately. I expect my commanders to be aggressive in the face of firing. We will retaliate to Pakistan’s attack at a place and time of our choosing,” General Bikram Singh said.

Talking tough against Pakistan, General Bikram Singh rejected Pakistan’s claims of an Indian operation at the Line of Control killing one soldier. “No operation was carried out by the Indian Army on January 6 as claimed by Pakistan,” General Bikram Singh said.

He called the killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistan ‘gruesome’ and ‘unpardonable’ and said beheading the soldier was unacceptable. “This incident has had strategic nuances, beheading our soldiers is not acceptable. The act was against ethics and principles of rules of engagement,” General Singh said. He added that India will register a strong protest at the flag meet of the two countries.

General Bikram Singh also said that Pakistan Army’s attack in Mendhar was pre-planned.

The long awaited flag meeting between Indian and Pakistani commanders in the Poonch sector will take place on Monday afternoon. India had requested for the Brigadier-level flag meet in an attempt to ease the tension at the India-Pakistan border. >>Read details in IBN Live.

Swami Vivekananda’s 150th birth anniversary celebrated in Bengal.

SV-22 [CHICAGO, SEPT 1893]IANS | Kolkata | Jan 12, 2012 :: Cultural programmes, a tableau depicting his teachings and colourful processions marked the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Vivekananda in West Bengal Saturday.

The celebrations started early in the morning at his ancestral house in the city’s Shimla Street, where people from all walks of life assembled to pay homage. A colourful procession, taken out mostly by school children, wound its way through the city’s streets.

Governor M.K. Narayanan paid floral tributes to Vivekananda while his predecessor Gopal Krishna Gandhi was present at the monk’s ancestral house.

At the Belur Math – the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda – the day was celebrated as Youth Day.

At the Math located in Howrah district’s Belur, the celebrations started with mangalarati, special worship, homa, meditation, devotional songs and religious discourses. Here too school children took out a procession. >>Read details here.

Swami Vivekananda’s 150th birth anniversary celebrated in Kerala.

Kozhikode | January 12, 2013 | The Hindu ::  The 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Vivekananda that will begin on Saturday will be marked by a Mahashobhayatra and around 20 Shobhayatras in Kozhikode district.

Chairman of the celebration committee Prabhakaran Paleri will inaugurate the Mahashobhayatra in Kozhikode city at 4 p.m. on Saturday on the Sreekanteshwara temple premises. Shobhayatras that begin from Arayidathupalam, Nadakkavu, and Thiruvani temple and Tali temple will converge with the Mahashobhayatra at various points in the city and will conclude on the Muthalakkulam ground by 6 p.m.

Head of Adwaithashram in Kolathur Swami Chidanandapuri will speak on the occasion. Children dressed as Swami Vivekananda and tableaux on various incidents from his life will be part of the Mahashobhayatra.

Besides Kozhikode city, Shobhayatras will be held at Eramala, Vadakara, Puthuppanam, Nadapuram, Kuttiyadi, Perambra, Koyilandy, Chengottukavu, Thikkodi, Peruvayal, Kuttikkattor, Kundamangalam, Narikkuni, Ullyeri, Atholi, Unnikulam, Thamarasseri, Puthuppadi, Balusseri, and Mukkom. >>Read details here.

Assam observes 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

PTI | Guwahati | January 12, 2013  ::  Tezpur University Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Amarjyoti Choudhury today exhorted GenNext to respond to the ideals of Swami Vivekananda who dreamt of a vibrant and strong India.

Describing Vivekananda as a visionary, Choudhury urged the youth to follow Swamiji’s call to discipline their lives for the development of the country.

“We need engineers, doctors scientists, teachers who do not work only for themselves but for the eradication of poverty and hunger and welfare of the country following Vivekananda’s ideals,” the educationist said.

Attending the year-long programme organised here to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, Choudhury said his ideals were relevant considering the prevailing situation in the country.

Vaishnavite monastry Barpeta Sattra’s head Bashishtha Dev Sarma emphaised the need for value based society which could change the future of the nation.

India celebrates 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

ANI |  New Delhi | Sat Jan 12 2013 ::  To commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on Saturday, a number of functions are being held across the country.

President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the anniversary celebrations at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi and release a set of commemorative coins and stamps.

UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi along with several Union Ministers will be present on the occasion.

A National Committee under the Chairmanship of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was constituted to consider policies, lay down guidelines for the anniversary commemoration and decide on the time frame for related activities.

Madhya Pradesh will observe Swami Vivekanand”s 150th birth anniversary year from January 12 by establishing Vivekananda Youth Centres at district and development block levels.

Swami Vivekananda born as Narendra Nath Datta was a key figure in the introduction of Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the western world.

He was also credited with raising interfaith awareness, bringing Hinduism to the status of a major world religion in the late 19th century.

Swami Vivekananda 150th birth anniversary celebration at Chicago.

It was here that he got international recognition for himself, for India’s Vedanta and Vedic spirituality and for Hinduism with his maiden powerful “Sisters and Brothers of America” speech at the World’s Parliament of Religions on that historic day – September 11, 1893.

Chicago immortalizes Swami Vivekananda with many landmark monuments like Swami Vivekananda Vedanta Society of Chicago and Sri Ramakrishna Universal Temple in Homer Glen, a larger-than-life size bronze statue of Swami Vivekananda and the Vivekananda Spiritual Center at the Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago in Lemont, a bronze plaque at the  Art Institute of Chicago  commemorating his historic address at the World’s Parliament of Religions.  The City of Chicago has also immortalized Swami Vivekananda by naming a long stretch of prestigious downtown marketplace Michigan Avenue. Swami Vivekananda and the making of modern India.

By Amiya Prosad Sen | Jan 12, 2013 | TOI :: In several ways, the life and work of Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902) mark the historical process of India rediscovering herself in modern times. These are also emblematic of the ways in which a tradition modernizes or creates alternative forms of modernity. Today, as the nation celebrates the 150th birth anniversary of the Swami, it is only apt that we critically reflect on his life and legacy.

Generally speaking, his contribution to India and to the larger world may be summed up in four ways. First, in modern India, it was Vivekananda who first emphasized that our everyday lives would become more meaningful only when spiritualized. It was in this spirituality that he re-discovered, as it were, India’s message to herself and to the world. For Vivekananda, this spiritual self-realization led to people more fully realizing their own potentialities. Especially in the context of a colonized society like that of 19th century India, this was tantamount to men and women locating greater self-belief in themselves.

The human soul being free, suggested Vivekananda, more than compensated for the loss of political freedom.

Second, even though the Swami rejected political praxis and West inspired social and religious reforms, his essential message was the empowerment of the people: through education, collective thought and action but above all, realizing he underlying unity of all human existence. In the Hindu tradition, ascetic detachment from the world had been criticized even before Vivekananda but it was he who first actively joined the idea of individual renunciation to committed social service. >>Read details here.

Arrest AkbaruddinAIMIM (All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen), shortly known as MIM’s Deputy Leader and  MLA  of Chandrayangutta, Akbaruddin Owaisi returned to the country from London on Monday morning. Owaisi has sought 4 days time from the police to appear before it in connection with a case filed against him concerning the hate speech he delivered last month at Nrmal in Adilabad District on 24-12-2012.

According reports, MIM activists were present in large numbers to give a rousing reception to the firebrand leader at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad,  about 22 km south of downtown Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Police had made elaborate ‘bandobust’  arrangements for Owaisi’s return to the city. But not arrested the culprit.

However, police are yet to take a call on his request, a senior police officer said, adding the decision on whether to grant him the permission will be taken at a senior level.

Earlier, MIM workers turned up in large number at Shamshabad airport here where Owaisi landed early this morning. The MLA was reportedly in London for his treatment.

As part of further probe into two cases, notices were issued to Owaisi on January 4 and he was directed to appear before investigation officers of Nirmal (Rural) police in Adilabad district today (January 7) and before the Nizambad II Town police on January 8. Another notice was served on Owaisi by the Osmania University Police directing him to appear before them on January 10.

Two FIRs were registered suo moto at Adilabad and Nizamabad districts while a third case was filed against the MLA by Osmania University Police following a court directive after the Floor Leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly had allegedly used inflammatory and derogatory language against a particular community during his public speeches last month.

Akbaruddin has been booked under IPC sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, language etc. and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) and 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs).

He has also been booked under IPC section 121 (waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India).

Clearly, Mr Akbaruddin has failed to maintain the direction of Police as  Nirmal police had summoned the MLA to appear before them on January 7 in relation to a case booked against him for the hate speech delivered there during a public meeting on December 24.

As a precautionary measure, the Nirmal Town police have imposed Section 144 (prohibit assembly of five or more persons) of the Criminal Procedure Court from 6am to 6pm on Monday. As a convoy of 30 to 40 vehicles is likely to follow Akbaruddin Owaisi’s vehicle to Nirmal, commissioners and SPs of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been told to remain on high alert from Sunday night.

Police would also beef up security at the Nampally court premises on Monday as two separate petitions related to hate speeches of Akbaruddin and Togadia would come up for hearing on Monday.Hyderabad police and their counterparts in Ranga Reddy, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been asked to remain on alert and intercept private vehicles following Owaisi’s vehicle wherever possible.

But there is amply scope to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi without delay for the 12 points reasons for framing serious charges against him under 109, 115/116, 118, 119, 121, 131, 147, 149, 153, 153-A, 153- B,  295, 295-A,  298 of IPC;  108, 151 Cr. P. C and other attracted provisions of Indian Constitution.  

1. Insulting Hindu Temples (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A  295, 295-A, 296,  298, 153, 153 A IPC and  108, 151 Cr. P. C.) : He says ” In Hindustan, we (Muslims) ruled for 1000 years and we left our symbols. Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Agra Fort, Qutub Minar, Charminar, Golkonda and hundreds of other symbols. The world comes to Hindustan to see our symbols. The people from the world do not come to see Ram and Krishna Mandirs” .

2. Claiming that Indian Muslims have the legacy of the invaders (123, 124-A, 131, 142, 171-F, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511).  He says”When we ruled for 1000 years, we were not even 1 crore, now we are 25 crores Why are we silent now ? Every Pundit and Pujari used to offer salaam (salute) to us. The 4 minars of Charminar show that the East-West-North-South were dominated by us” .

3. Justifying Terror attacks (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511) : He Says “Terror attacks happened, bomb blasts happened – they were wrong. But Oh Hindustan if you had not allowed destruction of Babri Masjid, then the bomb blasts at Mumbai would also were not happened. Every action has a reaction. I am not for any particular sect, I am only for Muslims. We will think about secularism only after Babri masjid is rebuilt.”

 4.  Spreading wrong Information about legal system (195 IPC 203,IPC section 2-c and 15 of contempt of court act, 1971, section 228, 340 Cr. P. C. and  TADA) : He says ” Ajmal Kasab was hanged. I don’t want to go into a debate on his hanging. Why was he hanged ? He came from Pak came into India, killed 200 civilians and he was hanged. In Gujarat, the person who killed 2000 Muslims – no case has been filed against him. If there is any law in this country, then the way you have hanged Kasab, you must hang Modi. We want to see Modi as hanged out.  This Muslim of Andhra gives a call that if Muslims unite then Modi will also be hanged.”

5. Justifying Bangladeshi Infiltration into Assam (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440 and  511) : He says ” In Assam, the riots happened using AK-47 on Muslims. You say they are Bangladeshi. If the Muslims are Bangladeshi, who are you Advani ? You ran away and came to India. We Muslims of this country did not run away anywhere. “

 6. Insulting Hindu customs (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A  295, 295-A, 296,  298, 153, 153 A IPC and 108, 151 Cr. P. C) : He says “This country was ours and will remain ours.” ( he stated earlier that the country was ruled by Babar, Shah Jahan & Aurangzeb and they are their followers)”. He says further “ If in case we go, we will take Taj, Qutub Minar, Red fort. What will be left ? The dilapidated Ram Mandir of Ayodhya, the nude paintings of Ajanta-Ellora ! What else be left ? When we die, we are buried because we have love for the land. When you die, you are cremated and mix with the nature like vagabonds.”

 7.Threatening a democratically elected CM (171 -G of IPC) : He says “There are many such Modis who have come and gone. Modi, come to Hyderabad once and we will show you. Tasleema Nasreen came, no one knows where she is. She ran away. The same will be  happened to Modi.”

 8. Encouraging Violence and Call To Muslims to Kill Hindus (153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B , 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says” Hindustan –We are 25 crores, you are 100 crores. Remove the police for 15 minutes and we will show you who has more courage and strength. ( Crowd rises up in standing ovation ) Why are you afraid ? When something happens ( meaning riots), I get phone calls. Nobody calls and tells me- “This happened and I did this and now you take care”. Take action – don’t fear. Today, I have this mike in front of me. If tomorrow I hold something else, then there will be so much of bloodshed in this country which this country has not seen in the last 1000 years.”

 9. Insulting National Heroes & Hindu sentiments (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says “In Ayodhya , there are 3 mandirs where people claim that Ram was born here. In Haryana, Kaushalyapuram there are places where people say Ram was born here. Oh Vajpayee, Oh Advani, tell us where all did Ram’s mother go. They say Ram was born 15 Lakhs years ago. How do they know what happened so many lakhs of years when we are unable to track even 200 years of history ?”

He further says ” There are many pujas that they( Hindus) do. Rama, Lakshman, Durga..how many more. I knew Lakshmi but who is Bhagyalakshmi ? What sort of names are these ? I dont want to spoil the atmopshere of this pious program by taking this manhoos(ill-fated) names – (names of Hindu gods and goddesses) ” !

10. Supporting  cow slaughter and promoting  beef eating (STATE OF GUJARAT VERSUS /// 2005 7 JUDGES SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT WILL ATTRACT with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):  He says ” If only they ( Hindus) also eat the beef, they will realise how tasty it is. We are eating it and we love it. We will not compromise ” .

11. Threat to taking away National Monuments outside India (INDIAN MONUMENTS PRESERVATION ACT. 1904, . ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA 1951 AND 1958  ACTS  with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says, “swearing in the name of Allah, We will not leave this Hindustan any way at our first priority. But, if we leave this land anyway, we will not go away with empty hands. We will take away the Tajmahal, Lal Quila and Qutub Minar as well.”

12. Defaming and Inciting against Indian Army and its role declaring Indian Army as “Na Maard” (WAGING WAR 121, 131, 133, 135 with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511):   He says, ” what in the numbers of Thousands, Lacs or Crores of impotent, they cannot give birth of anybody. When the public cannot challenge us and Muslims shows their bigger strength,  these Army of impotent come to combat us”.

But the deafening silence of Political parties promoting Muslim appeasements and the authorities under the pressure of Indian politics are totally unsuccessful to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi to put him into jail, which is the right place to tame down such an rabid Islamic Jihadi against Indian Majority people, its Constitution, Army and peaceful social structure.

We are also surprised to see that no Hindu Organisations  have their specific legal cell to pull down such subversive and anti Hindu elements making such bigger conspiracy against Hindustan and creating new horizon of destructive Jihad against Bharat and its people.

ANYWAY, ARREST AKBARUDDIN OWAISI WITHIN THREE DAYS, OTHERWISE WE MAY HAVE TO FACE A SEVERE RETALIATION AGAINST THIS ANTI INDIAN AKBARUDDIN IN A FIERCE MODE. JAI HIND.

Sir Creek AreaSurat | 12-12-12 :: A burnt child dreads the fire. But both the refugees in Delhi (one from Lahore  and another from Karachi) have forgotten their burnt tents either. The shaky Prime Minister of India and the de-facto Leader of Opposition had nothing to say in the Parliament about the hand over the ‘Sir Creek’ area of Gujarat until it is spoken by Lion of Gujarat Sri Narendra Modi. Hermetically saying I had not a clear idea about this before. But, now it is known that Government of India is planning to settle away this strategical and resourceful ‘Sir Creek’ area to Pakistan on 15th of this month.  At least Sri Narendra Modi, the two times Chief Minister (nobody hesitates for the 3rd round) of Gujarat is saying as such.

GOI have adopted the ‘King Shivi’ policy. According to Indian mythology, King Shivi offered his own flesh cutting from his thigh to an Eagle when a pigeon was saved by the King from the clutch of that Eagle. That Eagle claimed equal portion of flesh that of the pigeon as proportionate meal. Considering the  Eagle as a hungry guest ( as guests are treated as God in Indian consideration), King Shivi did that job of unique sacrifice.

Our Dhilliwala Kings are doing that job in a separate way. Not disturbing their grain of self-interest, they are trying to cut the limbs of our Mother land in order to offer them to our guests coming from neighbouring countries. As per source, Delhi Kings are ready now to offer now the ‘Sir Creek’ regions to the visiting Interior Minister of Pakistan on coming Saturday.

In earlier instances the most unpatriotic Govt in Delhi tried in Sept, 2011 to transfuse (read sell) some blood of our motherland through Teesta water agreement with Bangladesh. But, for a stern rebuff of Mamata Banerjee, the CM of West Bengal, the Manmohan Singh Govt could not materialize that cunning policy to a make desert in West Bengal. For their expansive and innovative thoughts in UPA ( United Progressive Alliance led by Congress), perhaps they tried to expansion of ‘Thar desert’ from Rajasthan to West Bengal.  Bizarre annoyance of Monmohan didn’t affect anything to Mamata Didi. But, for that turmoil Congress Govt in Delhi could not propose to offer some border lands of West Bengal and Assam to our eastern neighbour publicly at the time of exchange the Chittmahals with Bangladesh.

When the Kashmir Interlocutors (Dilip Padgaonkar, Radha Kumar & Co.) tabled their proposal to settle Kashmir Problem, it seemed to us that the so called interlocutors found a perpetual solution of Kashmir Problem. The interlocutors submitted their report on 12 October, 2011.  The Home ministry after suppressing the report for 7 months made it public only on 24 May 2012. They think, if the Kashmir is kept out of the Indian territory, how Kashmir problem can give us a headache all along. While Hurriyat (Liberation-Freedom) is given to Kashmir, it will be kept outside Indian Jurisdiction (though they told a fake control of India over Kashmir), the problem of Kashmir will be removed. But, as RSS vehemently opposed and BJP summarily rejected the Interlocutors proposals, we still see Kashmir within Indian Map, though disputed.

On 10th Dec., our venerated External Affairs Minister, Salman Khurshid had a great realization to cut short Indian territory for its good administration over undisputed areas. Mr. Khurshid opines, “India has to accept China’s presence in ‘exclusive’ areas“. This great saying of our Foreign Minister means the acceptance of Chinese claim over Arunachal Pradesh and Siachen.  But, not a meaningful retaliation came from any sides of strategic experts or from the political opposition, may be busy for the Gujarat elections.

Now, the blow came from Gujarat itself.  On 12th December 2012 at Bapunagar in Ahmedabad, Narendra Modi alleged the stealthy handover of  ’Sir Creek’ regions to Pakistan on 15th Dec. In 1965, the Pak invaders tried to enter India through this area to attack our people in the western side. Pakistan is claiming this bordering land of  9,000 sq kms which is not only strategically important for security reasons, these creek beds are enriched with natural gas and mineral oils and also the livelihood means of thousands of fishermen of Gujarat. Though Modi alleged the handover and Monmohan rubbished the matter of ‘Sir Creek’ area, this long pending land and boundary dispute with Pakistan also comes on as the operative part in the de-section table.

It is an irony that the Indian citizens are not lucky enough to know the borders of their own country in actualities. Govt. of India should draft a new map of India and place it to the Nation, if they have not the problem with Indian territory. Otherwise, the riff-raff persons like us cannot be sanguine about borders. The patriotic people of India are determined not to loose an inch of sacred land which we got in Hindusthan through a sacrifice of our forefathers and warriors in freedom struggle.

India has long suffered at the hands of jihadists. At least 80 million Hindus have been slaughtered in jihadi wars. Centuries of persecution, oppression, genocide.

The history of India is teeming with Muslim monsters such as Timur the Terrible, who paraphrased the Koran: “‘O prophet, make war against the infidels and treat them severely.’ My great object in invading Hindustan (India) had been to wage a religious war against the infidelHindus.” And he did. Hundreds of thousands of Hindus were beheaded and towers made of their skulls. The warrior Babur was particularly fond of raising higher and higher towers of Hindu heads that the Muslims had cut off during and after every battle. He loved to sit in his royal tent and watch this spectacle. On one such occasion, the ground flowed with so much blood “and became so filled with quivering carcasses that his tent had to be moved thrice to a higher level.” (That’s from The Koran and the Kafir, by A. Ghosh.) He only missed the “merit” ofdemolishing temples and breaking symbols and images because his predecessor Firuz Tughlak hardly left any for him in the territories he traversed.

The record of jihad in India is extremely and unimaginably bloody. Mahmud of Ghazni, Mohammed Ghori, Firuz Tughlak, Timur, Muzaffar Shah, Mahmud Begarha, Mahmud Khalji, Ilyas Shah, Babur, Sher Shah Suri, Akbar the Great, Jahangir, Shah Jahan, Aurangzib, Abdali, Tipu Sultan, Siraj-ud-Daula, and so many others all persecuted, humiliated, tortured, terrorized, and slaughtered the Hindus throughout Islamic history in India.

The war against the infidel in India is monstrous, unremitting, and constant to the present day. From Mumbai to Kashmir, all over India north and south, the jihad rages..(more here.)

NEW DELHI | Aug 29, 2012 : The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the plea of Ajmal Kasab in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case and upheld the sentence of death penalty awarded by the Bombay high court.

Kasab and his nine fellow jihadis had attacked CST railway station, Cama Hospital, Vinoli Chaupati junction, Oberoi Hotel, Taj Hotel, Nariman House and Leopold cafe in Mumbai on November 26, 2008 resulting in killing of 166 people and injuring 238 others.

A two-judge bench of the apex court pronounced the judgement at 10.30am.
The bench said the first and foremost crime committed by Kasab was that he participated in a conspiracy to wage war against India.

The hell of Islamic Jihad is sprawling all over India to simply burn out the Hindu Kafirs here. And unfortunately Hindus are voluntarily jumping to that Islamic hell of fire in an utmost embarrassment.

In the row of so called protest over the killings and riots against Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar and the illegal Bangladeshi Muslims in Kokrajhar, Assam, their Indian Counterpart waged a jahadi war against the State and public in general. By the by, these Rohingya Muslims are also the illegal Muslim population migrated from Bangladesh and have established a huge settlement of 4500 Rohingyas in the capital city of India,Delhi.

As per available information, 50,000 illegal BD Muslims have been efficiently disappeared from the North Bengal bus stops, railway stations, markets, urban and rural areas and obviously from the refugee camps for Kokrajhar victims (?), so warmly maintained by the West Bengal Govt and ruling TMC party as well. As per record these migrant BD Muslims are the head ache for the State administration from United Kingdom to United States. While the Bangladesh Govt. is negating the entry of Rohingyas in  BD, the Muslim leaders in India have lost their sound sleep in these matters.

The Indian Muslims are crying and retaliating for the illegal Myanmar and Kokrajhar Muslims. Ferocious Muslim leaders are raising a hue and cry in the state assemblies and Indian parliament for the rehabilitation of these illegal intruders as a new contingent of Islam to fight against the Indian Nation to break it up with fresh formation new Pakistans.

The anti national Muslims of Ranchi attacked the unwarranted Indian public all on a sudden to the Myanmar Muslim issue on Friday, 10th August; the Muslims of  Mumbai plan fully gathered in Friday’s weekly prayer at Azad Maidan to protest the violence in Assam, while the Raza Academy also convened a protest meeting on Saturday (11/08/2012) to retaliate over Rohingya killings at Myanmar.

Sources disclosed that Raza Academy members were stunned to see the crowd swelling from their expected 1,000-odd number to over 50,000. Though police ascertains only a 12-15 thousand mob did all these holy Islamic activities against the State and its people. Mainly Kashmir, Assam and Myanmar Muslims were in the main agenda to provoke Jihad in the Muslim psyche to dismantle the total Police and Administration in Mumbai city.

The agitation was supported by other organisations like Sunni Jamaitul Ulma and Jamate Raza-e-Mustafa. Awami Vikas Party (AVP), a political outfit floated by former police officer Shamsher Khan Pathan, also took part in the protest.

As per reports Maulana Gulam Abdul Kadri (U.P) was main Culprit for Mumbai menace on 11/8 Mumbai riots, whose inflammatory speech changed the situation so virulent.  When Maulana Gulam Abdul Kadri was giving a provocative speech, a mob of around 3,000 became agitated and came out of the Azad Maidan with banners, flags and bamboos in their hands and raised slogans. They were joined by a group of 1,000 young men who came out of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station. They raised slogans, used abusive language, and soon turned violent despite the police’s appeals for peace, the report stated. It is believed that the mob too wanted to join the protest.

Senior police officials said they were in the process of ascertaining if any provocative speech was made from the dais that instigated the mob. Official sources said 17 speakers were on the dais during the protest. Only five had finished their speeches. When the fifth speaker — Maulana Kadri — was giving a provocative speech, he was allegedly stopped by a policeman. The speeches made by Maulana Niyamat Noori, Guddu Bhaiyya, Maulana Akhtar Ali, Maulana Amanullah Barkati and Maulana Gulam Abdul Kadri are under the police scanner. The police said that if their speeches were found to be provocative, they would be arrested and booked under Section 153(a) of the Indian Penal Code. According to the report, the rioters allegedly molested women constables on duty, snatched two Self-Loading Rifles and one service revolver, 160 live rounds of cartridges, including 150 rounds of SLR and 10 rounds of service revolver. They also desecrated the ‘Amar Jawan’ memorial at CST and tried to burn down police vans with policemen in them. “It was sheer luck that we were able to rescue the policemen from the vans. The mob had locked them in and was not allowing them to come out,” a senior police officer told. Unofficially, it has been ascertained that 50,000 Muslims of Mumbai were participated and helped the rioters  in various ways.

The police arrested 23 people in connection with Saturday’s violence at the Azad Maidan rally that left two people dead and many injured.

All have been booked for rioting, murder and attempt to murder, molestation of women constables and damaging public property and media’s OB Vans etc. Media personnel were also put in a severe attacks.

All the 23 rioters so far arrested by Mumbai Police are devout Muslims and fanatic  Jihadis, some of them exploited and  vandalised the iconic Amar Jawan Jyoti memorial near CST.

Now Mumbai police, having drawn flak for its massive failure to contain the riots on Saturday, is now going on an overdrive to nab the miscreants.According to reports, the entire force and its network is hot on the heels of these unidentified protestors, who kicked at the memorial, smashed it with a lathi, and then damaged the rifle and helmet inside the fibre glass casing.

Mumbai might have been organised at the behest of elements linked to All India United Democratic Front. AIDUF chief and perfume baron Badruddin Ajmal, who represents the Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency, has been demanding dissolution of the Bodo Territorial Council, saying that its structure was skewed against non-Bodos (or Bengali-speaking Muslims) who formed the majority. Ajmal is said to have wide business interests in Mumbai. However, Ajmal has denied any AIUDF link to the violence in Mumbai. In these days Badruddin Ajmal of AIUDF and Asaduddin Owaisi, MP of Hyderabad and Leader of AIMIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) are going hand to hand to polarize Muslim vote bank and communalize the Indian Politics as Muslim League’s strategy as before.

Curfew in four areas in Bareilly,  UP. 

In a very shrewd manner, the Muslims of India are now crying purposely for victim of Assam or Myanmar Muslims only to rouse a crude communal feelings in Muslims society so that the major portion of them can start a direct action against Hindus of their prime localities.

In this connection the riot situations have been plotted in Ranchi (Jharkhand) and Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) also. The frenzy Muslim Mob directly attacked vehicles, shops and public life in Albert Ekka Chowk in Ranchi on Friday (10-08-2012) in the matter of Myanmar and Assam Muslims. But, in Bareilly the Jihadi Muslims foiled with Hindus over a Janmastami (Birth day of Lord Krishna)  procession on (11-08-20112) and the Muslims speakers started provocation with the reference of Myanmar and Assam incidents. 

Understanding these unholy design of Muslim provocateurs, we have to ugly and subversive strength behind it. Apparently the Indian Muslims are crying for Muslim brethren in Myanmar or Assam, but they are fighting the Islamic flag atop the Parliament or President’s House in India.

We have only one demand. We want a Muslim India.

In the demands of higher Muslim reservation in every sphere by notorious Azam Khan, the Uttar Pradesh Minister of Minority Welfare Deptt., or the demand of dissolution of Bodo Council in Assam by Badaruddin Azmal , or restrictions imposed on Ramnavami in Hyderabad by Akbaruddin Owaisi, the local MLA of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen,or demanding a Muslim Chief minister in West Bengal by Nazrul Islam, an IPS Officer in concurrent service, or the deadly lust for the killing of a law consultant Pallavi Purakayastha by a Muslim night-watchman (actually Kashmiri) to fulfill a Love Jihad, or a huge coordination between all the Muslim NGOs and the Religious groups to form an alternative political power in India to conquer  the Indian scenario, have a certain unison for the simulation of Pan Islamism in India.

This making of Dar-ul-Islam in India cannot be completed with bloody Jihad. So the streets and corners of Mumbai, Korajhar, Bareilly or Ranchi are bound to see the repetition of bloodshed and social crisis with every possible ares in India.

Still then why Hindus are sleeping all along?

1. Our imposed secularism in Indian constitution always caring for the 2nd largest population of India, i.e. Muslims. But, what kind of treatments are given to the 2nd largest population of Pakistan and Bangladesh, i.e. Hindus there? Hindus of Pakistan and Bangladesh are leaving their soil after a sever Islamic persecution as a well-known factor now a days.

But the same persecuting Muslim people demand a prospective Pakistan once again. Now reservation, next new home land for Muslims like the demand of Pakistan as earlier. The Muslims strength about 3.75 crore now reached 18.75 crores. Just 5 times growth in 65 years. It can never be possible in any discriminating situation like the minorities in separated parts of India.

Muslims are flourishing enough in India within minimum reservation and maximum appeasement.

2. Again Muslims of India does not believe in Indian constitution and Vande Mataram unanimously. They believe and put high the Sharia above the Indian Constitution. So, their claims of constitutional reservation for job, education, politics, grants, subsidies, trades etc. are ultra vires.

3. This ancient land of Bharatvarsa was divided in Bharat – Pakistan on the basis of Two Nation Theory, very unfortunately in 1947. Higher majority of Muslims of then India voted Muslim League to perpetuate the Two Nation Theory. The claimed even exchange of population. They denied stay in an Undivided Nation with the Hindu Kaffirs. This is the reality of History so far ignored. MUSLIMS GOT THEIR PAKISTAN. THIS BHARAT IS OBVIOUSLY MEANT FOR HINDUS. Muslims have no right to stay in India. How the Muslims have got the rights to stay here to raise their cheater’s voice to make a new Pakistan here so openly. STOP MUSLIM RESERVATION MUSLIM RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY.

4. Hindus of Pakistan is now turned a microscopic race there with a meager 1.86% at present. In 1947 Hindus were the 16% of total population of Pakistan. But through an Islamic chain of persecution including killing, looting, molestation, ransom, abduction, hate preaching, forceful marriage and conversion, Hindus have been dying every moment in Pakistan. The Hindu batches coming to India and seeking long-term visa in India tell the truth. This truth relates to Islam which inspire Muslims to convert this whole world into Islam and the seize the live rights of Non Muslims. Statistics may differ, but the truth is virtual. From the beginning Islam captured their land by mitigating the rights of Non Muslims at any cost. Arab was fortified with 100% ethnic cleansing of non-believers. Gradually this Islamic theme was adopted in every Muslim Country for which Non Muslims are not safe in any Muslim Country or in any Muslim majority area. In Islamic Bangladesh the Hindus and Other Non Muslims are facing the same situation. Muslims always target the land, populace, women and money of others as a hard rock reality. The  27% Hindu population of Bangladesh in 1971 came down to 9% today under the same Islamic persecution.

This set examples of insane and brute Islam only demand a ravage retaliation to Islam by paying back them in their own coins.

5. While  offence is the best defense, why Hindus of India do not undertake the ‘an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth’ policy to ensure Hindus’ safety, security and future. Hindus must start retaliation against persecuting Islam everywhere with an ultimate goal of Hindu Rashtra (Hindu State) in India, as one billion Hindus have no Hindu State in this world. The claim, war and establishment of Hindu  Rashtra in Bharat (India) is the ultimate solution of Islamic menace in India.
